From the outside, the hotel looks nice—with a revolving door entrance that gives a good first impression. However, two of the three entrance doors had no handles, just visible holes where handles used to be. The receptionist was very kind, professional, and almost always present. She spoke French very well, didn’t speak Italian (which is understandable), and only a few words in English, mixed...
Mixed experience – some disappointments for a "spa hotel"
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was okay, not bad, but nothing special either.
The biggest issue for us was the spa. It’s not included in the room price, and even after paying, you can only book limited time slots (10–13 or 15–18). This means if you want to use it both in the morning and evening, you have to pay twice...
It is conveniently located in the center of Fréjus. Overall, the staff are quite friendly. However, the hotel facilities are old and may need some renovations.
The hotel is located in an ideal area to explore the cote d azur. Free minutes drive from Saint Rapael and other places in the coast. There is a lovely beach close to the hotel. The rooms have a nice view.
Weekend om Fréjus during Roc d’Azur
Friendly and good service. 5th time we stay there. Will go again
After reading some of the other reviews of the hotel I was a bit worried about staying here. But it was great! Yes it was a bit dated but the location was so good, backing on the beach and with a pool, by the marina. Yes the shower overflowed ( just needed to reduce the pressure a bit) but the bed was super comfy. Staff were very helpful and breakfast was good. We paid much less than the price shown...

Quiet and peaceful place with beautiful grounds and a great pool. The apart-hotel has everything you need: good linens, hairdryer, shower gel. The building and appliances are a bit dated, but it doesn’t affect the stay. The only downside is smoking allowed on balconies, so if you don’t smoke, you might be bothered by neighbors’ smoke. Breakfast is available, but we didn’t try it.
The surroundings were absolutely beautiful, and the apartment itself was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly, reliable, and always willing to help. Parking was convenient, and while I didn’t use the pool myself (I preferred going to the beach), it looked nice and well-maintained. There’s even a sweet stray cat on the property that adds a charming, homely vibe. I also really enjoyed the bathtub...
Nice, quiet apart hotel with parking. Ideal for a short stay.
Awesome place to stay at with a pool that’s open from 10am-6pm. The free parking is super convenient and the staff was helpful in extending my stay in the same apartment after I changed my mind and provided me with additional amenities when requested. Only issues were which that the lock for the toilet doesn’t work and the toilet is very cramped up. Definitely recommend this aparthotel!
The room was big, 2 balconies, 2 bedrooms, big bathroom, free parking, kitchen with dishwasher, we were just passing through and stayed for one night, it was very nice. Beautiful gardens and a swimming pool.
The room (appartement) was very nice and clean. Lovely kitchen and good bathroom. Breakfast was good. We asked for an appartment with balcony but did get one with terrace which we do not prefer because of the dogs. It seemed there was an appartment with balcony available during our stay. The main gate could not be closed during the night. It was broken during our stay.

Really basic
But guys at the réception was super
Hotel was nice, and the breakfast was a very good value. Only negative is the wifi setup is difficult and annoying to use, needing to go to the front desk everyday and get a new password.
Small hotel with everything you need
This is a cute little hotel located 5 minutes from the beach on foot. There are also many restaurants and ice-cream shops just a short walk away at the frejus port. The personnel are very friendly and willing to do anything to make your stay memorable. I would recommend staying here.
Perfect location
7 min walk to the beach. Plenty of local restaurant options. Check in staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Would stay again, well worth the money.
Front desk service excellent. Great location by airport and tram service. Room was large and well equipped!
Parking on the side of the road, but the hotel's private places right next to the door. Didn't hesitate to leave the motorcycles there overnight. Good for one night stay. Breakfast includes both sandwiches and sweet pastries. Great Italian restaurant in the same building. You get what you pay for, the hotel is not new but clean and adequate. Quite good bed.

Perfect hotel very well placed for our part.
Very good welcome from the staff and the bedding is a pure marvel.
Honestly I recommend with my eyes closed.
Loved it.
Rooms have everything you need. It's not too big but very detailed!. The beds are comfortable, very comfortable!!
It could have been cleaned better, but nothing major. I like the style and the standard.
Breakfast is very good. Well presented and quite rich. I enjoyed it.

