A grand hotel indeed! From the wonderful reception staff to the expert concierge, I couldn't recommend this hotel highly enough. The pool and spa facing out onto the beach were particular highlights but the bar and rooms were both memorable as well.

A beautiful hotel, on the ocean beach, rooms on the small side but ocean view was grand. Spa staff were unfriendly. Meals were very good.

Definitely 5 star hotel .the door men had the proper uniforms on
The waiting staff all very polite .clean. quentin the chef bar man couldn't do enough for us .the hot chocolate was the best ever .served with extra fresh cream .the presentation was extra .we will be back .

Stayed in one of the junior suites with a terrace and ocean view. Very nice room, comfy beds. Great location, just by the beach. Loved the salt water pool, no problem for our 14 year old to use it anytime (ie time restrictions didn’t apply for kids, which is nice when you have a well behaved teenager). Very friendly and helpful staff. Got a warm welcome and a guided tour of the hotel when we arrived. Had all meals outside the hotel, there is a very nice place called the Brunch House close by where you get an excellent breakfast for 1/3 the price.

Really comfortable and welcoming hotel; we would happily go back. We stayed for one night and were very happy with our bedroom and bathroom. The view from the bar on the bay is stunning and we had delicious patisseries. The hotel is perfectly well located, walking distance from the Main Street and direct access to the beach. Highly recommended!
