Hotel very well located. The hotel is very clean, the cozy atmosphere is very pleasant. The decoration is really elegant. The thalassotherapy is also excellent. The hotel staff (reception, maid, waiters) are all very pleasant. I recommend this establishment

Hotel was nice and spa is great, but they say they have parking included which isn’t the case. We had to queue to get into a public parking and wait for someone to leave which can be ages if you did what I did and go during peak season as it’s in the busiest part of town. On top of that, we had to pay 19 € per day for the parking. For the price you pay for the hotel, this is really a joke.

Beautifully renovated, spacious rooms and very close to the beach. Dog friendly for $20 euros a night.

This was a very comfortable stay. The room was modestly sized, but it was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. Across the street from the train station, above a good bakery, and just a couple minutes away from the busiest main shopping and dining streets. Would gladly stay here again. We had a plesant experience and enjoyed our stay very much during the carnival weekend. The town was packed with friendly people in a community spirit from infants to old age people, interacting over food, drink& music. We particularly enjoyed walking along the beautiful sandy beach .

Very correct apartment on the other hand state of cleanliness to be reviewed. stains on all the walls, the unwashed floor when we arrived, hairs and hairs stuck to the bathroom tiles. water pressure in the shower almost non-existent. Really enjoyed staying here, fantastic staff, very clean and comfortable and friendly. Easy access to the beach, beautifully laid out resort, not crowded, like so many places. Set in a tree lined park, with beautifully peaceful walkways. A ball alley which was great fun, fantastic.

Fantastic location for summer conferences. Plenty of tasty food is served here (however there's is no real vegetarian menu option ). The 2-level outdoor swimming pool is absolutely brilliant. I put 4 stars because there were some technical problems with the microphones of the conference room and because there was no proper equipment for the poster session.

During our stay in the beautiful castle we imagined ourselves a landlord and castle lady for a night. The reception was super customer friendly. The room and the surrounding garden breathtaking. The concluding breakfast gave a feeling of satisfaction before our long journey home.

This hotel is in a great location for walking the old downtown and access to the beaches, shopping district and cafes. The room was clean, comfortable and well-appointed. A lovely hotel. Stayed here last summer and it was such an exquisite place with beautiful decor. Room was in nice condition, spacious enough, and the bathroom also was spacious and bright. The small outdoor area where they serve breakfast was so serene and lovely that I almost wanted to cancel the day's schedule and sit there for hours. I'd love to be back there soon.

Location is phenomenal, customer service was nice. My complain I stayed for 2 days we were 2 adults and a kid. We never had shampoo Or body wash in the shower first day I thought ok the should refill tomorrow but it never happened. I would not recommend to pay for breakfast I think it’s expensive for just basic food. You can get a better cheaper breakfast going somewhere else.

The Hotel Florida is the BEST value in Biarritz among hotels. Perfectly situated 75 yards from the Beach in a nice square that is lined with good sidewalk cafes. Two streets over you will find the City Center, which has a chic beach town vibe. I recommend the Junior Suite for mature couples.

The standard rooms are a bit small for longer stays... it's better to book a junior suite. The breakfast is typically French and unfortunately, there is no salad, sliced cucumbers, or anything similar.

Hotel has an excellent location for beaches and a myriad of bars, cafes and restaurants all within minutes. In the August heat the air con proved excellent. Given the location the room was quiet and kept very clean. Didnt try brekkie as so many places close by to tempt your morning appetite. Also very close to an excellent Carrefour.Not cheap but then this is Biarritz where Eugenie stayed! 😉

Stayed for 3 nights (confort double room in annexe building). Strategic location, close to the busy cafés and bistros. Still, it was quiet inside the room. Clean place. For two persons, room is a bit small with a narrow balcony accommodating a table and two chairs, overlooking the street (nice for morning coffee). Not very generous with basic toiletries (hair and body shampoo, soap, paper tissues etc...

What a wonderful boutique hotel! We only stayed there one night but were extremely pleased with the hotel. The rooms aren’t large, but that was alright since we only needed them for sleep and showers. My room was big enough for my wheelchair.We loved our breakfast which had excellent choices. This was a perfect place for us, for our first trip to Biarritz. I'm quite an exacting guest, but this business knows precisely what it's doing. It came as no surprise that the manager had travelled extensively herself - that's always a very good sign. We had to check in late in the evening: not a problem; the key code got us in, to find a welcoming envelope with our room key, basic details, etc. ...

We really enjoyed our stay at the Le Petit Hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The location is amazing, and it was so pleasant to sleep to the sound of the ocean. We had a medical emergency, and the owner, Jerome, allowed my mom to stay in the room even after checkout time and helped out with additional information. We really appreciate his help and been so gracious.

We were upgraded to a suite on arrival by Smail on reception which was nice and he was very helpful throughout our stay. However, the breakfast selection was quite limited and the egg boiler was turned off although the staff were friendly. The hotel is very central so great for exploring.

No frills, be prepared to make your own bed if you can call it that. It’s a sofa that turns into 2 single beds. Not very comfortable. Otherwise located in a good spot close to the main beach and commerce.

Room a little old-fashioned, good breakfast and very welcoming staff.

The room was rather clean. The personnel was friendly and helpful. The toilet stopped flushing, we informed the reception about this and were given a neihboring room with a working toilet immediately. The location is 5 minutes walking from the airport which was quite useful for us (we rented a car at the airport the next day). Price/quality ratio is well balanced.

The hotel was great, we really liked it. The only problem was the factt that there is no elevator.

It was a bit hard to find the hotel as the website doesn't work very well. Not good WiFi connection either and I will encourage the hotel to have more options for the continental breakfast. Although the place is nice, clean and the staff is friendly.

The hotel is located in a beautiful position in fantastic city. Very nice place meet a little refurbishing. The room was very good very clean. It was warm and their air conditioning was shut down in the whole building except in the lobby.

The area is absolutely beautiful the location the hotel is excellent however I think needs some keep up. The whole structure is getting old and needs some maintenance. The parking it cost €30 a day.
