I’m struggling with a review of this hotel because there is nothing really bad with it, it’s just a bit…beige. Initial greeting at the front desk was great, but I suspect it helps if you speak French like I do. The common areas of the hotel have recently been spruced up, and probably our bedroom too, although whoever chose the cheapest, tackiest linoleum flooring in the whole of France needs an eye...
We were slightly nervous over the hotel but we have been delighted with the hotel, the rooms are not luxury but very comfortable although no English speaking TV easily found, and are spacious, clean and well designed. Housekeeping is not great, we have 2 rooms with a private corridor and on several occasions we have returned and doors have been closed and the room cleaned but not restocked, it hasn...
The service was great here and the location is close to town. However, "AC" hotel is an ironic name for the hotel in summer since they shut the AC off in the main lobby and common areas - which are beautiful but unusable when it's that hot. There is AC in the room but it only goes so low. We woke up hot some of the time. I would expect a 4+ star hotel to have good working AC throughout. I also...
Friendly reception. Wonderful indoor and outdoor pools. Enjoyed the breakfasts and lunches. Fabulous atrium and open lift, although watch out on higher floors if you have vertigo!
Travelling for business in the area, I didn't use all of the facilities but appreciated the spacious and clean bedroom, as well as the good breakfast. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were a good size, hanging space for clothes, balcony etc. Annoyingly when you turn the lights off at night, you can't charge any devices next to the bed as it turns all power off to those sockets...
Dated rooms, average breakfast, fitness room is below average (almost no equipment and broken)

Fantastic staff. Great value for money. Slap bang in the middle of Juan les pins. Can’t wait to go back in the summer.
Stayed here for 1 week and it was awesome. The only thing you have to know upfront that this is not a "hotel" in the classical sense (no daily cleaning service, etc.). It is an apartment. But that was great for us. The place was huuuuge. And a large kitchen with fridge, freezer, toaster, microwave, oven, 4 induction cooking fields, fully stacked with dishes, pots, pans, etc.! And the balcony is the...
Nice hotel. Very good breakfast. We would enjoy it more if the beach would be bigger / less crowded. One elevator didn't work. Uncovered parking 8 euro. Garage 10 euro. Unlimited freshly squizzed orange juice was perfect (could do it yourself). Nice terrace. Helpful staff at reception. Small fridge in room and kettle with instant coffee. Close to beach. We took a car to Monaco as the last train is...

Very practical hotel if you want to visit Marineland in Antibes. Nice staff, price/quality OK. If you cross France, stop there and pass a day in Marineland. Recommended and you will not forget it!
The best hotel ever!!! Perfect located for children and next to train and beach. The restaurant could have a little bit more variated meny. The desk peoples were service and solutions makers! It made our stay unforgettable.
Great hotel, magnificent location!
Great place
Tricky one this...we booked because on their booking site it states that they speak English. The reception staff did. Most of the others didn't. Usually I would have marked this down to one star. We booked the Dolphin experience which my wife was looking forward too as she has already had these experiences at three other locations around the world. Unfortunately the lady doing the presentation couldn...

Fantastic location: 2 minutes by foot to the railway station, 3 minutes to the sea. Neat and clean room and a balcony with seaview (we had superior room on the 5 floor). Breakfasts were good, but it would be better to see smth except sausages and omelette as hot dishes, also we were missing some vegetables. A little noisy in the evening in the rooms with the windows to the street (but the seaview is...
I was extremely pleased with the customer service (thank you Olivia and Alejandro) at this quiet 37-room hotel a block from the Mediterranean. Both people were exceptionally helpful helping me get through to our airline to resolve a delayed suitcase delivery situation. Parking is available for 9 cars behind the hotel, first come, first serve, for 13 Euros/day. Breakfast was abundant and the coffee...
Good value accommodation, with everything needed for a short stay. Breakfast good and room clean, but street too noisy for a longer stay. Staff helpful and competent.
Very nice hotel with a good location close to the beach! Friendly staff, good air-condition and very clean rooms. Only thing that took me by surprise was that the rooms didn't have a refrigerator or a minibar. Anyways a very pleasant stay and I would really recommend it!
You have 2 bottles of water offered by the hotel and you can boil water in your room.and make coffee for instance. The main advantage is that il is located near a train station.

