Strategic location. Staff were friendly. The lobby was big and spacious to welcome you. We went in June, so they handed Evian mineral water as complimentary at the lobby. Not sure if it in normal season too. Elevator access was fast. We were in Eiffel Tower view, it was nice to see the tower lit at night from our room.
The hotel put us in the wrong room first, but solved swiftly.
Location is great with metro station linked from the hotel via the mall. All is sheltered and air-conditioned. However, room keeping is not up to standard, dirty glasses and towels not cleaned after the next day. Asked for a wine bottle opener and was requested for 10 euros for delivery fee! Else have to go down to ground floor to take
Other services slowed without reception
For example: asking for extra water and asking for take the luggage
During my stay, the booking software is “upgraded “. However, such system is not ready for use actually. It made my room key cannot open the toilet in lobby. Also, I cannot open my room. As such , I need to got to reception and queue up again waiting for handling room key issue.

Choosing a place to stay in Paris is never easy. The whole city is charming and romantic, but where you stay can truly shape the tone of your trip. That’s why I was so happy with my decision to stay at the Hyatt Regency Paris Étoile during this visit—it turned out to be one of the highlights of my time in the city.
First of all, the location is excellent. It’s less than a 10-minute walk from the Arc...

We stayed 3 nights in a superior family room and 3 nights in a double room, due to personal circumstances.
Family room #1003 - very spacious for 2 adults and 2 children. Nice view of Siene river. Only issue was toilet was separate, well away from washroom and the toilet cubicle didn’t have a sink!
Double room #3017 - good. AC not powerful enough but being in autumn, wasn’t an issue.
Both rooms had...
I recently spent 3 wonderful nights at this hotel, and I must say, the location is absolutely fantastic! The hotel is within walking distance to the iconic Eiffel Tower, and it's perfectly situated for exploring the city's main attractions. The surrounding area is bustling with life, offering plenty of shopping and dining options to suit all tastes.
The hotel's room was comfortable and well-appointed...
Overall the hotel was clean and it is in a good location. It was adequate for a 3 night stay. However, the bathroom was very tight to move around in. Just to get in the shower was a tight squeeze to get the door open. The shower itself was tiny as well. I felt like I was showering in my RV. There were also some tiny little ants in the sink and in the bathroom floor.
The staff were pilot but didn't...
Good afternoon, my name is Shaun Blake. I took my Niece Paris for her first time and my God I was blown away with how amazing the Novotel was. The location is amazing, literally 6 mins walk to the effiel tower. Javal train station is literally 2 min walk which makes it so convenient to get to places. Let’s start with the staff, every single staff member was friendly and welcoming - no issue was too...
I have traveled to Paris several times for business and stayed at different hotels with mixed experiences. This trip, however, was special because I was traveling with my family, and I wanted to make sure they had a positive experience. My wife and I spent a week going back and forth reading countless hotel reviews, which were very mixed for this property. The day before our flight, I finally pulled...

It's all good and convenient. I really enjoyed my trip and the stay there.
The receptionist at the front desk of the hotel is very warm and patient, and the hotel room is relatively large for one person! Very clean! Compared with ibis, the price is also relatively reasonable, and it is cost-effective! The guest room will be cleaned all the time. The shower room is clean and the bed is very comfortable. Recommended!
I chose this hotel mostly because of the location . It was close to Eiffel Tower just 25 mins walk . However be very careful with the shops around the area as
Prices are made for tourists . If you look up carrefour you can find one that is very close by foot . The price at the hotel is quite high for the items . I wanted to get the breakfast menu and saw there are 2 . 1 for the on the go that was ...
The hotel was clean and located in safe environment with lots of good restaurants near Eiffel Tower. Recommend to choose if you stay in Paris.
We love the location, it is convenient to subway, Monoprix, eateries. Loved the location of the hotel situated!

Only one thing we found the room is alittle bit small but still acceptable for us.
Nice location, helpful front desk workers. Taxi stand just opposite the hotel, very convenient.

