AC Hotel by Marriott Ambassadeur Antibes - Juan Les Pins, Juan-les-Pins1 / 33High rating

Juan-les-Pins, 50/52, Chemin des Sables 🧭 Map
Our two-week stay at the AC Hotel Ambassadeur Antibes – Juan-les-Pins by Marriott was very enjoyable. This hotel served as an ideal base to explore the stunning French Riviera, including Cannes, Nice, Monaco, Eze, Saint-Tropez, and more. The hotel staff was kind and helpful, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay. We appreciated the hotel’s outdoor and indoor swimming pools, room service, and...
My wife had been attending Mipcom for over two decades and she always chose to sleep in various hotels of Juan les Pins depending on the rates of the season. I occasionally accompanied her when free from my engagements of foreign trade. So we both are well travelled in Europe and overseas. The Ambassador has changed property in the years and its hospitality offer has not improved. The last time, one...
Perfect location, friendly open and clean place. Not dated. The 2 pools are awesome one is open 24 hours. Breakfast was so good it was our favourite since our 10th day in France. The only boy thing negative was nothing!
I’m struggling with a review of this hotel because there is nothing really bad with it, it’s just a bit…beige. Initial greeting at the front desk was great, but I suspect it helps if you speak French like I do. The common areas of the hotel have recently been spruced up, and probably our bedroom too, although whoever chose the cheapest, tackiest linoleum flooring in the whole of France needs an eye...
We were slightly nervous over the hotel but we have been delighted with the hotel, the rooms are not luxury but very comfortable although no English speaking TV easily found, and are spacious, clean and well designed. Housekeeping is not great, we have 2 rooms with a private corridor and on several occasions we have returned and doors have been closed and the room cleaned but not restocked, it hasn...
The service was great here and the location is close to town. However, "AC" hotel is an ironic name for the hotel in summer since they shut the AC off in the main lobby and common areas - which are beautiful but unusable when it's that hot. There is AC in the room but it only goes so low. We woke up hot some of the time. I would expect a 4+ star hotel to have good working AC throughout. I also...

Very satisfied with the room upgrade with sea view. Light breeze and soothing waves made over 5 nights a super experience. The hotel had some wear and tear but overall in good condition.
You should try the fish plate, really an excellent taste with a very nice table free meters away from the water
Very nice hotel very clean right on the beach, views on the ocean side are spectacular, do yourself the favor and get oceanfront. A spot on the beach cost between €20 and €35 a day a person. Breakfast is €25 a person. There is a restruant right on the beach, we liked that that the dress code for lunch is very relaxed, you have to be covered but shoes aren't required. The food is good for the location...
The beach and the service is amazing everything is very clean and tidy but somethings are really expensive like water and ice cream.

Friendly and helpful staff, clean and spacious rooms, well located near the beach and the shops. Will visit again at first opportunity.
Exception service. The people at the reception were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was great and the room very comfortable and clean. I strongly recommend this hotel.
We had a good stay here in October. The hotel is very well located in Juan Les Pins, close to the sea front and the night life. The staff are very friendly and attentive. They were helpful with our queries. The room was very clean, and appropriately equipped. The facilities are as expected for this type of hotel, but some facilities are in need of maintenance. The beds were very comfortable. The...
Stayed at Helios one week for work. The quality of the rooms, the cleaning and specially, their hospitality was incredible. They are like a family and I felt that. I highly recommend it and for sure next time I have to be in Antibes, that will be my reference hotel. Thank you. “The driver”
A decent hotel in the heart of Juan-les-Pins. Cleanliness: 7/10. Very friendly personnel. Breakfast: average, needs improvement.
Lovely rooms with modern standard. Good breakfast. Fantastic Private beach (extra charge) only 100m from hotel and train station around the corner.

Gorgeous hotel & accommodating staff. Very close to the beach and old Antibes. Perfect place to get away and experience the French Riviera. I would recommend you stay in Antibes and not Cannes. The hotel pays attention to detail, like fresh roses in your room every morning. Would definitely return.
Fantastic location near the sea. The rooms are really nice with a pretty terrace facing the swimming pool. Great restaurant !
An unforgettable stay on the bay of "le Garoupe", we spent a fantastic week end there, very kind and attentive staff

