Hotel very well located. The hotel is very clean, the cozy atmosphere is very pleasant. The decoration is really elegant. The thalassotherapy is also excellent. The hotel staff (reception, maid, waiters) are all very pleasant. I recommend this establishment

Hotel was nice and spa is great, but they say they have parking included which isn’t the case. We had to queue to get into a public parking and wait for someone to leave which can be ages if you did what I did and go during peak season as it’s in the busiest part of town. On top of that, we had to pay 19 € per day for the parking. For the price you pay for the hotel, this is really a joke.

Beautifully renovated, spacious rooms and very close to the beach. Dog friendly for $20 euros a night.

Very good stay at La Réserve. Wonderful view, nice pool and garden, attentive staff. Very good half board meal plan! The center is a short walk along the coastal path. Small plus: tennis court and equipment.

Lovely hotel with a lovely pool area and outside space. Opposite a Lidl supermarket and close to a MacDonalds restaurant if you don't want to eat in their's. Friendly helpful staff.

Nice place, with a nice swimming pool (which makes a real difference), and an elevator. The rooms are alright with clean and bright bathrooms. I'm not a fan of carpeted room, but it was alright. The parking area is quite spacious.

I recommend if you travel there with car. Parking lot is big enought. The staff is very helpful and nice, they are ready to help you in every matter. Food was excellent. A oldfashioned house, but modern rooms. It has all comfort you need. And the service is very helpful. Even a special parking for free was offered to me. This is great. Price is ok and the location is close to station and at center.

This was a very comfortable stay. The room was modestly sized, but it was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. Across the street from the train station, above a good bakery, and just a couple minutes away from the busiest main shopping and dining streets. Would gladly stay here again. The wifi worked but was a little slow.

We had a plesant experience and enjoyed our stay very much during the carnival weekend. The town was packed with friendly people in a community spirit from infants to old age people, interacting over food, drink& music. We particularly enjoyed walking along the beautiful sandy beach .

Very nice hotel. It is very clean, quiet aesthetically pleasing and the staff are very kind. The location is great, as it is close to the ocean and there are plenty shops and places to eat nearby. Showers are hot and towels are plush! I would absolutely stay here again :)

site very well placed, 5 minutes from the sea. Very correct apartment on the other hand state of cleanliness to be reviewed. stains on all the walls, the unwashed floor when we arrived, hairs and hairs stuck to the bathroom tiles. water pressure in the shower almost non-existent. Beyond that our stay went well overall.

Really enjoyed staying here, fantastic staff, very clean and comfortable and friendly. Easy access to the beach, beautifully laid out resort, not crowded, like so many places. Set in a tree lined park, with beautifully peaceful walkways. A ball alley which was great fun, fantastic.

A grand hotel indeed! From the wonderful reception staff to the expert concierge, I couldn't recommend this hotel highly enough. The pool and spa facing out onto the beach were particular highlights but the bar and rooms were both memorable as well.

Definitely 5 star hotel .the door men had the proper uniforms on The waiting staff all very polite .clean. quentin the chef bar man couldn't do enough for us .the hot chocolate was the best ever .served with extra fresh cream .the presentation was extra .we will be back .

Stayed in one of the junior suites with a terrace and ocean view. Very nice room, comfy beds. Great location, just by the beach. Loved the salt water pool, no problem for our 14 year old to use it anytime (ie time restrictions didn’t apply for kids, which is nice when you have a well behaved teenager). Very friendly and helpful staff. Got a warm welcome and a guided tour of the hotel when we arrived...

Really comfortable and welcoming hotel; we would happily go back. We stayed for one night and were very happy with our bedroom and bathroom. The view from the bar on the bay is stunning and we had delicious patisseries. The hotel is perfectly well located, walking distance from the Main Street and direct access to the beach. Highly recommended!

It was a tranquil, calm and beautiful place to arrive after a long journey from St Malo. We were met by the wonderful Antoine who was welcoming, kind, helpful and charming. The room surpassed expectations. It was spacious, clean with a very large bed (double). The swimming pool was perfect size and temperature. We extended our stay as we were made to feel so much at home. I couldn’t recommend the place...

