Villas in Agios Nikitas

Love the Villa, view and hospitality. Recommend getting a car unless you like a short (10-15min) steep hike up and down

The maisonette Erato was above the town of agios nikitas. There a 4 villas on the site, all with their own small pool. Our villa looked larger than the rest. 3 minute drive to main road where you need to park to get to village, as cars are not allowed. You need transport as road is up hill narrow and winding through forest area. There are Many restaurants in the village. A lovely beach and boat trips...

Without doubt one of my favourite spots I stayed in a long time. Upon arrival was warmly welcomed by the most welcoming host. Everything was to the highest standard and the location was just perfect! Vey clean, with an amazing view, private pool and so quite! Dimitris is a perfect host, very helpful, kind and always smiling. We enjoyed our stay in Villa Athina...totally recommend it!

Beautiful spot, peaceful, isolated, but also just a few minutes away from Ayios Nikitas by car. Our villa had a fantastic view and we really appreciated the pool. Dimitris is a great host, very helpful and with the best "local" tips!

We had a great time in Agios Nikita’s Villas. Clean and spacious place with great view of the village and the Ionian Sea. The host was welcoming and shared with us lots of useful information about the area. See you next year again Dimitris !

Very nice cottages Some have a private pool. Well equiped for a relaxed holiday. Very quiet location with a view on the Ionian Sea. Excellent service. The small village of Agios Nikitas is just 1 km away. 3 minutes by car. The west coast is not so crowded as the east coast of Lefkada.

Beautiful complex, with a number of beautiful 'villas'. Each with its own pool. Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, fridge and freezer. Safe. Moderate bathrooms, 1 of which is very small. Faulty showers. Beds very hard. Access road extremely steep, difficult to park the car. No one was waiting for us on arrival, I had to call first. Problems solved quickly and fairly adequately...

Fantastic. Brilliant villa, large pool, space to park, and a superb location. On a hillside with views to the hills, and to the sea. Only 15 minutes drive from Lefkada town, which has lots of supermarkets and restaurants. We will return!

Luxurious villas, superb location, great views. The villas offer all you need for a great holiday. Large private pool, fully equipped kitchen. Good beds. Great terrace with sunbeds and enough shade. Owners are really helpful. Place gets cleaned almost every day which feels like being in a hotel. Highly recommended.

Beautiful, spacious outdoor area makes this property. Lots of seating around the pool, plus Bbq and outdoor dining for 6 plus. Attractive gardens and lovely views. Property has 3 balconies, one from each bedroom and a dining area. Good parking and good location just outside Agios Nikitas. Owner very helpful.

spacious, secluded place where you can relax and where you will find all facilities. Peace and quiet, view from the window, private swimming pool. we highly recommend it! The area is amazing, everything at hand.

Stunning location, great pool and area for outdoor dining. The hosts were extremely helpful, even giving me their illy coffee. Very spacious and clean. The owners reccomended 'Exanthia-Rachi' for dinner. Not often am i speechless but the views are unbelievable. It is like you are eating in the sky. I would highly reccomend Ionian villas Lefkas again. If i could give it six stars, i would.

We had so much space and it was so comfortable, new, and clean. We had a private swimming pool that was fantastic. The outside area was a huge garden with slate paved patio. The view across the road is breathtaking. Kris goes out of his way to make sure you are well informed and comfortable. We loved it.

We found it by accident, but we enjoyed it very much. Quiet, relaxing, clean and walking distance to agios nikitas. Friendly staff and excellent service. Very nice pool area.

Wonderful place to stay, cozy, welcoming and warm hosts, also stuff are very kind! Really pleasent stay, definitely recommended for couples, friends and family! There is everything you need, pool, balcony, sharing outside kitchen, clean apartments, excellent location!

We booked one of the appartments via AirBnB with Evangelia. She responded incredibly quick to our messages and was extremely flexible and friendly. The fruits she gave us were grown on the property and delicious. The appartment was very clean, modern and quiet. The kitchen had everything we needed. The only small downside would be the street leading to the property which is very narrow but it makes...

Unique villa with incredible spaces around it. Lots of room for children to play in the garden ..the pool is a good size and view is phenomenal

Silence, calm, excellent sound insulation! Great dream! Fresh air. The villa is equipped with everything necessary, a large kitchen with many appliances and appliances, even a juicer is. TV sofa. Big room. Two bathroom Parking right outside the house. Own pool, which is not necessary to share with anyone. Royal rest;) Further: a large refrigerator, satellite TV. Yes, the main thing: Awesome sea view...

Wow! The villa was quiet and with an amazing view and Olga, the owner / hostess was amazingly friendly and really made our stay something special. We even had 3 puppies staying next to our villa for entertainment!

Sandy, very windy, great for kite-/windsurfing beach. If you r not fond of these sea sports, then I wouldn't suggest a visit on a windy day.

The beach is nice and popular, but very windy. Lots of kite surfers, amazing view. It's kind of special because it's different. Still, there are better beaches on the island.

Nice beach, a bit windy, ideal for windsurfers. There is beach bar that provides the umbrella and 2 sunbeds for free (you only pay for your coffee / drink). Clean, near the city center.

Nice place to stay in order to be close to the city with easy access in both sides of the island.The beach is ideal for windsurfers and kite-surfers since after 12:00 the area is very windy.
