It's a pity that due to a lack of maintenance and taste in terms of decoration this appartCity doesn't take full advantage of its perfect location and the kindness of its staff !

I stayed at AppartCity for three nights whilst being on a business trip to Nantes. Overall, my experience was good, but I have a few comments: - There is a very small sign telling you to lock your room. I only saw it have way into my stay, the staff did not tell me anything during checkin. (Luckily, nothing was stolen even though the room was open the entire day) - I cannot recommend AppartCity for...

Me and my wife had a very positive experience at the Hotel. Definitely, they have high standard in terms hygiene, customer service as well as food options. A very practical and convenient hotel to stay in Nantes. Just a few steps from the train station and about 15min walking from the city centre. The rooms are perfect size, the breakfast really good and all the team that works for the hotel amazing - kind, respectful, funny, very attentive. A good option when travelling to Nantes :)

Fantastic hotel. Next door to the train station but you cannot hear anything in the rooms so rest assured. Great location to walk into city centre roughly 15 mins. Staff at reception went above and beyond to help us, even called the vets to book our dog in to get his health certificate stamped before returning home. Thank you!

Super nice hotel, check in was quick. Room was extremely comfortable and well designed. Amenities were all Nuxe which is a treat, free drinks & coffee in the mini-bar. It’s located a couple seconds away from the main train station which makes it easy if you’re coming in late, but is also quiet enough. Walkable distance to the city center in a couple minutes. 0 complaints, would stay there again

We had a lovely experience with Vittorio on the restaurant twice. We stopped both times while passing through Nantes. He went out of his way to facilitate, entertain and accommodate our group. Food was fresh, reasonably priced and prompt. Service was top class, casual and friendly. A great option for families.

i would really apreciate a little bigger room and a bit more light in the room. I mean the hotel is next to the train station, so basicly it's a business not luxury hotel, but the interior architecture is kind of the opposite! the satff is really nice though, and with the whole covid thing you can get a better place to stay for the same price i think

Rooms are basic but clean and have everything you need. The staff are what is brilliant about this hotel, they are so helpful and friendly and it's location is very convenient. Would absolutely recommend.

Very short walk of 5 to 10 minutes to the City Center. Very quiet and a nice view on the cathedral if you are lucky. Also the breakfast ist nice, do not drink the coffee though. All a bit small: room, bathroom, cupboard. Good for 3 Stars but not if you are 6'2

Very reasonable price, clean room, polite staff which speaks several languages and well located. Only downside is the small bathroom, but seeing the price it's something I can live with. Breakfast is better than in other Ibis hotels.

Great accomodation, smart and good value for money. Do not park on the street though as I got my car window smashed - a regular occurence apparently. I wish the reception would have told me about it and offered their underground car park given the grief customers gets with those vandalism in the area. Friendly service, though.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was 15 euro for an continental buffet, which was nice! Rooms were clean and up to expectations. Parking lot directly next to the hotel and there is a supermarket 50 meters away. That's nice because the family room I was in came with an equipped kitchen. I was satisfied with my stay!

Hotel is located near centre of Nantes and railway station. Check in is fast and gentle. Spaces in underground garage are narrow. Rooms are nice and spacious but heating is too high. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast is not 4 stars, no fresh veggies, missing of sugar for yoghurt, no fresh orange juice. That part need upgrade.

Good location, within walking distance of many Nantes' sights. Staff was super friendly and welcoming, great personal experience. The breakfast offers a wide variety of sweet and salty options. Easy check in and check out.

Good low price, quite decent breakfast despite of the restrictive covid19 regulations. Loved the bed. Some rooms could benefit from a revamp but overall it's a good option for the price. Be careful with the underground parking if you're on a large car, can be difficult on the way down.

Great location, only 10 minutes walk into the old town. Car park is directly beneath. Breakfast was really good. Staff were fantastic, friendly and helpful. The only negative is the photo you’re about to see. I told the staff on check out and they said they would get it fixed immediately. But how the room staff didn’t see this was beyond me. Room is OK, kinda old but clean. The room we had is a bit small for a family of 4 but for two nights it was fine. Service was a lacking a bit, no refill of toilet paper for example. Great hotel, right on top of the convention center. Nice rooms, very helpful and efficient staff. Walking distance from the train station, the city center, and if you attend a convention, you can just get there from the hotel without a coat no matter the weather.