 A very nice, clean place
At reception, super friendly

Nice efficient little hotel. Equivalent to a Days Inn or Super 8 in the US. Clean and efficient but no frills.
We recently stayed at Hôtel Kyriad Fréjus Saint-Raphaël with our family, and we couldn't have been more impressed with the level of service provided by the staff. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly and our needs were attended to promptly and professionally. Our room was clean and comfortable, and our kids appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the extra pillows and blankets provided...

The rooms are too small. The view of the road and the green fields beyond are actually pleasant. The reception staff and restaurant are wonderful. Breakfast was nice and varied. The decorations are candy themed which was different but pleasant! We were given room 102. Next to the elevator but it was quiet. The only issue we had was the next door guest who decided to make their room a pot smoking den...
Nothing in the room
It had nothing, no amenities in the room, no cup, no glasses, no paper cup, no kettle..etc Tried to ask the receptionist for a cup, she said “you can go to the restaurant to take a glass to room if you want!!!!” - what a “amazing” service!
Stayed three night ,room very clean and even had a balcony.Breakfast had a good choice and we had dinner twice . Pool was very clean , we had no complaints. Everyone we talked to was very nice. Very good value for the money.
The room was very small, and the entrance to the shower narrow. Also, the door to my room did not close by itself. And one of the sliding windows on the porch did not lock.
Very clean and value of money
Great iBIS Location central, this hotel offers style and budget and safe parking. This hotels lovely very comfortable and generally clean. Location is exceptional and we enjoyed visiting the local eateries and bars that offer a broad range of French cuisines. Highly recommended for travellers travelling to Frejus.

What a gem. The location is beautiful, off the main roads, in the middle of the vineyards. Everything feels qualitative, from the details in the room to the outside spaces, to the restaurant. We felt very comfy and cosy at the fireplace in the lobby, where we were served an excellent rose upon arrival. The rooms are large, wonderful huge beds and a great bathroom. The feel is elegant and comfy. Not...
Nice stop. A couple of miles from free way but quiet and away from the road. Nice restaurant
Stayed here for 1 night. Pulled into the lot at 3:00pm and it was mid 90's and hot as hades. Checked in and they asked us if we wanted to eat dinner and breakfast. We decided to as the hotel is not close to anything that I could tell. They also mentioned that had a pool which seemed perfect given the heat. Room was very large and the AC unit had no chance to cool this room adequately given the...
It was a unique experience to stay and wake up in the winery’s . The property is beautiful and quiet. It has a inside and outside restaurant with the delicious food and it’s own wine! I had an outstanding view from my patio, had the best breakfast . I felt I’m the only one at the hotel because there are not many rooms there ))
Everything was great! Staff was amazing. They may want to build a step to enter the pool as it’s a big drop. Otherwise the room was amazing and all details were perfect.
After several searches I decided to book in this place for our respective birthdays. Arriving at this place in this large alley we are immediately disoriented by this building and its greenery. As for the catering we came on a Thursday evening where the music is part of the meal it is very pleasant. The food on the plate is great. The staff very attentive. Basic clean qhotel
Nice and clean very basic hotel. Very noisy room on second floor with the motorway next to it (actually very close). Also very poor insulation between rooms.
Breakfast was above expectations.
The price is very reasonable. It is right next to the highway, very convenient and not too noisy. The parking lot at the entrance is large and free, and it is also very convenient. It is a good choice to stay in the middle of the journey. 👍🏻
Arrived a little late but we had warned. Very friendly reception staff.
Minimalist room but quality/price consistent.
Decent breakfast.

