An excellent place to stay in Les Deux Alpes. Great staff, food and facilities including a spa and small indoor pool. It's a few minutes from the main ski lifts where the ski schools meet and the town centre, but the hotel has a free private minibus which will pick you up and drop you off anywhere in the resort whenever you'd like. Lovely restaurant and nice facilities. When we stayed in the area, they had a lovely offer, book in for afternoon lunch, which was really tasty and had some special items on the menu that gave us a great taste of local French food, and we were able to use the spa facilities in the hotel for free. It was a lovely afternoon of good food, nice wine and great relaxation. Very cool!

Nice hotel, very nice shower. The toiletries were good and fragrant. We stayed in a double room but it was two single beds pushed together. Plenty of storage space which is required with all the snow kit. There is a locker just off reception for ski equipment with a shoe dryer inbuilt. There is a ski pass in reception so don't need to go searching and there is a ski lift just outside.

The shower rooms are wonderful modern and relaxing but the toilet is in a separate bit with no sink so you have to go through two doors before you can wash you hands, however the soaps body wash and shampoo provided plus welda sample are very nice. Stayed here 1day after a ski holiday to make flights and transfers much easier and cheaper. As it was changeover day we struggled to get a taxi from the chalet up to hotel, but, thanks to the awesome hotel team they managed to pick us up and transfer us to the hotel!

The wash basin drain was clogged, the rooms looked old and creepy. Transportation needs to be improved The view was pretty good The staffs were nice and helpful There was no fridge in the room Reasonable price for the place The wifi is unreasonably slow.

Went here for the summer for the first time. Albeit, half the mountain was melted, but it was expected and I went for the experience. The scenery was beautiful and the view was great as you go higher in gondola from warm to cold. The pictures speak for themselves.

The place can't do anything about the snow, but would rate it 5 stars if I had been there with more snow... Something to do with overall experience.

we had a lovely stay at the Panorama hotel. overall the hotel is a bit on the older side and could do with a refurbish 5 years ago, but everything was clean. They seem to mainly cater for families, so meal times are quite noisy with kids running around. it's a full board hotel and all meals were delicious with a great variety of food available as a buffet, including starters and dessert. Booked for a friend's birthday and honestly a bit disappointed. The rooms are ok but need a bit of a refurb, the food was ok (at best) and the staff were friendly but spoke little English. We booked because of the spa but the Jacuzzi was broken/cold and we couldn't get in until the following day. Overall it was ok but the website has better pictures than reality.

Food is amazing!! Always enjoyed our meals here! Rooms could do witch a sproose up and water could be hotter especially when you’ve been snowboarding all day you want a nice hot bath to jump into! Maid service brilliant, room was always tidy! Beds comfy too! Would recommend!

Everything was really nice including the food! The room cleaners did a really nice consistent job! Downside is massive .... We had 3 rooms and all the showers were warm not hot After 5pm (take it because everyone is using the showers) I always look forward to a hot shower after a day on the slopes . I am sure most do!

The hotel was quaint, warm and friendly. The rooms were clean, however the cleaner often only came at 4pm, and so when we returned from the slopes and wanted to relax, we had to wait somewhere else until she was done. Really lovely food asked staff if we could have something other than tuna and they gave us meat lively staff and small but open rooms lovely view of the slopes and good space in the skiing locker room fast enough walk to the slopes so there is not as much pain walking in the skii boots

Brilliant hotel. Lots of very friendly and attentive staff. From manager, to waiting staff, housekeeping and even the shuttle bus driver, all staff here seem to really care about your experience and wellbeing. Would highly recommend.