I've been in many 4 stars hotels in my life, this is probably one of the finest. the people who works there are really nice, the building is amazing. if you pay the extra for the room with "place gralin" view you've got yourself a really good view. it would be a 5 star review if the gym was a little bigger

Very central.hotel in Nantes. Friendly staff, large rooms with great amenities. Parking was a pain, but others have mentioned this. It's free but either call the hotel.or go there first for instruction and a code to get into the area.

Very well situated hotel. It's between the cathedral and the castle. Breakfasts and dinner appetizer are delicious. The 24h café is a very good idea. The staff is very friendly and they want to help you in every situation. Room service should be improved.

This hotel greatly exceeded my expectations. The location is superb, the rooms are well appointed and comfortable and the staff was delightful. The availability of the club for complimentary snacks and drinks was an added bonus. If you are visiting Nantes, this hotel is an incredible option.

Very nice hotel. My room was small, but very cleverly laid out so it didn't feel cramped. The furnishings were beautiful and the staff were great. Happy to suffer a group of English speaking visitors. The common/breakfast area is nice, with loose tea and cookies out all the time. Very comfortable bed and friendly welcoming staff. The rooms are small but there is a spacious and comfortable club room (where they also serve breakfast)with drinks and snacks. Right in the centre of Nantes so good for shopping and general tourist exploring.Loads of bars and restaurants within reasonable distance.

Honest place for prolonged business trips, apartments equipped with kitchenettes, fridge, dishwasher as well as microwave a water boiler, the forniture could use an update and the cleanliness could be improved. The staff was very helpful.

Booked as a very last minute time away from home with my partner, this hotel proved to be a lovely surprise. A peaceful setting, in a quiet location. Upon entering the staff are so friendly and made us feel really welcome. Our room was larger than expected and so well presented. I would highly recommend this little gem; luxurious and relaxing.

The room was clean. Bath was okay, with space. Bed was somehow unconfortable. There is a boiler and tea bags. Courtyards rooms are facing a graveyard, so there is no human activities noise. Great location, walkable to pretty much everything, lots of restaurants and bars in walkable distance. Felt like a safe area and when our flight was cancelled the hotel staff were quick to check us back in and make us feel better. We didn't have the breakfast so can't comment on that. We had a nice stay with 2 rooms for 2 nights. Rooms were well appointed however it would have been nice to have water bottles provided. When we arrived we were overcharged and ripped off by our taxi driver from the airport. The man at the front desk of the hotel helped us and took our photo of the license plate to report the driver to the proper authorities.

Not sound proof, can hear people talking next door & shoes tapping from 7am. Room is super basic, a bit small. No tissues, limited towels, no “do not disturb” sign. Only thing saving from a 2* rating is the view of the castle from the window!!

You can’t go far wrong with an Ibis hotel, other than finding the correct one! If you are there for a soccer match at the stadium, it's a great place to be. There is parking and it's an easy walk to the stadium. The rooms are modern and well tended. It's away from the city center, but near the tram station.

A lovely hotel with friendly, efficient staff. Good value for money. Lovely, clean room and bathroom. I would recommend taking a travel kettle as I missed these facilities during my 5 nights stay.

The room was nice although I did find several pieces of old food on the floor which did make me question how sanitized the room was. Under the current circumstances this would be my priority. And there was an unpleasant smell from the bathroom so we did need to air the room out to get rid of it.

I lived in Nantes and now every time I come back I stay at this hotel. Fantastic landscape, bio products at breakfast, spacious room and in the middle of a nice park. I would prefer just a shower instead of a bathtub, but it's OK, the shower inside is good.

Placed in lovely and quiet environment close to a lake, this hotel is ideal if you look for a break from hectic city life. In addition the hotel stuff, especially Hugo, goes above and beyond to help their clients. Thank you for all you did for us :-).

We were pleased. Room was clean. Quiet area. Very nice walking paths nearby. The restaraunt next to hotel gave us one of the nicest meals we had on our 2 week visit in France. The hotel offers a continental breakfast for $16 euro per person. Not a great offering for the price, but it was convenient.
