Résidence Pierre & Vacances Premium Port Prestige Apart-hotel

At first , we were expecting for something premium as mentioned into the location name and finally the room and the building were nice yes but a bit old for my taste. It needs to be refreshed.
Not sure to come back this first reason.
Secondly, when we booked the apartment the price was for mention without any taxes more so for me all included. I checked several time before to book it. This is only into a email received few days later that they asked us to pay some more taxes which was not mentioned any where (that was almost 10% more of the price).
So their practice are not fair at all and for this reason we will never be again client of pierre vacance.
But the personal was nice except it and the location good into the city.

A true nightmare, run down, dirty and far from luxury or premium. We arrived, looked at our "superior" apartment with roof terrace and spa and decided to leave immediately. Never ever again! Only plus is that we got our money back due to several photos stating the pity state of the complex. For this I'd give that one star I have to, for the residence itself zero stars would even be too much.
I never write any recommendations but this time I had to. I can only advise you to avoid it, you'll be hardly disappointed as we were.

Not worth renting it. Very dirty apartment , small and noisy. We could not use the balcony because of the trafic. Unhelpful staff. When we told the young lady at the front desk that we found hair in the shower and plastic gloves left by the cleaning staff in the bed, she replied that she could not do anything about it. On the positive side, the pool is nice and the location is good.
