I’m struggling with a review of this hotel because there is nothing really bad with it, it’s just a bit…beige. Initial greeting at the front desk was great, but I suspect it helps if you speak French like I do. The common areas of the hotel have recently been spruced up, and probably our bedroom too, although whoever chose the cheapest, tackiest linoleum flooring in the whole of France needs an eye...

The service was great here and the location is close to town. However, "AC" hotel is an ironic name for the hotel in summer since they shut the AC off in the main lobby and common areas - which are beautiful but unusable when it's that hot. There is AC in the room but it only goes so low. We woke up hot some of the time. I would expect a 4+ star hotel to have good working AC throughout. I also...

Friendly reception. Wonderful indoor and outdoor pools. Enjoyed the breakfasts and lunches. Fabulous atrium and open lift, although watch out on higher floors if you have vertigo!

Travelling for business in the area, I didn't use all of the facilities but appreciated the spacious and clean bedroom, as well as the good breakfast. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were a good size, hanging space for clothes, balcony etc. Annoyingly when you turn the lights off at night, you can't charge any devices next to the bed as it turns all power off to those sockets...

Very practical hotel if you want to visit Marineland in Antibes. Nice staff, price/quality OK. If you cross France, stop there and pass a day in Marineland. Recommended and you will not forget it!

The best hotel ever!!! Perfect located for children and next to train and beach. The restaurant could have a little bit more variated meny. The desk peoples were service and solutions makers! It made our stay unforgettable.

Very nice hotel with a good location close to the beach! Friendly staff, good air-condition and very clean rooms. Only thing that took me by surprise was that the rooms didn't have a refrigerator or a minibar. Anyways a very pleasant stay and I would really recommend it!

The room was comfortable and had eveything you need - but don't expect to much luxury. The stuff was great and the location of the hotel is very close to the center of juan les pines. Only negativ to mention is, that the towel rail in the bathroom was broken

We stayed in the hotel for our honeymoon. The beach facilities and the staff was amazing. The breakfast was also great, both the selection and the setting. Gorgeous hotel & accommodating staff. Very close to the beach and old Antibes. Perfect place to get away and experience the French Riviera. I would recommend you stay in Antibes and not Cannes. Enjoyed my stay. For the price, the room and bath was spacious, bed and pillows were comfy. Good location to the main train to Nice and also 5 minutes walk to the restaurants. Friendly staff and quick check in. Stayed during off peak season and it wasn’t crowded so was able to have the Hamman steam room to myself every night. Breakfast was fairly good. Perfect location right next to the marina and the shops and restaurants of Antibes. We’re so happy we based ourselves in Antibes and this hotel was a great spot. Room was really clean and BIG for Europe. Drinking coffee by the pool was nice as well.

I went to the spa to give myself a birthday treat. I arrived a bit early and was able to hang out at the pool before my treatment. Solene was the best! I got the massage scrub and a facial for over two hours I was in heaven! The three of us went for a drink after waterskiing at the Belles Rives pontoon and enjoyed the views from this historic venue. Staff were accommodating and we enjoyed the drinks on the terrace, though these are pricey.

We didn’t stay the night but the service at the cocktail lounge on the terrace was abysmal. We would have ordered another 4 drinks should the waitress be attentive and remember anything. We watched the couple next to us have the same issue. Other than that. Snacks and negroni were great. It’s a shame that service can ruin an experience that badly.

I can't say enough wonderful things about this hotel! We had a sea view, and our room was beautiful. The hotel staff was helpful and kind, and the service was impeccable. Luca, the concierge, was friendly and knowledgeable. He arranged dinners in town and a boat day for us. Belle Rives is a must if you are in Antibes!

We are a family of four who really enjoyed our stay at Villa Fabulite. The room was large enough for the family and the location is perfect. The owners were very helpful and the hotel is set in a peaceful neighborhood. The price was reasonable and the small restaurant was excellent.

Absolutely loved the hotel. Staff were so warm and helpful, the rooms and decor is gorgeous and creative. So well kept and looked after. Nice little hotel with little pool in a small backyard, we booked it not really paying attention where exactly it was. This is the busiest street in Antibes I think. Lots of restaurants and DJ live mysic. They had earplugs in the bathroom and I realized it was there for a reason. But the music doesn’t bother us. Stayed at Mademoiselle while on a work trip. It was super easy walk to the convention center so having the room close was nice and handy in case I forgot something. Lots of restaurant options on the same street and just within a few minutes of walking around the nearby area. The beach was awesome. Took a swim in the sea on warm day was perfect way to cool off. Had a nice stay but the apartment wasn't very clean. It's close to the port city center and beach so that was great. Didn't give extra toilet paper when asked.

The place is nice, well located and the apartment was well decorated with a pleasant style. The equipment is sufficient for a short term stay and the bed was comfortable. The receptionists were always very friendly and helpful, however the cleaning could be improved (especially bathroom/toilets).

This hotel is a friendly little place the staff are very nice and know the area, its very close to the beach, centre of the town and lots of local parking but payment weekends are free . Last of all lovely little garden with a plunge pool only bad point is no coffee in the rooms when you wake up but lots of local coffee shops

We stayed in hotel Miramar for one week and today we were leaving. A little bit sad because it was such a pleasant stay here. Everything was perfect. The place was so near by the beach....the room was very clean with airco. Good breakfast. Everybody who works here was friendly and more. Supermarket in the area 2 even. By bike 3 minutes.
