Nice hotel with family and relaxed atmosphere, clean room, fine breakfast and great service. It is located near the Agios Nikolaos beach and just a few minutes of walk to the center of Arkasa. It was very pleasant for us to stay in this hotel.

It’s a small family run hotel/apartment complex located near the beach. Everything is nice and clean. The. staff is super friendly and working hard to make you feel at home. The beach is just a 5 minute walk from the hotel.

Very friendly staff, and everything was clean. The rooms are nicely decorated and well equipped. Breakfast was good, and if you want lunch, dinner or drinks at the hotel, there's plenty of good choice.

Royal Beach Resort is a perfect place for a family vacation with small children and for all others who like some peace and distance from the crowded towns. The place has a nice swimming pool, is very close to the perfect sandy beach called Agios Nikolaos. The views are nice too. The staff members are all very nice and helpful. Studios are spacious and very clean. Our family loves it here.

Popi & Nikos are both passionate and willing to help you have a great experience during your stay. The studios are very spacious, nicely located in Arkasa Village enjoying a beautiful sea view.

Lady on the front desk was so helpfull and kind..She answered any question ee have asked frim restaurant to the finest beaches and helped us renting car... Thank you you made our trip wonderfull..

We stayed in Dilina Studios for 15 days. The hospitality was excellent, the receptionist and the owner were very helpful and accomodated all our needs and requests (i.e. drive us to a beach, drive our car to the boat). The room was big, clean and bright. It is also pet friendly (they even provided us a little blanket for our dog!). Definetely need to pay a visit!!!

Staff, service and wifi was great. Really good to have a kitchen in the room for when you just want to cook something quick or make coffee. It also seemed that every room came with a sea view balcony. The location is superb as well; breakfast place, restaurants, supermarkets, all within 5min walking distance. Beach is a bit further but about 12mins walk.

Great location, 3 min by car to the best seafood restaurants in the island, in Finiki. Amazing sunsets. Very large rooms, with plenty of furniture and accessories in the kitchen. Nice balconies. The rooms we got had really comfy beds (2 single beds) and nice cotton sheets. Very clean and very quiet. The owners are very and genuinely nice, they will do anything possible to make you comfortable and happy...

Fantastic 2 week stay - lovey clean spacious apartment in beautiful grounds overlooking the sea. Lovely 10 min stroll into the centre of the charming village of Arkasa (plenty of tavernas and a couple of bars) Apartments a minute walk down the road to St Nicolas Beach/beach bar which we loved to go down to have a drink while watching the sunset. Excellent hosts.

Arkasa is one of the smaller towns not visited by large-scale tourism. You can thus directly absorb their culture, wander through narrow streets without crowds of tourists, bypass chapels, churches, in short, enjoy this raw Greece. Very welcoming and well organized studios. Room service is great, every day they come by to clean and change the bins. I would say very satisfied. The view is spectacular, especially at sunset as it is perfectly positioned to the west; from the beach you can enjoy a wonderful sunset every evening.

We stayed in this studios within walking distance of the beach and the center of Arkasa. It is surrounded by greenery ... many cute kittens looking for pampering .. the owner was very attentive to everything! Really thank you !! Comfortable rooms with everything you need.I will be back! !

One of the best properties I stayed this summer. This family hotel is rather dated but very well maintained. The sunset sea view is just breathtaking. The orientation of the rooms is ideal as the morning you have natural shade and in the early evening you cannot get enough of the landscape. The host quite helpful and friendly. Spotlessly clean and with well equipped kitchenette.

I have been there in June 2018. It is a very nice place to stay. The place is ran by Antonio. a Italian who bought the hotel and provided it with a new name and redecorated all. We had a beautiful stay in august 2016, the hotel is in a very typical building, staff is very friendly (but you have to speak English). Swimming pool is very comfortable and the services in all inclusive formula are the top for the area, a particular aspect is this: you can find some typical north European foods. The beach is at 1.2km and you can walk to go there.

Our original rental was canceled due to a power outage. We booked Arkasa Palace at the last minute and were very pleasantly surprised. The room was comfortable, the service was very friendly, and the breakfast was outstanding. This is a great option if you are staying in Arkasa.

Maria and her team made this a wonderful vacation. The rooms are spacious, clean and well appointed. The outside area has its own sitting area some with their own pool and jacuzzi. Pool area with jacuzzi and a pool bar are a great way to make this a perfect stay. They will also rent you out a car and they own a cute boutique in town also worth visiting. Very good place to stay. We stayed at the villa. It has a large room, with own kitchen, and a very good bed. We were here in April, so it was a little chilly at night. We missed a blanket on our bed, but after asking Maria, the very nice owner of the place, brought us one. It has a beautiful view over the bay, right from the veranda. Beautiful location by the sea. Here you can relax by the pool and enjoy the sunset at the sea side at night. There are some wonderful cats to entertain you on your holiday. Eleni is very friendly and helpful. Will come again!

Hervorragende Lage in Arkasa, unweit des Flughafens. Katzensprung von einer der wenigen Tankstellen auf der Insel entfernt und somit ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Die Gastgeberfamilie ist überaus freundlich und die Zimmermädchen sehr akkurat. Die Poollandschaft ist sehr ansprechend. Die Zimmer sind sehr gut schallisoliert. Hier komme ich gerne wieder her!