I was a bit hesitant when booking the hotel, as I noticed it didn’t have a high rating on Booking. Rooms are very small. Our room had this back view of a sort of industrial sheds and parking lots, the position is good because just a few steps away, the port is there, yachts, beaches and restaurants. Easy to arrive with the local buses. Very basic and simple. The sheets and towels were clean, as a place to overnight is fine. There is a pool which looked nice. Don’t know how is breakfast quality...
Mediocre Stay
This hotel has potential, but the pool isn’t very good. You can talk there used to be a hot tub/whirlpool that they have since removed. The room itself is not very big. It is well air-conditioned, but the shower is so basic. If you want to partake in the evening buffet, you need to give them at least 24 hours notice even though hardly anyone shows up. The buffet is overpriced. The hotel...
Very friendly and attentive staff, comfortable room although the soundproofing leaves something to be desired (we would have gladly switched from the neighbor's TV at 6am). The meals are hearty and of good quality, but having a simple ham and butter sandwich, a compote, a bottle of water... as a basket to take away "when you're away during the day, it's very light. It would have been possible to provide...
This is a good, basic and clean hotel.
Near to a good beach and a 30 minutes stroll from the centre of St Raphael. I have one criticism and it is the hotel has WiFi in the bar and reception. The WiFi is woeful, so make sure you have plenty of data on a contract. WiFi is a 21st century necessity and the hotel needs to invest.

Very nice
Very nice hotel, comfortable rooms, very clean but bear in mind that the hotel restaurant, and most others in the town, are closed on a Sunday and Monday. From the reviews, we had intended eating at the restaurant but as it was a Sunday.....
However, the hotel immediately booked us a table at the only restaurant in teh town that does open on a Sunday.
We enjoyed our stay here. The staff were friendly and it is worth dining at the restaurant for at least one night.
The room was large, as we spent a bit more due to availability but it was worth it.

Make sure you have a booking number!
Arrived after 9pm and took an hour to gain entry as we weren't given a booking number and couldn't get in touch. Eventually got in. Hotel is clean but basic.
Very very good, very welcoming, pragmatic staff
It is located a stone's throw from shops and the sea
in short: TOP!!!
In my ******* confirmation, I didn't have the eight-letter reservation number. I needed this number to get the entry code at the kiosk since the reception didn't open until 5 p.m. So I had to call the hotel to get this code. I think ******* should have given it to me.

Bed and breakfast that respects itself with a lot of love, a most pleasant week, thank you!
A quiet guest room where you are taken care of, a very generous French breakfast with a decor that transports you to Marrakech.
I highly recommend this Havre de paix.

This hotel has been taken over by serious people. It is called the hotel restaurant bar "Horus". It is simply magnificent, a very beautiful decoration with a lot of taste. Calm little hotel with very nice staff.
This is better described as a motel, rather then a hotel. It has a breakfast room but that's it as far as communal areas is concerned. The rooms are clean and well decorated but the corridor areas are shabby and in need of decoration. The corridors are open-plan style with no glass windows so open to the wind and rain. Staff are helpful and courteous and parking is a plus point. Overall a good option...
Good location, close to port and beach within walking distance. Parking can be tricky and should be confirmed in advance. Some rooms have a jacuzzi option which is a nice touch if you don't already have one at home. Full air con, room safe, fridge and TV. Shower, sink and full length mirror.
The hotel is very well located near the port of Frejus and Saint Raphael. It has free private parking, always appreciable. The rooms are very nice, well appointed with all the comforts and they are clean. The staff is very welcoming and friendly.
Very warm welcome from the phone reservation. Competent staff, very clear explanations, affordable prices, hearty breakfast and quality. Good situation close to saint Raphael Nothing to say about the very clean room. No noise at night.

Staff were polite , location excellent.
Sadly the shower was extremely dangerous very slippery and difficult to get out of due to slippery surface also maybe a small issue to many but Television never worked despite mentioning it several times staff they weren't interested or bothered .
Staff also had no idea about available parking in the area which wasn’t particularly easy to navigate on a motorcycle

We found a clean and quiet hotel despite the people coming and going from the hotel. The staff is smiling and welcoming, responding to our requests. The only weak point for us, but which is part of the design of the rooms for 4 people, the staircase which leads to the mezzanine is very steep and for children it is scary to fall.
