However, "AC" hotel is an ironic name for the hotel in summer since they shut the AC off in the main lobby and common areas - which are beautiful but unusable when it's that hot. Gorgeous hotel & accommodating staff. Very close to the beach and old Antibes. Perfect place to get away and experience the French Riviera. I would recommend you stay in Antibes and not Cannes. Enjoyed my stay. For the price, the room and bath was spacious, bed and pillows were comfy. Good location to the main train to Nice and also 5 minutes walk to the restaurants. Perfect location right next to the marina and the shops and restaurants of Antibes. We’re so happy we based ourselves in Antibes and this hotel was a great spot. Room was really clean and BIG for Europe. Drinking coffee by the pool was nice as well.

I went to the spa to give myself a birthday treat. I arrived a bit early and was able to hang out at the pool before my treatment. Solene was the best! I got the massage scrub and a facial for over two hours I was in heaven! The treatment room is so lovely and also it was nice to have a private shower in the same room. if you ever need a massage in Antibes feel free to come by here!

The three of us went for a drink after waterskiing at the Belles Rives pontoon and enjoyed the views from this historic venue. Staff were accommodating and we enjoyed the drinks on the terrace, though these are pricey.

We didn’t stay the night but the service at the cocktail lounge on the terrace was abysmal. We would have ordered another 4 drinks should the waitress be attentive and remember anything. We watched the couple next to us have the same issue. Other than that. Snacks and negroni were great. It’s a shame that service can ruin an experience that badly.

I can't say enough wonderful things about this hotel! We had a sea view, and our room was beautiful. The hotel staff was helpful and kind, and the service was impeccable. Luca, the concierge, was friendly and knowledgeable. He arranged dinners in town and a boat day for us. Belle Rives is a must if you are in Antibes!

Had a nice stay but the apartment wasn't very clean. It's close to the port city center and beach so that was great. Didn't give extra toilet paper when asked.

The place is nice, well located and the apartment was well decorated with a pleasant style. The equipment is sufficient for a short term stay and the bed was comfortable. The receptionists were always very friendly and helpful, however the cleaning could be improved (especially bathroom/toilets).

Staying 2 nights at the Royal suite we had a great time. It was during low season and the hotel is in a very calm area.

Fantastic experience. Been here for a few days, and it's been a stellar time. We have the "Florence" room, and our vacation-mates have "Sicile" (which has a lovely adjacent patio). The staff have been very helpful and kind, and the location is right in the middle of everywhere we've wanted to go. It's a very nice little nook to be staying in. Highly recommended.

I am long overdue in writing this review. I stayed here last June for three days and will never stay anywhere else when I am in the area. The completely renovated rooms are delightful in character with lovely linens and decorating. The location in the old town is perfect and the friendly staff offer excellent service.

The room was comfortable and had eveything you need - but don't expect to much luxury. The stuff was great and the location of the hotel is very close to the center of juan les pines. Only negativ to mention is, that the towel rail in the bathroom was broken
