We booked a night in a family room, which, to our pleasant surprise, was actually a suite. The room was clean and well maintained, and the beds were comfortable. Although it is conveniently located near the motorway, the noise level was more than reasonable. There were two bathrooms — one with a toilet and sink, and one with a shower and sink — which was very convenient for our family of four. I found the bathrooms quite luxurious, especially after a bad experience in another hotel rated as four stars. Breakfast was also nice, with a good variety of sweet and savoury options and good coffee. The staff were kind and helpful, and overall, we had a really nice and restful time.

Clean and comfortable rooms, staff needed more training. They charged twice for the room, refunded us, then turns out they refunded ten euros too much. We had to go back to the desk three times to sort things out at their request. Mistakes happen, however it was off putting

Situated close to 2 restaurants in a quiet business park. Good bar, outside spaces and rooms well set out and comfortable.
Unfortunately I suffered a mild stroke on evening of arrival but the hotel staff responded immediately. I spent 4 days in hospital and my wife does not drive in France but the staff responded magnificently - sorting taxis, rolling over the room by day, etc. Wonderful concern - thank you.

Good parking. Friendly staff. Access to the fitness center is a nice little bonus. Very clean and well looked after hotel.

We needed a stop over for one night - excellent choice! Very friendly service people, clean cut interior, parking spot in front of the hotel. And a very healthy and tasty French breakfast.

Perfect hotel for a stop off heading south to the Alpes or Med. 22KW EV charger that’s is easy to use with/without app. Very clean, modern and lovely staff.

Nice hotel, modern, with all the facilities you need from a hotel during a heatwave. The AC worked brilliantly (it was 36 degrees outside) and was a welcome sight after a long drive from Calais, due to traffic. The staff were friendly, welcoming and offered plenty of recommendations for places to eat out. There is a retail park 2 minutes away and a Buffalo Grill located next to the hotel.

This is the first time, I come and stay in Akena hotel. This hotel is very clean, very good & fresh environment. Lovely avacation.

Pretty good hotel. Nice family room, good breakfast, clean, friendly staff and a good location just off the autoroute. The only negative was that it was a little TOO close to the autoroute and there was a fair amount of road noise audible.

Excellence all round. Super easy to find, excellent parking, warm welcome clean and modern rooms. Hot coffee a’plenty in reception and plenty of places to eat nearby.. nice bar area.
In fact, I used to stay at the Kyriad when passing through but it’s stale now. This is my new hotel of choice when overnighting in Troyes. Very happy.