Hello! I made a reservation at teranga hotel for my family. We are two families with one child each.Considering the reviews that I saw, I am really confused about the quality of this hotel. I do noy expect luxury conditions but I just want to be clean. So, please, let me know if you, who were there, reccomend this hoyel for family and children. Thank you in advance for your support.
The room was comfortable and had eveything you need - but don't expect to much luxury. The stuff was great and the location of the hotel is very close to the center of juan les pines. Only negativ to mention is, that the towel rail in the bathroom was broken
Really it was an amazing voyage. ..I had ever spended. .your hotel was adorable specillay the the team ❤❤
A budget hotel that was clean. Staff were helpful and friendly. Basic continental breakfast. Nice yard garden which we used freely along with cutlery and crockery. Thankyou
Nice and clean with bright rooms. Ignore reviews knocking the place. Deserves a higher rating.
Nice staff, but quite low standard. Problems with water temperature regulations. Limited breakfast. Bad sound proofing to hall and other rooms.

Wonderful beach club. Making reservations by phone was easy. Valet parking. Small beach that is great for small kids. Great washroom and shower. The restaurant was very good too. Being Relais Chateau we knew it would have...
Our return was even better than our first visit. At the end of a busy season we were looked after so so well. Our 2 kids under 3 years had a ball - everyone made such a fuss of them. The food at the beach restaurant was a joy - to the point we are there every day. The beach and pool set has to be the best in the cap? Every single member of staff was an absolute pleasure to deal with but special mention...
We stayed in the hotel for our honeymoon. The beach facilities and the staff was amazing. The breakfast was also great, both the selection and the setting. We were very happy to have stayed in this hotel. The staff in general were helpful but I'd want to give a special call-out to Celine, the general manager and Ludovic, the beach manager. They were very attentive and helpful during our stay.
The hotel, staff, and restaurants were lovely. The entire stay exceeded the high expectations we had for the first stop on our honeymoon. Hotel staff were in contact and eager to help ensure that we were fed (and fed very well) when our travel to NCE went awry and we arrived long after our anticipated reservation. Further, the staff upgraded our room, citing our honeymoon as the reason - I'm sure that...

Gorgeous hotel & accommodating staff. Very close to the beach and old Antibes. Perfect place to get away and experience the French Riviera. I would recommend you stay in Antibes and not Cannes. The hotel pays attention to detail, like fresh roses in your room every morning. Would definitely return.

Very satisfied with the room upgrade with sea view. Light breeze and soothing waves made over 5 nights a super experience. The hotel had some wear and tear but overall in good condition.
Nice amenities. Well located. A true 4 Star! Happy with bed and pillows. View is amazing
You should try the fish plate, really an excellent taste with a very nice table free meters away from the water
Very nice hotel very clean right on the beach, views on the ocean side are spectacular, do yourself the favor and get oceanfront. A spot on the beach cost between €20 and €35 a day a person. Enjoyed my stay. For the price, the room and bath was spacious, bed and pillows were comfy. Good location to the main train to Nice and also 5 minutes walk to the restaurants. Friendly staff and quick check in. Stayed during off peak season and it wasn’t crowded so was able to have the Hamman steam room to myself every night. Breakfast was fairly good. Could use creamers for coffee in the room
Perfect location right next to the marina and the shops and restaurants of Antibes. We’re so happy we based ourselves in Antibes and this hotel was a great spot. Room was really clean and BIG for Europe. Drinking coffee by the pool was nice as well.
The hotel is very centrally located and close to good shops and restaurants . Also very close to the port. The reception area is magnificent . Unfortunately , I found the room very plain and boring in comparison and on the small size. The shower room was poky. A walk in shower would be much better given the size of the room. The biggest let down was the pool. It is a small triangle - with no room for...
I went to the spa to give myself a birthday treat. I arrived a bit early and was able to hang out at the pool before my treatment. Solene was the best! I got the massage scrub and a facial for over two hours I was in heaven! The treatment room is so lovely and also it was nice to have a private shower in the same room. if you ever need a massage in Antibes feel free to come by here!
Location not so great and very noisy in the morning. Rooms not well sound insulated. Beautiful rooms and friendly staff. Nice bed and pillows. Breakfast quite average for a boutique hotel of that money. Swimming pool is not as in the pictures, much smaller and not even considered a pool. Nice lobby. Parking extremely convenient in nearby parking with a daily rate. Have not tried spa services. Complimentary...

