Strategic location. Staff were friendly. The lobby was big and spacious to welcome you. We went in June, so they handed Evian mineral water as complimentary at the lobby. Not sure if it in normal season too. Elevator access was fast. We were in Eiffel Tower view, it was nice to see the tower lit at night from our room.

Location is great with metro station linked from the hotel via the mall. All is sheltered and air-conditioned. During our stay at Sofitel Paris we had a wonderful experience. The staff was good and very polite. The room was ok, when we checked in my wife and I were placed in a room with 2 separate single beds that were them pushed together. It's OK but not worth the price. Overall, it's not as good as Bulgari in Beijing. The most outrageous thing is that they gave us a disabled room. We are obviously energetic guys. One of the best hotel experiences in Paris. Great location, spacious rooms (our rooms was the family room, very big with separate beds for our 3 kids). Many hotels in Paris have super small rooms but here you will find enough space. They also have very pretty duplex rooms, and a very complete breakfast. It is ok place to stay. Nothing very special, nothing very bad. Amenities are good, metro station, public buses and Eiffel tower are close. Noise from the street gets in, but is bearable. Great location, 10-15 minutes walk to the Eiffel Tower, clean, cozy, safe and quiet streets. Great breakfast.

This hotel has a good location. I chose a room with a view of the iron tower. The room is very small and the balcony is very small, but the view is very good. You can see the flashing lights of the iron tower at different times in the room.

Great location, just down the street from the Eiffel Tower. Our Executive Room was large (for Paris), clean, and with a view of the Eiffel Tower. Staff was friendly, helpful, and courteous. Very comfortable bed.

Back from our four night stay and overall very happy with our stay. The Hotel is within walking distance from The Eiffel Tower and Arc De Triomphe with a Metro Station close by as well. The location was terrific. The room was very nice and the breakfast was very good. Tahsin was so helpful to us at breakfast. He made our stay more enjoyable. The front desk was great. They held our luggage for us on the day we checked out because we didn’t leave Paris until later in the day. We would definitely stay here again.

I spent 3 nights at this property & I enjoyed my stay. Room was spacious & clean. Staff was friendly & very helpful. I loved the area, tons of restaurants close by & not far from tourist attractions. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The check-in staff were helpful. The restaurant breakfast buffet staff were very accommodating for gluten allergy that one of us has. The buffet food was very good. Bed was extremely comfortable. Hotel is very quiet. Bathroom was very clean. Good location for walking as well as picking up an Uber.

Spend two nights for a short weekend trip, a good experience, with great location. The staff did a great job for the smooth, efficient and attentive check in experience, and explained what the hotel is offering well. Overall the stay was really nice.

So cute and very convenient! The Arc de Triomphe is a 10 minute walk away. The nearest metro station is 5 minutes (Argentine) and the second is 10 minutes (Charles de Gaulle-Étoile). Such a great experience. Will definitely be back next time I’m in Paris!

Although the room is not big, the bed is very comfortable, the top floor is very quiet, and the Arc de Triomphe is very close. The breakfast waiter is very warm and friendly, and must be praised 👍...
