Quaint colourful hotel. Neat. No laundry service though. Free wifi. Difficult to work the coffee machine. Pleasant stay.
However be careful when stepping out of the room as it opens too close to the staircase.
What's nice is they have a toilet even downstairs at the reception.

The hotel rooms are very small, the staff was nice but the location of this hotel is not functional, considering there is no stores next to it.

Small expensive rooms to attend the local Roland Garros scènes events.
It's a classic hotel. If you can afford the price, it's located at a walking distance to Roland Garros.

Perfect location for going to Roland Garros. 10 minute walk. Also, very close to a grocery store, tons of restaurants and shops. And a fresh food market. Wow! We hit the jackpot. Hotel itself was clean, remodeled, and staff were friendly. Highly recommend this hotel.

Very inefficient check-in, multiple wrong room numbers given. Finally key to the wrong room given and opened the door to an occupied (!!) room in the middle of the night.
Small room with bad sound isolation: I could hear everything happening around and above.
Breakfast really minimal with limited to no fresh products.
Requested an invoice at check out, that took another 15’ to print out.

Sweet and easy little hotel! Reception is lovely—I was locked out twice during my stay late at night and a quick phone call got me back into my room in 5 minutes or less.
The rooms are a bit tight, but that’s Paris! Very well organized bento box style.
Great breakfast, with the option to be delivered to your room. I only used it once during my stay, but very generous and Franc

The receptionist seemed friendly but not! These are the paper we are given by the receptionist (looks like pieces of trash, key cover was reused from another room). There was no guiding for restaurant, check out time, anything! Especially when we checked in at around 15.30, the receptionist told us to wait because she wasn’t sure if it was ready or not.
The room is in the ground floor, without air conditioning or fan. We asked for borrowing a fan and the answer was: “You should book a room with air conditioner, sorry we don’t have any fan”. (Night receptionist doesn’t speak English well, he was on his earphone when I talked to him)
There is a window in the room but the wind are blocked because of the buildings surrounding the hotel. We opened the hotel for having some air in the room because we cannot breathe.

I'd stay again, great price and comfortable bed. The only thing I could fault is there is a really bad smell in the hall and stairway, but everything else was spot-on