Over all great, but the little things matter. Using two twins to make one bed? Not feeling it. No room cleaning in the week I stayed here when is supposed to be at least once every 4 days. However, the employees are awesome, and the Marc the security guard goes out of his way to help. Give that guy a raise. The wifi, even after paying for it, is atrocious. Very practical hotel if you want to visit Marineland in Antibes. Nice staff, price/quality OK. If you cross France, stop there and pass a day in Marineland. Recommended and you will not forget it!
The best hotel ever!!! Perfect located for children and next to train and beach. The restaurant could have a little bit more variated meny. The desk peoples were service and solutions makers! It made our stay unforgettable.
Tricky one this...we booked because on their booking site it states that they speak English. The reception staff did. Most of the others didn't. Usually I would have marked this down to one star. We booked the Dolphin experience which my wife was looking forward too as she has already had these experiences at three other locations around the world. Wonderful beach club. Making reservations by phone was easy. Valet parking. Small beach that is great for small kids. The staff was very friendly and helpful but they could have a few more staff serving the beach for drinks/umbrella adjustment. I had to go to the bar to order bottled water. Great washroom and shower. The restaurant was very good too. Being Relais Chateau we knew it would have...
Our return was even better than our first visit. At the end of a busy season we were looked after so so well. Our 2 kids under 3 years had a ball - everyone made such a fuss of them. The food at the beach restaurant was a joy - to the point we are there every day. The beach and pool set has to be the best in the cap? Every single member of staff was an absolute pleasure to deal with but special mention...
We stayed in the hotel for our honeymoon. The beach facilities and the staff was amazing. The breakfast was also great, both the selection and the setting. We were very happy to have stayed in this hotel. The staff in general were helpful but I'd want to give a special call-out to Celine, the general manager and Ludovic, the beach manager. They were very attentive and helpful during our stay.
The hotel, staff, and restaurants were lovely. The entire stay exceeded the high expectations we had for the first stop on our honeymoon. Hotel staff were in contact and eager to help ensure that we were fed (and fed very well) when our travel to NCE went awry and we arrived long after our anticipated reservation. Further, the staff upgraded our room, citing our honeymoon as the reason - I'm sure that...

Enjoyed my stay. For the price, the room and bath was spacious, bed and pillows were comfy. Good location to the main train to Nice and also 5 minutes walk to the restaurants. Friendly staff and quick check in. Stayed during off peak season and it wasn’t crowded so was able to have the Hamman steam room to myself every night. Breakfast was fairly good. Could use creamers for coffee in the room
Perfect location right next to the marina and the shops and restaurants of Antibes. We’re so happy we based ourselves in Antibes and this hotel was a great spot. Room was really clean and BIG for Europe. Drinking coffee by the pool was nice as well.
The hotel is very centrally located and close to good shops and restaurants . Also very close to the port. The reception area is magnificent . Unfortunately , I found the room very plain and boring in comparison and on the small size. The shower room was poky. A walk in shower would be much better given the size of the room. The biggest let down was the pool. It is a small triangle - with no room for...
I went to the spa to give myself a birthday treat. I arrived a bit early and was able to hang out at the pool before my treatment. Solene was the best! I got the massage scrub and a facial for over two hours I was in heaven! The treatment room is so lovely and also it was nice to have a private shower in the same room. if you ever need a massage in Antibes feel free to come by here!
Location not so great and very noisy in the morning. Rooms not well sound insulated. Beautiful rooms and friendly staff. Nice bed and pillows. Breakfast quite average for a boutique hotel of that money. Swimming pool is not as in the pictures, much smaller and not even considered a pool. Nice lobby. What a fantastic hotel. Decor was sublime, so much to look at. Staff were friendly and very helpful. No charge for swimming pool and carpark. Gave us towels for pool and beach. A short walk to the town centre and beach. Quiet location. large room and bathroom. Loved it
Warm welcome. We have been upgraded nicely. Room really well furnished, details like wooden floor, bathroom settings and size of tv screen are of very good level. Breakfast of good quality as well. We feel that personel is enthusiastic and dedicated. We will recommend your hotel with pleasure. Thank you.
Wonderful hotel, well located for the old town and the harbour. The hotel is beautifully decorated, the staff super helpful and kind, the rooms are great, spotless and overall it can't be faulted on anything. Breakfast is delicious. I hope I'll be back soon.
Beautiful boutique hotel on a hill in Juan les Pins. Great service, also a really delicious breakfast.
excellent location and quality of hotel, ambience was great to, as well as service. Can clearly recommend.
From beginning to end we had a lovely experience. Our room with a sea view was perfect. The breakfast and the staff and or course the Hamam was a great addition. I want to thank the entire staff, especially Tristan at the front desk, for making our short stay totally memorable. The bellhops and concierges and valets were also so kind and accommodating. Also , the concierges are very responsive via email which is...
The three of us went for a drink after waterskiing at the Belles Rives pontoon and enjoyed the views from this historic venue. Staff were accommodating and we enjoyed the drinks on the terrace, though these are pricey.
We didn’t stay the night but the service at the cocktail lounge on the terrace was abysmal. We would have ordered another 4 drinks should the waitress be attentive and remember anything. We watched the couple next to us have the same issue. Other than that. Snacks and negroni were great. It’s a shame that service can ruin an experience that badly.
Belles Rives Hotel offers more than just a luxurious stay; it’s a voyage back to the glamour of the 1920s. Once owned by the famed Scott Fitzgerald, the hotel exudes ‘old money’ elegance without being ostentatious. The charm of a bygone era is palpable in every corner, promising an experience akin to a page out of a Riviera fairytale. The private beach is a sanctuary, offering a discreet retreat with...
Remarkable relaxation, scenery, service, and decor. Great hotel history. Prices were steep, but what did you expect?
I can't say enough wonderful things about this hotel! We had a sea view, and our room was beautiful. The hotel staff was helpful and kind, and the service was impeccable. Luca, the concierge, was friendly and knowledgeable. He arranged dinners in town and a boat day for us. Belle Rives is a must if you are in Antibes!

