NO WIFI. Dirty bathroom with no soap available. Toilet stool was broken. NO suite for food preparation--ONE broken water spigot. Utterly unpleasant. Personnel on site were pleasant but this place is 3rd world. I had better hotel rooms in Turkey in the 1980s. Just a disgrace. To ask 50 Euros a night for something as low-quality as this is an outrage.

If you arrive at a hotel and you find a notice on the door that it has been closed down by the authorities that's good news on one level but unforgivable on another.

Cheap, central and an all round great stay

We have been in a room of 3. It was small but enough. Very very clean and cozy.
If it weren't for the lack of air conditioning and an elevator, I would give them 5*
The location is perfect, super central and very good value for money.
If we come back we will repeat for sure!!!

Our room needed a refurbish especially the fact that windows and shutters could not be opened. The mattress was very old and my husband and I rolled into the dip in the middle. We had a large room (104) very badly laid out with an unnecessary sink/tap/cupboard in the middle of the room. The large ensuite was badly laid out with mini shower cubicle that had doors that didn't close properly, a very, very low toilet and low sink and tile grout that needed redoing.
Generally clean and they are in the process of refurbishing other rooms.
Staff wonderful and location wonderful. We didn't have breakfast there but saw it and it also looked amazing.

Passing through for a stopover night
Well located hotel, close to restaurants. Spacious room for 4 people.
Bad surprise in the night concerning the soundproofing of the room, we heard all the noises of the night + in the early morning the cleaning companies of the street. High temperature in the room and unfortunately too noisy air conditioner.

The one and only asset of this hotel: its central location.
Apart from that: very small room, bathroom in poor condition and tiny (you bump into everything when you take the shower), non-existent soundproofing (you can hear the street as if passers-by were talking in the room, not even talking about noise from the corridor or reception ...), impossible to adjust the heating (unbearable heat at night), very uncomfortable mattress, breakfast served from 8am (impossible to go to work!)

Scary hallway.
The room was unsanitary (especially the bathroom).
We found hair and body hair as well as a dead beast.
When I wanted to drink from one of the glasses of water provided, what a surprise! A trace of lipstick!
The sound is ridiculous.
Too bad because well placed and saw nothing to say.

The welcome is friendly and the room seemed correct to us until one evening when we came back from an evening a big surprise which frightened us (THE CARFARDS) which are invaded in the bathroom and on the walls! This was unacceptable and neither would conceive of this room places. We had to leave this room in the middle of the night so late it is not possible for us to sleep in this condition. Otherwise the hotel is well located near restaurants, shopping etc ... it's a shame. Hoping that they will maintain infected places.

Room a bit small. Large bathroom. Value for money nothing to say. Breakfast included in the price of the room and in addition it was a very nice buffet. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Hotel in the city center very well located.