I just had a weeks holiday at Hotel Ibiza and it was perfect. The staff were all so lovely especially Beth at reception and Sophia in the restaurant. The room had an amazing view over the mountains and the food in the restaurant was fab (especially the dessert table). Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to ski at Les Deux alpes!! Just came back from 1week vacation from hotel Ibiza. We had wonderful stay. We took allinclusive pack. Evrything was prfect, especially food and shuttle service to ski lifts. Love the view from the room to mountains I would recomend this hôtel to anyone. The Only thing I would cange is to ban DJ(so anoying) and whats up with the action men decoration 🤣🤣🤣

This hotel offers a lot of facilities: swimming pool, saun, fitness gym, lockers for snowboard and skis. The price of our stay was pretty cheap, but there are also downsides: the room was freezing cold when we first arrived, luckily we were able to turn the radiators to maximum, but it took hours to make it warm. The swimming pool was also extremely cold, unfortunately we couldn't change the temperature...

I need to give this location 5 stars after comparing it with others from Les 2 Alpes. Our rooms were pretty clean, including the bathroom, and for sure we did not bave bedbugs as others complained. It has a really nice free swimming pool and a sauna you need to pay for. It uses the same policy as most of the accommodations around: no towels included, you need to pay for the TV remote and at checkout...

For what it is four stars is decent, it was very basic but did the job. Pool was a nice addition, only complaint was that the beds were not clean enough at all. Hair on the sheets and on the pillows. Other than that it was cool, but we were abit grossed out by our beds.

They have a ski equipment storage room with locks which is nice so you just gear up and walk 4 minutes to the ski lifts (no need to carry trainers). Spent all my time in skiing so didn't try the sauna/swimming pool, but they looked nice. They have a laundry in the basement which is great for washing and drying your base layers. Great hotel. Location is fantastic, minutes from main lifts with boot room etc. The food is great, lots of pasta, but plenty of other choices for each meal. And Andreas the owner is just awesome, a great ski instructor, and wonderful with the kids. If you're looking to stay in Les Deux Alpes, particularly with a group, this is a really good hotel to consider.

Great value for money, in the heart of town, on a short walk from the slopes. Good breakfast, dinner was basic. General setting is a bit old fashioned but if you don't mind that, definitely a recommendation

Exceeded our expectations. Staff are incredibly friendly. So close to the Mountain too. The buffet changes every day and the food has been great. Had the cheese fondue and it was enough to feed an army. Clean rooms and the use of the Jaccuzi and saunas are amazing. Brilliant place.

It was our second time here and the overall experience was very good! The food is delicious and vegan friendly, every evening we had a diverse selection of veggies and protein, if only all hotels would be like this! The room was very cosy and clean, the staff beyond helpful. Highly recommend!

I stayed there for 3 consecutive years during my ski holidays and it was great every time. Best breakfast place in Les 2 Alpes!

Pros: Very good food. Friendly staff. Relatively easy access from the ski lockers to the pistes - 20m. Free parking right near the hotel - very convenient. Modern bathroom. Cons: WiFi sucks - works only 10% of the time. The room ceiling is very low in some parts of my room - bumped my head few times (I'm 1.80 m tall). No room to hang ski clothes to dry.

A really great family run hotel we definitely be returning at Christmas. The food was fantastic with a marvellous selection and right on the slopes what more could you want, highly recommended.

Very charming traditional mountain hotel in a lovely location in town near the Diable lift. Very warm welcome and attentive host all through the stay. Great continental breakfast with plenty of choice. Room was very spacious with balcony overlooking the mountains. The view point behind the hotel is beyond stunning, I will never forget it. It does not feel like a two-star hotel at all. The staff provides 5-star hospitality, rooms are charming with generous space, breakfast is included. Also provides free ski lockers easily accessible and clean.

It's a lovely stay. Family owned and operated, well managed and friendly staff. Perfectly located at the base of the slopes. I highly recommend Hoyel Cote Brune and would definitely stay here again.

Staff is really friendly and helpfull and make this residence the nicest place to stay! Appartments are really fine and it is naar the slopes. A bit further away from the bars, therefore it is perfect for families :)

Highly recommended! Hosts at the hotel and restaurant are super friendly. The food is great and service is very fast. The waiter even asked if we wanted some fruit or bread for the baby! Excellent hotel. Has a family run charm. Basic but clean, affordable and very relaxed. I was pleasantly surprised by the communal area, it was very comfortable for a beer/coffee after skiing all day. The location was the best bit.
