Generally good place for short vacation or business trip. Poor breakfast. A lot place for parking. Highway for NCE is right behind.
First, I'd like to say I was travelling with friends but couldn't get the same hotel. I was there for 10days. So, I was alone and first time booking an apt/hotel. the reviews worried me at first but once there all those concerns were gone. The front staff is exceptional (Virginie, Colleen, Sara and Clara all need the biggest shout out and 5 stars). they make you feel so welcome and they answered...
Small rooms, the location of the hotel is far from the city, far from the bus station (10 mins walking is the nearest bus station) The hotel has a good swimming pool, a small gym and sauna. The restaurant is not good, the breakfast options are very few and the service is not good
the room was very smelly as soon as I entered. The gym needs some maintenance and renovation. Overall the structure is a bit old or not well maintained. The breakfast is not worth it, there wasn’t even water!
Top-notch! I wanted to thank you for the excellent stay I had at your establishment. Everything was perfect: the warm welcome, the cleanliness of the premises, the comfort of the room, and the quality of the services offered. I particularly appreciated the magnificent view from the room, which made my stay even more enjoyable.
It's pleasant, the welcome is very good, the services are well organized. I recommend it.

Very practical hotel if you want to visit Marineland in Antibes. Nice staff, price/quality OK. If you cross France, stop there and pass a day in Marineland. Recommended and you will not forget it!
The best hotel ever!!! Perfect located for children and next to train and beach. The restaurant could have a little bit more variated meny. The desk peoples were service and solutions makers! It made our stay unforgettable.
Great hotel, magnificent location!
Tricky one this...we booked because on their booking site it states that they speak English. The reception staff did. Most of the others didn't. Usually I would have marked this down to one star. We booked the Dolphin experience which my wife was looking forward too as she has already had these experiences at three other locations around the world. Stayed here for festival de Cannes. Nice location and cute hotel. Breakfast was simple but lovely. Cute town.
Friendly and helpful staff, clean and spacious rooms, well located near the beach and the shops. Will visit again at first opportunity.
Exception service. The people at the reception were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was great and the room very comfortable and clean. I strongly recommend this hotel.
Very kind staff, comfortable hotel, abundant breakfast, excellent cleaning.
We had a good stay here in October. The hotel is very well located in Juan Les Pins, close to the sea front and the night life. The staff are very friendly and attentive. They were helpful with our queries. The room was very clean, and appropriately equipped. The facilities are as expected for this type of hotel, but some facilities are in need of maintenance. Stayed at Helios one week for work. The quality of the rooms, the cleaning and specially, their hospitality was incredible. They are like a family and I felt that. I highly recommend it and for sure next time I have to be in Antibes, that will be my reference hotel. Thank you. “The driver”

An absolute gem, a little hidden haven, the charming garden is absolutely stunning, it's the most perfect little retreat. The hotel is absolutely Immaculate and incredibly well kept. The staff are really friendly and accommodating. We had a really romantic weekend, the photos don't do this place justice, it has to be experienced. Make sure to take breakfast in the garden, it's gorgeous
Amazing experience, highly recommended. Very polite people the costumer service is 100/10. They make you feel like home. Beautiful hotel with amazing interiors and exterior. Setting for the breakfast is like a fairytale and quality is also very good.
One of the prettiest and more peaceful hotel I have stayed in. The pool area was gorgeous and I never had an issue getting a sunbed. My room was huge! I’m not sure if I got upgraded as a booked the cheapest room. Bed comfy. Only complaint is the AC could have been colder - there was only one AC unit for the whole suite so it took a while to cool. Great hotel & Super pool This is a great place to stay in Juan les Pins. The hotel is fabulous and the staff really nice & helpful. We also really liked the rooms. Highly recommended!
I recently stayed at AC Hotel Ambassadeur Juan-les-Pins and had a truly excellent experience. The hotel combines modern design with comfort, offering spacious and well-appointed rooms that make you feel relaxed from the moment you arrive. excellent hotel - will use again.
Very nice hotel in a great location near train station. Very helpful and friendly staff.
Nice room and convenience location
Get off the train and go directly to the 2nd floor by elevator. It's very close. There's a bus stop next to it. I didn't know to walk around the train station at first. The room is as shown in the picture. It's not big, but it's enough. It's clean and has a balcony. It's very convenient. Just leave the key at the front desk and pick it up when you come back.
The hotel is very close to the train station, but you need to go to the elevator on the left after exiting the station and go upstairs. It is only about 200 to 300 meters to the hotel through a short road across the railway tracks. However, Google Maps only guides the direction and does not clearly indicate the way upstairs, which leads to a long walk in the hot sun to find the way. I hope the hotel...

