Beautiful interior, comfortable and well-equipped rooms, plenty of lovely spaces and areas to relax, a great bar, and impeccable housekeeping. The highlight of our stay was the incredibly hospitable and responsive Zulay — she was so quick to handle every request that I would honestly promote her to manager!

Very clean, very comfortable hotel. Felt brand new and has secure underground parking (phone first to see if they have an available spot). Smack bang in the middle with a 5 minute walk to the alleys where all the fantastic restaurants are.

Our traditional landing place while in Troyes. Excellent quality for money. Nothing extravagant but great room quality and service. Great location too, just a short walk from the city center with its businesses and restaurants. Very convenient.

Very welcoming and engaging staff, comfortable room, really nice bathroom products ( in large dispenser bottles). Had such a good experience on our outward journey that we rebooked on our return

I loved my stay in this hotel because it was very near the town and made a great one night stop. The room was plenty big and had a great big bath.

I stayed here for one night and it was perfect, there was a toilet separate to the main bath/shower room and there was a nice balcony accessible by two doors. It was in a good location wit underground parking, a pizza takeaway and near lots of restaurants and hostoric buildings.

A very beautiful hotel,but they had no Gin,and they didnt have any ice to sérve with drinks.Breakfast was excellent.Staff were as helpful as could be,but felt that the girl serving drinks behind the bar took no initiative to find ice.Surely she could have gone to the kitchen?No restaurant either....had to go next door to a very poor pizza/burger bar.We had driven from alps which had taken 11hrs......

Clean and comfortable rooms, staff needed more training. They charged twice for the room, refunded us, then turns out they refunded ten euros too much. We had to go back to the desk three times to sort things out at their request. Mistakes happen, however it was off putting

We booked a night in a family room, which, to our pleasant surprise, was actually a suite. The room was clean and well maintained, and the beds were comfortable. Although it is conveniently located near the motorway, the noise level was more than reasonable. Situated close to 2 restaurants in a quiet business park. Good bar, outside spaces and rooms well set out and comfortable. Unfortunately I suffered a mild stroke on evening of arrival but the hotel staff responded immediately. The breakfast was phenomenal, many steps above the usual meh cheese, cold cuts, and mediocre pastries. I don't normally take breakfast because it is usually so underwhelming, but I misunderstood and thought it was included in my room. However, I was very happy to pay the nominal amount for the outstanding quality freshness and variety of everything they had to offer.

Great Stay Perfectly located in the middle of Troyes and easy to find. The car park is located a couple of minutes walk away, but on arrival at the hotel, they will lower the bollards so you are able to unload suitcases etc. A comfortable bed and a good shower. The staff were friendly and helpful. Would stay again!

The staff were really friendly and welcoming. The room was cozy. What highlighted the experience was that I booked a taxi for 7.50 for my way back to catch the train for 8.20 . But the taxi service got delayed and let me down. I let the staff know and they quickly called their manager who wasnt on shift to drop me. Beautiful hotel in historic town, we stayed twice in one week. Beds super comfy. Easy parking outside ( quite fortunate) and gentle stroll into centre. Plenty of restaurants to sample. One request, coffee machine in rooms would be a nice touch!

Everything about the hotel was excellent. There was only one thing we found strange and that was the coffee machine. There were about 20 different types of coffee available but only one type of tea, which was a mint flavour. In our view it would be sensible to have one or two less coffee options and then allow perhaps a normal (black) tea and a green tea. It was also strange that the coffee...

Repeat client so happy enough. The convenience of local nearby facilities a big factor plus our route to and from the UK making it a convenient resting location. We will be booking ot again. Clean, tidy, efficient check in via the automatic system even without staff being available which we found strange at 1600/1630 hrs in the afternoon. Very satisfied with the hotel, new, modern, clean, with a good restaurant next door. The breakfast was good enough but the quantities of some food were small when we arrived and breakfast finished quite early (some guests had to run to eat something). I think this should be improved.

The late automated check-in service was very easy to use. The room was clean and perfect for our family of 3 (2 adults and our 14 yr old daughter). The bathroom was clean, but the shower cubicle design and shower hose meant it was impossible to use without splashing water outside of the cubicle onto the bathroom floor. A truly fantastic hotel and literally just off the motorway. Exceptionally clean, friendly staff and an absolutely great breakfast. The only thing missing from the room was coffee making facilities (but there is a machine downstairs). Add to all this a gourmets delight of a restaurant next door and its the perfect place to overnight stop on your journey through France. Certainly one of the best hotels...

Nice Cozy hotel with clean rooms & friendly staff

A bit shabby, but tidy. Quite fine for a night's stay. The breakfast is also pretty decent (unless you are a self-proclaimed barista...). Staff are amicable and helpful.

None of my complaints are about the hotel other than they could do with air con, they did however supply electric fans which did help. The location on the other hand had us awake until early hours with drunken revellers. Then the early risers. That's the trade off for a city centre hotel. Otherwise a beautiful building which needs some decorating inside. There's a bar and breakfast was quite cramped...

One night stop over on the way to the Alps. Brilliant location, literally 2 minutes walk to all the restaurants and bars in the old quarter. Private secure parking for motorcycles. Rooms basic and clean and breakfast provided was good.

Superb friendly and helpful staff. Some parts of the hotel could benefit from further refurbishment. Some room features were lacking eg lights not working. Great location. Overall a good stay and would recommend to others.

Great hotel, amazing location right downtown (historic center) at a reasonable price. Staff is super friendly, hotel is family friendly. Great breakfast with freshly pressed orange juice. They even have a parking with a charging station for plug-in vehicles. We also liked the medieval atmosphere in this old house, it felt really cozy. We will definitely go back.

A medieval building that houses a hotel- lovely, quirky, and with young personnel that is super nice. It has its own parking and breakfast is good. Rooms can be a bit dated - specially the bathrooms, but it is good money spent, they accept dogs, and the hotel is bang in the historic centre of Troyes
