I had a great stay at this hotel! The rooms were very clean and well-maintained, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit. Everything felt welcoming and comfortable. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay!

Excellent hotel for walking distance to the stadium, good facilities in the hotel but looked like a quiet area around the hotel. Good, safe parking facilities with excellent road links around. Wouldn’t recommend as a base for seeing the city but perfect for a stay for business in the area or for a game at the stadium.

Great Very fast check in considering how busy hotel was. Very friendly and informative. I also asked for quiet area which the hotel provided.

I've been in many 4 stars hotels in my life, this is probably one of the finest. the people who works there are really nice, the building is amazing. if you pay the extra for the room with "place gralin" view you've got yourself a really good view. it would be a 5 star review if the gym was a little bigger

Very central.hotel in Nantes. Friendly staff, large rooms with great amenities. Parking was a pain, but others have mentioned this. It's free but either call the hotel.or go there first for instruction and a code to get into the area.

Stayed for one night with my wife and two children. It was under refurbishment at the time. The room was large,clean and decorated beautifully. The selection of food for breakfast was superb. Staff very friendly too.

The Hotel enjoys a splendid location. The rooms are a bit dated and the welcome is good. Beware of those who leave their car in the nearby parking on Friday evening, Saturday morning the area becomes a large market. If by chance you have left the car, they will take it away. In the hotel nobody warns you.

Fantastic situation but very basic

Amazing time at this hotel. I had noted in the original booking it was for my girlfriend's birthday and we had balloons and petals on arrival. The room was very clean and the staff were lovely. This is a modern design hotel. Our room was spacious and very bright. Breakfast is up to standard with quality products. The staff is very welcoming and helpful with lots of little touches. Its location is perfect. We will be happy to return.

Very unique art nouveau hotel. One of a kind. Very original sculpture made from optical lenses, cd's, etc.... Room very confortable. Just a very small breakfast room level - 1, no windows. Order room service, (same price)... Location is great.

Excellent service, lovely rooms, stored our bikes for us, and absolutely amazing breakfast with baked items from local bakers. Unbelievable croissants and crepes! I highly suggest this establishment. Don't sleep with room windows open if sound bothers you, just use the fan instead!

Cute place! As a solo traveler, I needed somewhere to stay for a night last minute. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel situated in the center of the town. Excellent location. I stayed at the Hotel de Bourgogne during Hellfest 2019. Being that the hotel is very close to the train station, this was convenient for getting to and from Clisson. I was travelling alone and did not have the ability to bring camping equipment to Hellfest. Centrally located hotel for most of the major tourist attractions in Nantes and just across the road from the main train station. The staff were pleasant and courteous. My room at the back of the hotel was spacious, clean and quiet. The water in the shower was somewhat difficult to regulate and the breakfast was very disappointing considering the cost.

Convenient location. I booked through airbnb and they gave me a room with a tram view as I requested. However, there was a delay in the availability of the room, there is no elevator (you may have to walk up to four flights with luggage), and the shower soap and shampoo was missing when I got there.

The thing this hotel has going for it is position. 10 mins to station, a beautiful botanical garden 5 min, downtown a 20 min stroll. Lots of places for food close by. The rooms are comfortable and room 102 is very quiet. Staff pleasant and helpful and English is spoken. I would stay here again.

Location location location is the best thing for this hotel. It is within walking distance from many historical sites as well as bars/restaurants/parks. Parking is limited to 3 spots behind the hotel so try to reserve if possible. Rooms were average and did the job for two nights stay. Staff were very friendly when called upon, otherwise very relaxed atmosphere.

We stayed here for 3 nights, this is part of our business travel and the staying was good! Reception desk was very helpful and we had great breakfast services there! It is good experience to stay at Nantes, the location was just cross the door to the train station. perfect location. Meanwhile the living room is equipped with a lot of shared space for co-working, perfect!

I checked in and when I went to the room I was assigned, there was somebody already in there! So I had to go back down with all my things to get another room. Also there was a guy who was drunk or mentally unstable (or both) in reception who was bothering guests (including me) and the staff did not do anything to get rid of him. Me and my wife had a very positive experience at the Hotel. Definitely, they have high standard in terms hygiene, customer service as well as food options. A very practical and convenient hotel to stay in Nantes. Just a few steps from the train station and about 15min walking from the city centre. The rooms are perfect size, the breakfast really good and all the team that works for the hotel amazing - kind, respectful, funny, very attentive. A good option when travelling to Nantes :)

Fantastic hotel. Next door to the train station but you cannot hear anything in the rooms so rest assured. Great location to walk into city centre roughly 15 mins. Staff at reception went above and beyond to help us, even called the vets to book our dog in to get his health certificate stamped before returning home. Thank you!

The location is very good, next to the train station, 10 minutes walk from the Castle of the Dukes of Brittany, and convenient for eating. The only regret is that the Wi-Fi didn't work on the first day, but it worked inexplicably on the second day.

Very short walk of 5 to 10 minutes to the City Center. Very quiet and a nice view on the cathedral if you are lucky. Also the breakfast ist nice, do not drink the coffee though. All a bit small: room, bathroom, cupboard. Good for 3 Stars but not if you are 6'2

Very reasonable price, clean room, polite staff which speaks several languages and well located. Only downside is the small bathroom, but seeing the price it's something I can live with. Breakfast is better than in other Ibis hotels.

Everything was fine except for the fact that they charged the same garage fees for motorcycles as for cars. I've never experienced that before. Normally, you can park them in a corner without blocking car parking spaces. Annoying!
