we had a lovely stay at the Panorama hotel. overall the hotel is a bit on the older side and could do with a refurbish 5 years ago, but everything was clean. Booked for a friend's birthday and honestly a bit disappointed. The rooms are ok but need a bit of a refurb, the food was ok (at best) and the staff were friendly but spoke little English. We booked because of the spa but the Jacuzzi was broken/cold and we couldn't get in until the following day. Overall it was ok but the website has better pictures than reality.

Had a great stay here, staff are very friendly and informative. Could do enough for us. Shuttle bus to the lifts was great and no problem calling for a pick up at the end of the day. 5 minutes walk from town and bars and restaurants. Spa facilities were good. Food is amazing!! Always enjoyed our meals here! Rooms could do witch a sproose up and water could be hotter especially when you’ve been snowboarding all day you want a nice hot bath to jump into! Maid service brilliant, room was always tidy! Beds comfy too! Would recommend!

Everything was really nice including the food! The room cleaners did a really nice consistent job! Downside is massive .... We had 3 rooms and all the showers were warm not hot After 5pm (take it because everyone is using the showers) I always look forward to a hot shower after a day on the slopes . I am sure most do!

Breakfast was excellent. The location of the hotel was perfect for skiing. the staff were friendly, helpful and went out of their way to help on several occasions. They also made our family, who were staying elsewhere, very welcome. Would definitely recommend.

Really lovely food asked staff if we could have something other than tuna and they gave us meat lively staff and small but open rooms lovely view of the slopes and good space in the skiing locker room fast enough walk to the slopes so there is not as much pain walking in the skii boots

Nice hotel, very nice shower. The toiletries were good and fragrant. We stayed in a double room but it was two single beds pushed together. Plenty of storage space which is required with all the snow kit. There is a locker just off reception for ski equipment with a shoe dryer inbuilt. There is a ski pass in reception so don't need to go searching and there is a ski lift just outside.

The shower rooms are wonderful modern and relaxing but the toilet is in a separate bit with no sink so you have to go through two doors before you can wash you hands, however the soaps body wash and shampoo provided plus welda sample are very nice. Stayed here 1day after a ski holiday to make flights and transfers much easier and cheaper. As it was changeover day we struggled to get a taxi from the chalet up to hotel, but, thanks to the awesome hotel team they managed to pick us up and transfer us to the hotel!

Pros: Very good food. Friendly staff. Relatively easy access from the ski lockers to the pistes - 20m. Free parking right near the hotel - very convenient. Modern bathroom. Cons: WiFi sucks - works only 10% of the time. The room ceiling is very low in some parts of my room - bumped my head few times (I'm 1.80 m tall). No room to hang ski clothes to dry.

A really great family run hotel we definitely be returning at Christmas. The food was fantastic with a marvellous selection and right on the slopes what more could you want, highly recommended.

Absolutely brilliant hotel. Rooms are beautifully designed, and kept clean, while staff are also very friendly and helpful, plus food is great if you like French food. The hotel deserves more than 3 stars. Make sure to stay in a renovated room, older ones are dated.

Very charming traditional mountain hotel in a lovely location in town near the Diable lift. Very warm welcome and attentive host all through the stay. It does not feel like a two-star hotel at all. The staff provides 5-star hospitality, rooms are charming with generous space, breakfast is included. Also provides free ski lockers easily accessible and clean.

Great hotel. Location is fantastic, minutes from main lifts with boot room etc. The food is great, lots of pasta, but plenty of other choices for each meal. We stayed 3 nights here during our ski trip in Les 2 Alpes. It's as close as it gets to the ski lift "Jandri". Very friendly staff! The breakfast is made of local products carefully selected and that you can really taste! Room itself is perfect aswell. We really enjoyed our time here!

Syaed here back in Feb 2017. Went for a quick drink in the restaurant and pub in the hotel during our skiing holiday in December 2018 and the friendly and warm atmosphere is still there.

We have just come back from Le Sherpa for a week's skiing. We were in room 16, the beds were set up as a double, the room was very small and space would be tighter if it's set up as a twin. There was very limited clothes space; a wardrobe with 1 shelf and a desk with 1 draw and 2 small shelves. We ended up using the 2 small tables to put clothes on. We have just returned from a week's skiing and a stay in The Sherpa. We thoroughly recommend a stay here due to its location, facilities and friendliness. Room: Myself, my partner and our 10 year old had a triple room - it was spacious enough with lots of cupboard space so storage was not an issue. The only thing that would have made the room better would be a kettle, but I don't think other hotels...

Les Deux Alpes is a great resort with plenty going on and the weather was perfect! staff at Le Sherpa were very friendly and helpful, especially the lady (Gigi) serving breakfast, she was very knowledgeable of the area and gave us some good skiing advice. We paid for half board and the food was very good with 3 choices in the evening...

Great place for winter vacation, try to find not busy week.

Went here for the summer for the first time. Albeit, half the mountain was melted, but it was expected and I went for the experience. The scenery was beautiful and the view was great as you go higher in gondola from warm to cold. The pictures speak for themselves.

The place can't do anything about the snow, but would rate it 5 stars if I had been there with more snow... Something to do with overall experience.

Excellent service. The homemade soup, cake and biscuits every afternoon, were great, and free tea or coffee any time of the day was a real bonus. All the Neilson staff were lovely and very helpful. Would definitely recommend this place!