Very clean, location is good, next to all I needed. Very quiet, I would recommend if coming to this area
Ok small hotel but website is misleading and most facilities advertised belong to its sister hotel. Nice buffet breakfast. Parking listed as on site but in reality they use a separate parking lot 100m away. Polite staff. Pool area needs an uplift and has no shower. I stayed on the 3rd floor which is listed as sea view. This hotel is a quirky little place to stay. It’s cute. It’s got lovely staff. It’s got an eclectic courtyard. Interiors are interesting and don’t offer the normal bland grey/beige colour scheme. The pillows were not at all nice. Foam and cheap. But on request the reception provided better feather ones. Nothing was a problem. The pool area is cute. Not fancy but comfortable and chilled....
Great location. Hôtel is clean and immaculately presented in every way. Our room had everything you need. Air conditioning was efficient and the room very comfortable. Everything is super great, and the staff is the best! We didn't take the breakfast though
We stayed for a week and had a wonderful experience. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a complimentary bottle of wine and sweet treats—a lovely touch. The hotel is just steps from the beach, which made it super convenient. Staff were welcoming and always ready to help. Our room was cleaned daily, and the sea view from our balcony was stunning. Highly recommend for a relaxing beach getaway.
Great location. Great staff. Great room with great view. Street parking not bad but hotel parking reservation would have been better.
This is a beautiful and calming space with a welcoming staff! Breakfast was delicious. It’s across a beach and walkable distance to the Old Town. I would love to stay in this hotel again and spend more days.
A wonderful place The staff was very kind and helpfull. The hotel has a very good location and a beatiful view from the room at 1st floor.
Nice hotel for the price. Convenient- very close to the beach. Rooms are large by French standards. However, place feels a bit tired or rather dated, even though it is well kept. The musty smell( common in older buildings ) really bothered me. Stuff was very friendly and accommodating. Had a good stay overall.

Le Relais du Postillon is fantastic and I will be returning. It is housed in a typical old townhouse on a pedestrianised square in the old town of Antibes, just a 10 minute walk to the train station. This is a lovely small hotel in a great location in Antibes. Cleanliness was excellent and there is a small lift which is useful for luggage. Perfectly positioned and a good choice. A very comfortable clean and convenient stay. The classic double was perfect for one - some couples may find it small. But very friendly service so I’d definitely recommend it.
A family run business; it’s not large but it is right in the center, the owner and family members are very kind and friendly, it gives you the basics and I recommend it. Great and top value for money! Staff very helpful & kind
Invoice for additional services on site even though it was paid for on trip with supporting proof but bad faith on the part of the gentlemen at reception
Clean apartment. beautiful and soundproofed., non-smoking, with a garden, you can enjoy the good weather, 2 bay windows one on the bedroom side and the other on the living room side. Still want to walk in long corridors and take an elevator, with a good explanation upon your arrival, it will not be complicated to find your apartment. Pleasant and relaxing stay,
Decent stayover while attending a conference in Sophia Antipolis. Room was acceptable. The kitchenette was slightly flimsy but usable. My main concern is the distance to public transport, it's slightly inconvenient as opposed to other facilities nearer to centre commercial.
A good choice of accommodation. It is convenient to go to ETSI for a meeting. It is even more convenient to rent a car. There are plenty of parking spaces, but there is a fee.