Had a nice stay but the apartment wasn't very clean. It's close to the port city center and beach so that was great. Didn't give extra toilet paper when asked.
The place is nice, well located and the apartment was well decorated with a pleasant style. The equipment is sufficient for a short term stay and the bed was comfortable. The receptionists were always very friendly and helpful, however the cleaning could be improved (especially bathroom/toilets).
A very beautiful residence... Amazing rooms too ... Wish they would up their cleaning a little ... It's clean but not as clean as we would expect from hotels
Rooms look tired. Friendly front staff. Swimming pool great for kids. Best to swim in afternoon as sun only visible after midday. Has waterfall! Great location, close to train station and beach.

Good value accommodation, with everything needed for a short stay. Breakfast good and room clean, but street too noisy for a longer stay. Staff helpful and competent.
Very nice hotel with a good location close to the beach! Friendly staff, good air-condition and very clean rooms. Only thing that took me by surprise was that the rooms didn't have a refrigerator or a minibar. Anyways a very pleasant stay and I would really recommend it!
You have 2 bottles of water offered by the hotel and you can boil water in your room.and make coffee for instance. The main advantage is that il is located near a train station.

Reception Very nice reception interaction - they helped me to order a train ticket on my phone. Breakfast Nice scrambled egges which is rarity at hotels breakfasts .Fruit plate. Pastry was okey - could be better quality. Coffee is unfortunately from a maskin. You can ask for an actual good coffee from a coffee maskin but it's not included in your breakfast. You can sit outside and look at the sea....
Perfect location, huge rooms. It is less a hotel and more a residence. The sea view rooms have huger terrace. it is worth the extra price. Breakfast is very weak and chaotic so better not to order it. The beach they have is the best in the area. They have a garage which is very useful.
Decent, could be a little cleaner, but otherwise a positive experience. The cost of the private beach should be included in the price of the stay, guests would pay a lot of money for drinks anyway and paying $20 or whatever per person per day after paying several thousand for the hotel seems ridiculous to me. However, the most disappointing thing was that the sea was incredibly dirty (among other things...
Rooms are lovely and staff is nice. Breakfast has not variety, the spa is small and the gym is just a bunch of cardio machines and NO equipment whatsoever. A bit disappointed but overall it's okay!

Nice little hotel in Antibes. Kind staff and nice room. Good place to discover the lovely city of Antibes.
Fantastic experience. Been here for a few days, and it's been a stellar time. We have the "Florence" room, and our vacation-mates have "Sicile" (which has a lovely adjacent patio). The staff have been very helpful and kind, and the location is right in the middle of everywhere we've wanted to go. It's a very nice little nook to be staying in. Highly recommended.
Good value for money, and easy access to a covered parking lot. A good place to stay to tour the town of Antibes.
I am long overdue in writing this review. I stayed here last June for three days and will never stay anywhere else when I am in the area. The completely renovated rooms are delightful in character with lovely linens and decorating. The location in the old town is perfect and the friendly staff offer excellent service.
