Hotel Royal Bon Repos

Charming hotel in the heart of Saint-Maxime, perfect for a stopover or a longer stay. Virginie was so helpful as we arrived late from the airport and she went out of her way to recommend restaurants and things to do. The rooms are super comfortable and incredibly clean. I can’t recommend more highly this beautiful place and corner of France!

Small Hotel without elevator located in the middle of the city centre. it is rather hard to find the entrance of the hotel in the first. It is located behind a local restaurant. On our first night we went for a swim with a car and when we got back, local road where blocked and we had to take a detour to get to the hotel.

Perfect location for a cozy stay in St. Maxime. Comfortable beds, super clean and spacious rooms. Extremely friendly staff and wonderful experience! Highly recommend Hotel Royal Bon Repos for an unforgettable vacation.

This, my friends is the most charming hotel you could ever dream of.
The rooms are big, airy, beautifully decorated, beds super comfortable, loved the duvet and also the towels.
The place is so clean you could eat off the floor.
The staff is so friendly and wonderful!
The decorations are so nice and the colours make you feel so happy.

I Miss that place already!

You will often find that people only ever write a review if they haven’t had a great experience. It’s so easy to criticise and complain after all. Well, I can assure you that this isn’t that kind of review.
There are hardly any superlatives that would do this place a justice. The owner, lovely lady called Virginia, has got the HIGHEST standards when it comes to running a hotel. The cleanliness is just mind-blowing. It’s just absolutely spotless and you wouldn’t find a speck of dust if you tried. Coming from an OCD and super picky person, please believe this. Then there’s the quality of the fit-out in the rooms (so spacious for France), so elegant, the bedding is amazing, even the towels… I could go on… Let me just tell you, this lady really cares about her customers and must put all of her love, heart and passion into this place. The value is quite incredible too considering you’re in one of the most priciest areas of south of France and you get a lovely sea view and can also park the car on the site. The location is so convenient, close to the harbour and all of the restaurants.
I just wish we were staying for longer than one night to be perfectly honest.
If I could pick on one slight issue for me - it’s the hairdryer. I just always find that those ones attached to the wall don’t perform extremely well and it’s a little frustrating having to hold the button. It does the job though so cannot really complain.
Anyway, do not waste time and get yourself booked in this outstanding hotel.

Amazing stay. They did an impeccable job cleaning. The breakfast is fantastic. The staff are super friendly. The parking is reasonably priced compared to everything around.
