EVERYTHING, can't recommend the place enough! Ample space, amazing infinity pool and the best sunset over it! The facilities are perfect for a group, with plenty of space to share in the living room and full kitchen to cook. Additional space by the pool to enjoy your evening! The hosts were extra nice and really cared about our experience, we're planning to go again next year!

The place is simply the best place I have ever stayed in. The view is breathtaking and every day you wake up you do not really believe this is not a movie. Good villas where you can enjoy amazing sunsets at the pool , still, for a 5 star villa, cleaning service was missing and we had to ask for toilet paper and fresh towels, which were received for just half of us. Overall I’ll recommend Okeanos only if you’ll come by car as most beaches, supermarkets and restaurants are around 20 -30 mins away by car.

Location location location - this Vila has an outstanding location and breathtaking views. The owners - Eitan and Nina were amazing in taking care of us and making our trip perfect - they ordered the best table at the best restaurant and made sure we had parking so we did not miss the sunset. if your looking for new, pristine and a bit soulless this place isn’t for you, but if you want to stay somewhere a little quirky where the people are amazing, the view and the sunsets are to die for, welcoming, friendly, comfortable, huge rooms, clean, and most definitely boutique then you should give Serenity a go, the place has such a good feel to it, you can’t help but relax close to good beaches...

Very peaceful boutique hotel 400 meters above the Sea, surrounded by nature. Like an oasis to relax and to recharge your energy. The view over the beautiful Aegean Sea is breathtaking and the sunset is one of the most spectacular I have seen so far. The hosts are incredibly welcoming and friendly and will make you feel at home.

I cannot recommend this place highly enough. My partner and I spent 1 night at Serenity Boutique Hotel and I'm left speechless with just how stunning the stay was. The owners made us feel right at home, the food was amazing, the view was incredible, the rooms were beautiful and spacious. We loved the tempo of this boutique hotel. Absolutely outstanding! in everything! I stayed with Katerina Lefkada only once but would happily go back. The location was perfect. Amazing views. Superb breakfast. If we had any difficulties we were immediately offered help, assistance and a solution from the owner and his family who were so friendly and normal human beings. I miss them already :)

The hotel is in a great location close to the beach. Breakfast was really nice with many different options. The view from our balcony was wonderful. We had a little problem with our AC and Dimitra came into our room at 10 pm and fixed it right away. Great service!

It is great for any kind of stay, with private parking, a pool, and sea view, however, it is not directly at the beach, it is around 5 min walking distance from the beach and restaurants. The breakfast is "ok" unfortunately the coffee and the juices are very very very low quality, this should either be changed or removed. The staff is amazing, very friendly and helpful! We needed somewhere to stay the night as we were catching the ferry the next morning. Not many places open, but found this hotel on booking.com. Modern and perfectly adequate hotel. Could not fault in anyway. We don't normally stay in accommodation like this in the Greek islands, but no complaints at all.

The location is fantastic, our room was on the 3rd floor and we had a panoramic view of vassiliki Beach, the apartments do not have direct access to the beach but its literally a minute a way by car or 3 minutes walking.

I didn't stay at the hotel but I did stay at the beach part for two days. The service team was very nice and helpful and the drinks were rather good. Only area they fall short in is the food which i have not experienced positively besides the fries.

Couldn't stop coming back to cosmos resteraunt. Cam back for multiple dinners and breakfasts during our stay. Awesomeness ? stelios and crew agreeably welcoming, the food is pretty good and they have decent house wine and cocktails. Accommodation fairly simple, but very clean and well kept.

I went to Surf in June 21. The experience was amazing, employees super friendly and we recomand to all our friends. If you are looking for a luxury hotel, is not the case but if you are looking for a cosy place, people who will recommend you best dishes, places to visit, yes this is the right place! Wonderful hotel and amazing location, one of the best destinations for windsurfing, the staff are amazing and very friendly, i have enjoyed the food, drinks and the beach, they staff are so helpful and supportive they can support you with any need, literally any need, i would definitely come agin, i have started some windsurfing lessons and I really enjoyed the stay, highly recommended.

It was truly great staying at Kalias Hotel. Rooms were big and clean, breakfest was delicious, staff were really nice and helpful. They have a big parking lot. Very clean room and rich breakfasts. Thank you. Unfortunately, no interest in the quality of our 7-day stay. A contract with the tourist agency (Palma) brings guests in the hotel but it would be nice to communicate and show some interest in the guests.