We had a lovely week at the Mimosas. The pool area is perfect. Apart from the childish behaviour of a few residents insisting on placing towels on sun beds before the sun is even up. Very friendly and helpful staff. Considering the price, the hotel was very well situated - a 10 minute walk into the centre of the old town. The room was spacious and clean. It was difficult to locate by car because of the one way system and parking was a nightmare - very tight and it wasn’t made clear that one needs to go to the hotel first to obtain access the car park.

We booked two superior twin rooms, one of which was quite small. The room facilities were okay, but the bathroom was cramped. The hotel is very close to the old town and the train station; there's a Carrefour supermarket a few hundred meters away.

As a family of four, the rooms were moderate and fairly clean for the price. What we enjoyed the most was the accessibility to the private beach and restaurant across the street. Prime location. Friendly manager. Amazing ambiance.
Very intimate hotel, with very particular furniture and design, in the center of Juan Le Pins. The breakfast deserves and the owner is very kind. Being in the center there is a lot of movement outside, but the windows do their duty to reduce the noise to an acceptable level.
A gem of a hotel, clean and with great attention to detail. There are free parking spaces, but you have to be lucky to find them near the structure! The very kind owner. Super central area, perhaps too much because some noise arrives even late at night, but the double glazing does their duty, we always slept well.
Sylvie made us feel right at home in her beautifully decorated boutique hotel. The beds are really comfortable. A bar fridge with complimentary soft drinks, tea and coffee station. The location is right in the centre of town. A wonderful roof terrace where breakfast is served or to relax away from the busy town. If we are ever back here we wouldn't think twice about staying here. Great value for money...

Great place to stay, location is great, price reasonable. Room was a little bit dusty initially but I had my own slippers with me so was fine. There's a casino supermarket at the end of the road one side, and the other side has a really nice boulangerie. Also the ice cream parlor just outside is amazing, must try.
Nice rooms with decent amenities. It is located right in the heart of things, which might be convenient, but is also quite loud at night.
Nice rooms and good position. The rooms are a bit on the noisy side if you’re facing the street - it’s worth asking for a room on the back. Make sure to check the towel and cleaning policy - if you book the residence formula they only clean and give you fresh towels after 4 days. Overall a good hotel for visiting Juan les pins and the area.
Very nice appartements, helpful staff and very centrally located - everything you need is in walking distance. Due to restaurants in front, can get noisy.

What a special treat to revisit the same hotel (and grandeur) on the occasion of our 40th wedding anniversary and our honeymoon hotel! Other than updated blue and white awnings and umbrellas, the hotel has not changed. The service was exceptional and our room, the lunch, cocktails, and dinner were fabulous. Merci beaucoup for hosting us again; look forward to returning again in the future.
Invited by the friendly hotel manager to leave a few kind words at Tripadvisor, I am happy to repeat, what I already wrote after my first stay at this gem in the Southern French hotel industry in March 2024: This is pure luxury, and the most charming vibe I've enjoyed in a long time. I am so glad we picked this hotel. It was my first time staying in Antibes and glad we did. The hotel and room were beautiful. The front desk couldn’t have been more helpful. We had a lovely two night stay. Great location with a private beach club attached. (No sand) but lovely with a bar and nice restaurant. Book early as gets a bit hectic as they are in high demand. We ate at the Michelin restaurant and it was very nice but at over 800 USD that is what you would expect. Has some room for improvement but if you enjoy fine dining you will find it as a nice evening. ...
We spent an afternoon at their private beach club! Lovely location and pristine views! Staff were also friendly and welcoming and good service overall! However food options are a bit limited and perhaps a bit overpriced , but it’s a place I would visit again!
Beautiful atmosphere. Accommodating staff. Hospitality at its finest. Picturesque backdrop. What more could you ask for? Also, Luca is fantastic.
