Hôtel Les Myrtes

I booked 2 double rooms for the 8 of November at night, for 4 people. Its 4 people living in 3 different cities. This is important for the rest of the comment. The day after the night spent in this hotel, the 4 people were left with bites of fleas bed. Bites that quickly turned into pustules. The hotel warned promises repayment of the rooms. A week after, still nothing. I remember and after a long discussion, the manager of the hotel told me that she will refund me the rooms. Another week goes by and I get the, royal, one-half of the refund...commercial Gesture said to me.
I point out just for the sake of this comment that I had already book several times in this hotel, at least once a year, without worries. And therefore without any claims
The bad time of the manager is obvious.
For info, always, I had reserved rooms for my family to attend a death painful.. Not really the head nor the desire to go do a scam.
Guest room, in Montpellier offers benefits much better, for the same price or even less then, traveler, continue on your way.

I was in this hotel for a long stay, I hated it.

-breakfast at € 7 was brief and rotten

-wifi signal decayed in most of the rooms

-soundproofing rotten (you can hear the couples who make love, or someone who speaks with her girlfriend with great clarity, or worse the pleasant sounds of the toilet, noise of neighbors and TV heard very clearly as if you were in the same room. in short you will neither relax nor sleep)

- bathroom of a former time,

- decor of the rooms deplorable

-stay paid in advance (for short stays) !

and to close : to take a shower with the hot water you must wait 2 minutes, otherwise make do with the cold water.

(there is better hotels in the center of Montpellier that are much cheaper and much better)

Cheats. Poor quality of rooms and food.Cheating in billing. Should not get even one star.

Many things to fix and improve. First thing is that this hotel was many years ago certified as a 3 star hotel but now in reality is no more than a 2 star hotel, with very bad in sonorisation and rooms that are not well maintained(rust on the bathroom and scratched walls and furniture). The worst thing is that the walls seem to be extremely thin because during the night you can hear everything that's happening in the rooms close by, and even between floors(everything! all night long, and this was during the week days). The neighborhood is not the best one to walk around in the evening, with a lot of noise and people arguing and fighting during the night. The hotel has a underneath parking lot, but it's very small and hard to get around if you have a large car, but It's a much better option than to leave your car on the street. The only good thing is that the hotel staff was polite and helpful.
