Appart’City Confort Centre Apart-hotel

It's a pity that due to a lack of maintenance and taste in terms of decoration this appartCity doesn't take full advantage of its perfect location and the kindness of its staff !

The area around the hôtel is very noisy , really not a good night's sleep.

I stayed at AppartCity for three nights whilst being on a business trip to Nantes. Overall, my experience was good, but I have a few comments:
- There is a very small sign telling you to lock your room. I only saw it have way into my stay, the staff did not tell me anything during checkin. (Luckily, nothing was stolen even though the room was open the entire day)
- I cannot recommend AppartCity for longer stays, as it will not be cleaned during the stay. I totally get that daily cleaning is too much, but cleaning every 2nd or 3rd day would not be too much to ask for, at least when advertising it as a hotel.

+ Good location, 24/7 service, tasty breakfast
- Pillows are very old and uncomfortable

3 stars for the kindness and the professionalism of the staff and the location. Not more than 3 stars cause the room was dirty, maintenance and the bed was small and uncomfortable
