Perfect location, easy walk into Troyes centre and very helpful to have underground parking. The hotel is beautifully decorated, very stylish, and the bedroom was huge and very comfortable. Loved the water fountain in the hallway. The members of staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. Will definitely use this hotel again next time we are in Troyes.

Very cosy and clean room. The bed and the sofas were comfy. Good breakfast. But it was too noisy in the hotel during the night. Unfortunately, I had to call the reception at 12:30 am to make it stop.

We enjoyed our stay at Mercure Troyes. The rooms were excellent. The bar area was great with a good selection of champagne. And the hotel is pet friendly. The parking was convenient in an underground car park but not completely secure as the door is broken. Our car was safe though. It's easy to walk into the centre of Troyes. We had never been to Troyes before but the hotel was easy to find and the parking was accessible. On arriving we were expected and greeted by the reception. The room was spacious, clean and comforting. The service was excellent and no ask was too great. We rested really well here.

I loved my stay in this hotel because it was very near the town and made a great one night stop. The room was plenty big and had a great big bath.

I stayed here for one night and it was perfect, there was a toilet separate to the main bath/shower room and there was a nice balcony accessible by two doors. It was in a good location wit underground parking, a pizza takeaway and near lots of restaurants and hostoric buildings.

A very beautiful hotel,but they had no Gin,and they didnt have any ice to sérve with drinks.Breakfast was excellent.Staff were as helpful as could be,but felt that the girl serving drinks behind the bar took no initiative to find ice.Surely she could have gone to the kitchen?No restaurant either....had to go next door to a very poor pizza/burger bar.We had driven from alps which had taken 11hrs......

We needed a stop over for one night - excellent choice! Very friendly service people, clean cut interior, parking spot in front of the hotel. And a very healthy and tasty French breakfast.

Nice hotel, modern, with all the facilities you need from a hotel during a heatwave. The AC worked brilliantly (it was 36 degrees outside) and was a welcome sight after a long drive from Calais, due to traffic. The staff were friendly, welcoming and offered plenty of recommendations for places to eat out. There is a retail park 2 minutes away and a Buffalo Grill located next to the hotel.

Pretty good hotel. Nice family room, good breakfast, clean, friendly staff and a good location just off the autoroute. The only negative was that it was a little TOO close to the autoroute and there was a fair amount of road noise audible.

Excellence all round. Super easy to find, excellent parking, warm welcome clean and modern rooms. Hot coffee a’plenty in reception and plenty of places to eat nearby.. nice bar area. In fact, I used to stay at the Kyriad when passing through but it’s stale now. This is my new hotel of choice when overnighting in Troyes. Very happy.

I had a 2 days of stay due to business and many of my colleagues was selecting hotels like mercure or ibis. Because of an unexpected change of my date, had to cancel others.. I gave a 5 star because my family and I staid in one of the suites, and it was wonderful, very comfortable, spacious and very clean. Excellent location in the center of Troyes within walking distance to all the restaurants, shops and more. Very nice welcome at the front desk. Also very convenient to go to the spa which is adjacent to the hotel.

Very good overnight stop on the way north to the Eurotunnel, which is about 4 hours' drive away. Room and breakfast were excellent, parking garage is a short walk from the hotel and secure. The hotel is very central and it's easy to explore Troyes from there. There are many restaurants within 100 to 200 metres of the hotel

Well situated in the center. Rooms are a bit overpriced. I paid 370 euro for two nights incl breakfast and got a small room and two free drinks in the minibar. Tip: park your car af the Cathedral parking which is closer to the hotel and the rates are equal to what you’re paying for the hotel parking.

Absolutely wonderful and super clean, well located hotel with very attentive staff. Spa facility is available using Nuxe products. Staff are friendly and professional. Parking needs to be booked in advance and very safe. Please book the bigger room as we love ours! Our room is 205 facing the courtyard. Beds are very comfortable.

Beautiful hotel in historic town, we stayed twice in one week. Beds super comfy. Easy parking outside ( quite fortunate) and gentle stroll into centre. Plenty of restaurants to sample. One request, coffee machine in rooms would be a nice touch!

Everything about the hotel was excellent. There was only one thing we found strange and that was the coffee machine. There were about 20 different types of coffee available but only one type of tea, which was a mint flavour. In our view it would be sensible to have one or two less coffee options and then allow perhaps a normal (black) tea and a green tea. It was also strange that the coffee...

Repeat client so happy enough. The convenience of local nearby facilities a big factor plus our route to and from the UK making it a convenient resting location. We will be booking ot again. Clean, tidy, efficient check in via the automatic system even without staff being available which we found strange at 1600/1630 hrs in the afternoon. Although we accept it is a budget hotel...coffee making facilities...

Very satisfied with the hotel, new, modern, clean, with a good restaurant next door. The breakfast was good enough but the quantities of some food were small when we arrived and breakfast finished quite early (some guests had to run to eat something). I think this should be improved.