This place in Paris is incredible! I arrived at 11AM, which was a bit early, but “ Diana “ was so helpful that she let us check in early for free. “ Jane “ was also amazing and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. The staff and location are fantastic, and I’m so glad I chose this place for my trip. It truly made it memorable!
Thank you Diana & Jane.
The location of Mercure TGV is excellent. Its close to the train station and walking distance to many attractions. This hotel however is let down by its front desk experience and breakfast. The floating front desk is not user friendly. Not all of the front desk staff were unfriendly but the ones that were not busy were. Breakfast was another huge disappointment. Breakfast ends at 10:30. Comfortable beds (and particularly good pillows), but overall the rooms are basic, dated, and worn. In particular, the bathrooms need completely replacing. Rude housekeeping staff.
Excellent service. Great location. The staff is always helping you with anything you need. The spa is GREAT, very relaxing. Nice rooms, enough space and very clean.
Room was average at best, spacious enough though. Breakfast buffet had plenty to offer, and hotel is in walking distance of a nearby pharmacie, grocery store and restaurant. The direct view of the Eiffel Tower largely makes up for any lack of quality in the hotel though, you can see it from the very front of the hotel!
It was a nice stay for three of us in the triple room. Loved that we got the drinks refilled every morning and the hotel was very near to montparnasse station and Gaite - we could walk to most places we needed to get to and some of the best eats in Paris are close by.
There was no aircon in the room so they had to give us a fan.

Absolutely amazing experience yet again. I’ve stayed in luxury hotels all over the world so I can say with confidence that this hotel is the best in the world for me. It was my first trip to Paris and it was also my Birthday! If I could give 10 stars on this review, I would! My sister and I were met with the warmest welcome! Both of our rooms were beautiful! A very wonderful hotel in terms of location, available services, and even the staff are very nice and helpful, especially the employee (Badis), who helped us a lot and made our stay comfortable🙏
It was a fine staying but it is absolutely overpriced. Breakfast and staff were good. Location is good and if you have a terrace it is Eiffel view. The building is old, cleaning was so so.
Had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms clean and the location is perfect if you’re looking for a hotel few steps away from champs Elyse. Or almost in champs elyse because you literally wall for a less than a minute! A very nice hotel and room which the location is amazing and staff are extremely friendly.
I recently stayed at Shangri-La Paris and had a mixed experience. I had specifically paid for a room with a view, but unfortunately, for the first two days, I didn’t get the room I had booked, which was disappointing—especially considering the high standards expected from a luxury hotel like this.
However, after raising the issue, the hotel finally provided me with the correct room. The next two days...
Upgraded the room type at my own expense. The service was really good and attentive. Every detail was superb. The welcome gift for the children made them very happy. It was a different Shangri-La.
We truly enjoyed our stay at Shangri-la Paris. Spotless room with a big window of tower view, super friendly and urbane staff, nice breakfast although we were so busy that we only had one breakfast at hotel during our five-night stay. Excellent location and great services, we will definitely come again.
From the moment we arrived at Shangri-La Paris, my fiancé and I were treated to an extraordinary experience that exceeded every expectation. I had planned a surprise engagement, and the hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure this moment was nothing short of magical.

My sister and I really enjoyed our stay at the Sofitel Paris Baltimore Tour Eiffel. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. During our stay at Sofitel Paris we had a wonderful experience. The staff was good and very polite. The room was ok, when we checked in my wife and I were placed in a room with 2 separate single beds that were them pushed together. Our reservation was for a Long size bed, I'm 6'4" tall and typically need the leg room. Outside of this the hotel staff and location were amazing.
I had an excellent stay and was very pleased with the high-quality care and service from all staff, starting with Aline who went out of her way to solve a big issue with my booking and was super kind during my stay. Hope all hotels had someone like her!

Staying at Hotel Raphael in Paris is like stepping into a world where the art of hospitality is practiced with effortless grace, reminiscent of the old-school ways where excellence was simply the norm. Stayed on 30th September for a night. From the helpful staff to the beautiful decor, It is simply an amazing place to stay. Treat yourself to a truly Parisian experience. This is a wonderful memory as we return from our European holiday
So after visiting I think a lot of these reviews are fake. I have recently returned from our trip and although it was pleasant it is in no way representative of the true experience of the hotel. Firstly we tried to book an Eiffel Tower view room as it was my birthday, we were refused as we had a toddler with us which was fair enough, my husband tried to arrange a breakfast or birthday meal on the rooftop...
I have been meaning to write since we returned from our trip.
Paris was the first stop on our extended European vacation and Hotel Raphael was my favorite hotel of them all. The hotel itself, although small and intimate, had a grand royal feeling to it.

