Francesca in Agios Prokopios

This hotel is perfectly located, a very short walk to all the bars and restaurants of Agios Propokios. The pool area is great and the sun loungers were very comfortable! Room is very basic but it is clean and has a lovely little balcony. Would recommend to anyone look for a cheap and cheerful stay in Naxos!

Hotel Francesca is located in the little beach community of Agios Prokopios in Naxos. This small, family run hotel was perfect for my stay of 5 nights. The couple who run it are very kind and hospitable, and the cleaning staff is top notch. Special recognition to Margareta who attended to guests during breakfast on the patio. I enjoyed our conversations and the insight she shared about life in Greece. And I loved seeing the friendly cats that greeted me on arrival!

The hotel has about 12 rooms, including some with kitchenettes. My double room was on the ground floor, with a large covered patio with a table and chairs. The room had everything I needed: a small fridge, hair dryer, toiletries, free WIFI, and a large comfortable bed. Breakfast was included with my room rate, and it was a real pleasure to enjoy eggs cooked to order with toast and coffee on the patio overlooking the pool.

This property is on a quiet little road, just a block from the main road, and it’s only a 3 or 4 minute walk to the beach. Several very good restaurants are also within an easy stroll. A stop for the bus that takes you into Naxos Town is also close by. As a mature solo female traveler. I felt very safe and welcomed at Hotel Francesca and in Naxos in general.

We loved our stay. The staff were so helpful and nice. Everything clean including the pool. I lost a car key and the staff helped me look for it so kindly.

This hotel is such a gem. Rooms were spacious and clean. Bed and sheets were quality and comfy. Air conditioner was keeping up despite record temperature heat wave hitting Greece. The pool deck is a nice quiet atmosphere. The pool itself was clean and well kept. The beach is a quick skip down the road and it’s central location was great for all the restaurants and cafe. Hotel staff were kind and attentive and very helpful. We had a lovely holiday and I wanted to share our 10/10 experience.

We visited Naxos at the beginning of October , for 8 days. The hotel is located 3 minutes from the beach, near to great restaurants and bakery. Our room was at the second floor with balcony to the street. The bed and sofa were very confortable, the room was cleened every day and we got fresh towels every day. We did not use the air conditioner, the weather was perfect, but the room had one. At this time of the year it was very quiet and peacefull, thoug the room has a street view. The hotel has a beautifull pool. There was no breakfast offered, but that was no problem, everything was so tasty in the bakery ( they offer also breakfast) I was totally satesfied ! I would go back!

Clean rooms, nice pool and excellent location a short walk from the beach and restaurants. The beach is absolutely stunning.

Room was nice and very spacious. The pool area is nice. Wifi was not working in the room and it was very unstable even when staying on the terrace close to the pool. Not on the beach but still 2 minutes on foot to get to it.

Room service was good and the place was clean. At the reception, the honors were really nice and Maria was a good help for the spot to visit in the island.
Really quiet place with a nice and clean swimming pool where you can take a rest. The breakfast was great, bravo Maria for fried eggs.