The late automated check-in service was very easy to use. The room was clean and perfect for our family of 3 (2 adults and our 14 yr old daughter). The bathroom was clean, but the shower cubicle design and shower hose meant it was impossible to use without splashing water outside of the cubicle onto the bathroom floor. A truly fantastic hotel and literally just off the motorway. Exceptionally clean, friendly staff and an absolutely great breakfast. The only thing missing from the room was coffee making facilities (but there is a machine downstairs). Add to all this a gourmets delight of a restaurant next door and its the perfect place to overnight stop on your journey through France. Certainly one of the best hotels...

Clean rooms, not lavish but very neat and comfortable, very nice breakfast and a central location beside the train station. There is free parking from 7pm to 9am at a walking distance just across the road, the receptionists are quite friendly and helpful.

This is a comfortable overnight hotel. The bedrooms are extremely small but clean. The dining room serves an excellent evening meal with a good selection of wines. We passed on the breakfast.

A bit shabby, but tidy. Quite fine for a night's stay. The breakfast is also pretty decent (unless you are a self-proclaimed barista...). Staff are amicable and helpful.

None of my complaints are about the hotel other than they could do with air con, they did however supply electric fans which did help. The location on the other hand had us awake until early hours with drunken revellers. Then the early risers. That's the trade off for a city centre hotel. Otherwise a beautiful building which needs some decorating inside. There's a bar and breakfast was quite cramped...

One night stop over on the way to the Alps. Brilliant location, literally 2 minutes walk to all the restaurants and bars in the old quarter. Private secure parking for motorcycles. Rooms basic and clean and breakfast provided was good.

They even have a parking with a charging station for plug-in vehicles. We also liked the medieval atmosphere in this old house, it felt really cozy. We will definitely go back.

A medieval building that houses a hotel- lovely, quirky, and with young personnel that is super nice. It has its own parking and breakfast is good. Rooms can be a bit dated - specially the bathrooms, but it is good money spent, they accept dogs, and the hotel is bang in the historic centre of Troyes

the Property is centrally located and very easy for parking as the underground secured car park leads directly into the hotel. The hotel has easy access to local shops and restaurants.

Could not sleep all night as the nightclub next door was so loud and until 4am. Other than that the rest was okay.

We stayed two nights at the hotel : the place does not lack charm, and the rooms are very comfortable and spacious. The location is neat, perfect and convenient. However, we had some tiny issues with the room equipments and were disturbed by the maids who knocked on the door even if we had put the "do not disturb" sign. Due to the amazing location, we could -barely- hear passersby, but nothing too...

Excellent budget hotel. Clean, comfortable bed. Next to a fantastic Italian restaurant which I can recommend, close to cheap fuel and a Lidl supermarket. Easy parking and a friendly receptionist. Dog friendly.

Great value little hotel. Clean, comfortable and a late check out time. Only fault I found was a cleaning lady walking into the room without knocking at about 7am and giving out that I did not let her know the room was occupied 🤣

Easy access to and from the motorway. Easy to find, plenty of parking. Nice clean room and bathroom. Plenty near by to buy provisions and eat out. Enough room in the room for our 2 German shepherd dogs.

Great service and staff. Rooms are a bit small, especially the bathroom. Rooms are also a bit noisy but appear clean. Location is great for exploring Troyes. The shower is terrible, the temperature keeps changing, from scalding hot to freezing cold. In between you get about 5 seconds of decent temperature to shower.

This is a wonderful hotel for the solo traveler or overnight stop for a couple. Set in a central location and convenient to shops and restaurants. Bed was super comfy for me. I never took breakfast as there are so many options in the town. Parking is secure but extra. 5 stars if the parking was free.

It's been a nice surprise: clean, quite big room, a nice restroom with a really nice shower. The owner has been really kind even she speak quite little English. Strongly recommended.

The location is good for the centre but its much less appealing than other b and b hotels I have used. Receptionist was helpful, but the room was very tired and bathroom worn. Air conditioning would help a lot. An adequate place for stopping overnight but no more.

Hotel is positioned just a short walk away from Troyes centre, where you can find many restaurants and bars, as well as take in the views of the various churches and also the river and water features which look beautiful at sunset. In the opposite direction you can explore the park and there is also various convenience stores located nearby. Free parking at the rear is great with easy access to 2nd...

B&B Hotels are our first choice of hotel when driving through France. This hotel in Troyes is in the city centre, the rooms are a good size and are clean. There was good parking. We arrived later than planned with two very tired young children. The hotel staff were able to get us quickly into our room which was really appreciated.

Very good place to stay. It is on a busy road, so rooms on that side are a little noisy, though the double glazing does a good job. Everything worked, breakfast was good, and there's private parking.

Considering this is an Ibis budget hotel, this place is actually very good. Our room was clean and larger than expected. Adding air conditioning would be a significant improvement.
