Well, location and architecture are great. We lived dining at the Akira and the top floor rooms are of high standard. We left felling ripped off nevertheless when the hotel waiter told us that breakfast is included and then the charge 110€ for two coffees and orange juices. Location is great. Room is pretty small. Breakfast was very good. The only real problem was the fact that the room temperature was pretty low.

I am happy to stay in this hotel because it has many positives. The most important of which is the behavior of the employees working there, especially the receptionists during the morning shift (Wendy and Angela). They were very helpful and accommodating with the clients which shows their professionalism. I would also like to pay tribute to the unique location of the hotel. Thank you from the heart

I'll start with our arrival. We arrived very very early around 9 am as we had an early flight arrival. The staff were very accommodating. They could not obviously give us our room yet but took our luggage and stored it in a room behind the check in desk and offered to email me as soon as the room was ready. There is no car parking under the hotel. They offer to take your car to a parking garage close by with an additional fee. But street parking is available on the next street. Just download the app you should be good to go, if you find a spot. The location was good and the room was clean. The reception staff was very nice and friendly.

Excellent location, close to various metro stations and 500m from Champs Elysees. Daily room cleaning, a/c in room (efficient and quite), polite and helpful staff, nice breakfast. Nice bistros right next to the hotel, full of locals (not the horrible tourist kind). Safe area. Would definitely visit again.