I´ve been at Parc Victoria, last June 11th, and my stay was for 4 days. I have to say that everything was wonderfull. There is nothing could be better. Since the room, the breakfeast, the kindly people from reception area, the amazing garden with the birds singing to honor the nice flowers . The restaurante, also was really good!! I really will be back.

centrally located with small but well appointed rooms. the pool and sauna are great to relax after cycling etc.

Always so pleasant to spend a moment in this hotel: owners and personnel with the smallest care, copious breakfast in a garden which exudes serenity, beach at 40m and all the pretty shops of Saint Jean de Luz at the foot of the hotel. We will definitely be back.

It was a very welcoming experience. The front office staff and management were extremely helpful in accommodating us (English Speaking only) at the hotel. They went out of their way to make our stay a pleasant experience. We loved the buffet breakfast each morning.

Huge rooms, much bigger than expected. Very clean and nice breakfast. Close to shopping and the city center. We parked at the public car park that runs adjacent to the hotel.

A super 3 star. Great staff, location and airy rooms. The public areas are super dating back to the 1760's.

No air conditioning and no bar. We made a booking for 2 adults and one child but they forgot the child and we had to share one bed. The venue is very nice and the staff are lovely but the manageress isn't friendly

The superior room assigned was very clean, with very good bedding. 2 night stay. Cleaning done and towels changed at the end of the 1st day. Good and plentiful breakfast. Room overlooking the street but well soundproofed. Hotel very well located in the city center. Free station parking nearby. There are places there at the end of the day. Very good exchanges with the reception staff.

Considering the price, we were very pleased with our stay. We were not looking for many amenities, but just wanted a safe, comfortable bed, with a bathroom to stay for the night. The water pot and tea/coffee is always a nice touch. The internet was wireless and we had no difficulty connecting and streaming Netflix. The location is perfectly located directly next to the bus and train station. However...

Welcome at the top, thank you to all the staff for your attentions and your welcome. We were very well received, the staff took great care of us. The rooms are spacious, the bathroom too. Bathroom, bedrooms, hallways and reception are very clean. The view is sublime. The quality to price ratio is excellent. Recommended hotel, you will not be disappointed.

The best part of this hotel is that part of it overlooks the beach. Our room had a balcony but most don't. Parking is available but spaces are not guaranteed. It's possible to pay for one of two spaces that are reserved. The walls and ceilings of the room are thin. It says in the rule sheet that noise is not tolerated but kids cry and tv's go on. No air con .It must be hot in the summer! Lovely staff

This was the most comfortable hotel I have stayed in in years - the bed, pillows,duvet all perfect. The walk-in shower was roomy and the towels large and soft. It is in a perfect location in the old town a few steps to the beach, and 5 minutes walk to the port. I cannot say enough wonderful things about our hostess - friendly, warm and helpful.

Excellent! Best real life definition for a cozy room: small, but comfortable, modern decoration, fully equipped. Coffee machine and snacks as compliment. Great bathroom. Air conditioning. On top, staff is so nice and hospitable. I stayed here 18 years ago. Everything has been fully renovated since. So, now it's even better. And all this for a fair price. I will come back. Sooner than in 18 years time...

Absolutely loved the location and Claudette is such a fabulous host. Nothing was too much trouble and she is a great ambassador for the town too. There is not a better located hotel in St Jean de Luz. Highly recommended. We had room 5 with a little terrace too. C’etait très sympa!

Very nice hotel. In a busy atea but all you hear are the lovely church bells in the morning. We had a room with a terrace where we had a gorgeous breakfast. We will revisit.

The location was good for the restaurants and shops. The noise in the streets could be heard in the room. There are no tea and coffee facilities in the room

This is a really great hotel for the price, it has an excellent location just a 5 minute walk from the beach and all the bars and restaurants, parking is available near the train station which is opposite the hotel. The rooms are clean, the bed is comfortable and there’s a great shower. This was our second stay here and we will return and recommend to others.
