If you are looking to a throwback to the 70’s this might be a good place. The hotel is very outdated, and as many other reviews say, the room has no air circulation at all. They advertise rooms with kitchen but they have a sink and a fridge, that’s it. The hallways are quite dirty with old stickers on the walls, and the rooms are pretty dirty too. We had several random items just laying on the floor when we arrived and the curtains were stained pretty badly. One very positive thing, is the staff at the pool bar! They were very friendly and helpful.

Very good. Rooms are large and suitable for larger groups with a common kitchen between individualismi groups of rooms. Works well enough. I will go there always in savonlinna if I have a chance

This is our go to go place in Savonlinna. The (Disco) swimming pool is definitely a plus. Comfortable bed and pillows. Slept well. Breakfast could be better.

The room was old. The tiles was messy paid so the concrete between the tiles was over the tiles. The shower sink was the same as the sink. So it ran thru a whole in the shower under the sink. With a name like Spahotel I would expect higher finished and quality. The room itself was good. Good bed, nice view (I had in the direction of the city senter). The service was ok/good

Good hotel with mice view from balcony.
The price is good, the hotel is old. The parking space was easy to find and the hotel is a quick walk to the center / attractions. Access to the spa is included in the rooms and the breakfast is quite good.
The customer service was excellent.
The breakfast was basic but I you could ask and get more options from the kitchen by asking.

Hotel on the island, but at the same time in the center of Savonlinna. Comfortable room, good breakfast. There is a swimming pool, sauna, wellness.

A great location, and right by the lake Saimaa. Yo can even go swim in the lake from some of the rooms. A pedestrian bridge takes you to the city centre from right outside the hotel.