I want to thank the entire staff, especially Tristan at the front desk, for making our short stay totally memorable. The bellhops and concierges and valets were also so kind and accommodating. Also , the concierges are very responsive via email which is...
The three of us went for a drink after waterskiing at the Belles Rives pontoon and enjoyed the views from this historic venue. Staff were accommodating and we enjoyed the drinks on the terrace, though these are pricey.
We didn’t stay the night but the service at the cocktail lounge on the terrace was abysmal. We would have ordered another 4 drinks should the waitress be attentive and remember anything. We watched the couple next to us have the same issue. Other than that. Snacks and negroni were great. It’s a shame that service can ruin an experience that badly.
Belles Rives Hotel offers more than just a luxurious stay; it’s a voyage back to the glamour of the 1920s. Once owned by the famed Scott Fitzgerald, the hotel exudes ‘old money’ elegance without being ostentatious. The charm of a bygone era is palpable in every corner, promising an experience akin to a page out of a Riviera fairytale. The private beach is a sanctuary, offering a discreet retreat with...
Remarkable relaxation, scenery, service, and decor. Great hotel history. Prices were steep, but what did you expect?
I can't say enough wonderful things about this hotel! We had a sea view, and our room was beautiful. The hotel staff was helpful and kind, and the service was impeccable. Reception Very nice reception interaction - they helped me to order a train ticket on my phone. Breakfast Nice scrambled egges which is rarity at hotels breakfasts .Fruit plate. Pastry was okey - could be better quality. Coffee is unfortunately from a maskin. You can ask for an actual good coffee from a coffee maskin but it's not included in your breakfast. You can sit outside and look at the sea....
Perfect location, huge rooms. It is less a hotel and more a residence. The sea view rooms have huger terrace. it is worth the extra price. Breakfast is very weak and chaotic so better not to order it. The beach they have is the best in the area. They have a garage which is very useful.
Decent, could be a little cleaner, but otherwise a positive experience. The cost of the private beach should be included in the price of the stay, guests would pay a lot of money for drinks anyway and paying $20 or whatever per person per day after paying several thousand for the hotel seems ridiculous to me. However, the most disappointing thing was that the sea was incredibly dirty (among other things...
Rooms are lovely and staff is nice. Breakfast has not variety, the spa is small and the gym is just a bunch of cardio machines and NO equipment whatsoever. A bit disappointed but overall it's okay!

We are a family of four who really enjoyed our stay at Villa Fabulite. The room was large enough for the family and the location is perfect. The owners were very helpful and the hotel is set in a peaceful neighborhood. The price was reasonable and the small restaurant was excellent.
Very nice place with a magnificent garden and a very warm welcome. The room was also very good.
All the rooms are organized around the very pretty interior garden, like a patio, with swimming pool. Intimate and quiet, 2 steps from the beach.
Thank you for this wonderful moment of relaxation in this central location, but with the feeling that you are far away from it all. Absolutely loved the hotel. Staff were so warm and helpful, the rooms and decor is gorgeous and creative. So well kept and looked after. The pool was beautiful and relaxing and the hotel location is central and perfect for our young family! I would stay here again any time and totally recommend it!
The staff were incredibly polite and helpful. Always there to greet, smile, and help. The rooms were pretty nice, I loved the art vibe in the rooms. The location was actually really good if you were there with friends but I was solo therefore a bit too much in a social area. The courtyard/outdoor area was so damn cute!!! I really enjoyed my stay.
Nice little hotel with little pool in a small backyard, we booked it not really paying attention where exactly it was. This is the busiest street in Antibes I think. Had a nice stay but the apartment wasn't very clean. It's close to the port city center and beach so that was great. Didn't give extra toilet paper when asked.
The place is nice, well located and the apartment was well decorated with a pleasant style. The equipment is sufficient for a short term stay and the bed was comfortable. The receptionists were always very friendly and helpful, however the cleaning could be improved (especially bathroom/toilets).
A very beautiful residence... Amazing rooms too ... Wish they would up their cleaning a little ... It's clean but not as clean as we would expect from hotels
Centrally located self catering apartments clean comfortable and safe.
Lovely service apartment with the best staff. Recommended, especially for the ones with the pets.