It's OK but not worth the price. Overall, it's not as good as Bulgari in Beijing. The most outrageous thing is that they gave us a disabled room. We are obviously energetic guys. Xiaohongshu says that disabled rooms discriminate against Chinese people. But they also gave us an explanation, which is not very acceptable.
My stay at the Bulgari Hotel in Paris was nothing short of spectacular. I genuinely believe it's the best hotel I've experienced in Europe. This hotel is incredible and the staff are fantastic! The rooms are fabulous and the restaurants and bar are a must visit. The team in the lobby bar go out of their way to ensure you have a positive experience. The menus in the restaurant and bar are very diverse and have something for everyone. The hotel's service is very considerate. In addition to breakfast included in the room rate, breakfast can also be arranged to be delivered to the room. There are many breakfast options. In addition, snacks and fruits are delivered every day, and the room is clean. I stayed in a terrace room and the terrace area was very large. Overall very satisfied and highly recommended.

An amazing hotel with well appointed rooms and for the Eiffel Suite, full unobstructed views of the Eiffel Tower from the huge terrace. More importantly, the service is fantastic with a wonderful, attentive, friendly and always helpful team! Will always go back to this hotel!
One of the best hotel experiences in Paris. Great location, spacious rooms (our rooms was the family room, very big with separate beds for our 3 kids). Many hotels in Paris have super small rooms but here you will find enough space. They also have very pretty duplex rooms, and a very complete breakfast.
Stayed for only one night but could have stayed a week (or more :))

A complimentary bottle of red was waiting in the room when we checked in. The hotel sits in a quiet, safe corner of the 16th; the Eiffel Tower is an easy 7-10-minute stroll away. When the skies opened, the front desk instantly handed us a branded umbrella. Every request—late checkout, dinner reservation—was sorted in a minute, always with a smile. Stylish, spotless rooms. Loved the clean rooms, decor and staff hospitality. Very close to Eiffel Tower, 10-15 mins walk. We had two rooms, my only complaint is that rooms were not given on the same floor, otherwise very beautiful hotel and staff
Clean, well organized hotel, at the heart of a very Parisian neighborhood. Staff very helpful, rooms confortable, nice lobby.
It is ok place to stay. Nothing very special, nothing very bad. Amenities are good, metro station, public buses and Eiffel tower are close. Noise from the street gets in, but is bearable. Back from our four night stay and overall very happy with our stay. The Hotel is within walking distance from The Eiffel Tower and Arc De Triomphe with a Metro Station close by as well. Lots of restaurants within an easy walk. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are comfortable (bed a bit firm for us but that’s a personal view) and location is spot on. We stayed ‘room only’ so didn’t...
The location was terrific. The room was very nice and the breakfast was very good. Tahsin was so helpful to us at breakfast. He made our stay more enjoyable. The front desk was great. They held our luggage for us on the day we checked out because we didn’t leave Paris until later in the day. We would definitely stay here again.
I spent 3 nights at this property & I enjoyed my stay. Room was spacious & clean. Staff was friendly & very helpful. I loved the area, tons of restaurants close by & not far from tourist attractions. I would definitely recommend staying here.
The check-in staff were helpful. The restaurant breakfast buffet staff were very accommodating for gluten allergy that one of us has. The buffet food was very good. Bed was extremely comfortable. Hotel is very quiet. Bathroom was very clean. Good location for walking as well as picking up an Uber.
Spend two nights for a short weekend trip, a good experience, with great location. The staff did a great job for the smooth, efficient and attentive check in experience, and explained what the hotel is offering well. Overall the stay was really nice.
Fantastic property, cleaned rooms, helpful and friendly staff! We loved our stay there and appreciated all the little details they had offer to us, as well as the excellent treatment from all the staff. The location of the hotel is also nice.

I only stayed one night, but I was very happy with the hotel. The room was very nice, staff very friendly and helpful, and the location is walking distance to many desirable locations. I would definitely stay here again.
We recently stayed at the Chalgrin Hotel near the Arc de Triomphe. Overall, the experience was a mix of highs and lows. The room was the size we had booked, with a nice view, clean floors, and a spotless bathroom. The air conditioning worked excellently, which made the stay comfortable.
Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi was very poor throughout our visit, which was frustrating. Service-wise, the staff on our...
So cute and very convenient! The Arc de Triomphe is a 10 minute walk away. The nearest metro station is 5 minutes (Argentine) and the second is 10 minutes (Charles de Gaulle-Étoile). Such a great experience. Will definitely be back next time I’m in Paris!
Nice hotel, well located. Clean . Employees were all very polite and friendly. I would return on my next trip to Paris
Although the room is not big, the bed is very comfortable, the top floor is very quiet, and the Arc de Triomphe is very close. The breakfast waiter is very warm and friendly, and must be praised 👍...
Beautiful and wonderful hotel, close to the Arc de Triomphe and very helpful staff
