Hotel Golden Tulip Montpellier Centre St Roch

This hotel was disappointing. Stains were found on the carpet and bed skirt as soon as we walked in. The mini bar did not work. When we asked the front desk to address the issue, they said a technician would have a look. 3 days went by and no action was taken on their part. We were given the excuse that a mini bar doesn’t work the same as a mini fridge but this is simply not the case. Anything placed in the mini bar for over 24 hours came out warmer than it was originally. No bottled drinking water was provided. No coffee machine in the room. They force you to make your way to the bar for simple requests such as a cork screw (which comes at a fee), ice or wine glasses. Not impressed with the quality of the service or the room. The location is the only good thing about the hotel. This is a 2 star hotel at best.

Looks good hotel, but the housekeeping is long way to go.
Towels are looking good too old and about be worn out, and a lot of cotton dust left too many cotton particles on my body after taking a shower.
Pater tissues bin was left empty.
The address in the Google Maps shows another building in front of the hotel.
In short, I do not recommend this hotel.

Worst hotel ever, no internet, no AC, no hot water and it was 38 Celsius outside.
They hide the fact at check in, the situation lasted more than 24 hours, we asked for a refund and change hotel when we found out, but they refuse. The area is dangerous surrounded by people begging and dirty streets
