Where to stay with pets in Chrysi Ammoudia

I was really unlucky to have a room near that family. EVERY NIGHT her adult children were drinking ,smoking substances until 3 in the morning and shouting. The owners asked them to be silent but they did not care

Everything was perfect! I will come back! Recommended! The only black spot , that was not the fault of the people of the hotel , was a family from FINLAND. Always drunk , rude, noisy until 3 in the morning

Relax relax relax. Clean and peaceful hotel. The only negative thing was a group of Finnish people, very drunk at night. The owner had to call the police. The wrong kind of people for this quiet hotel.

I give five stars to myself for my patience and 5 stars to the hotel owner that had to tolerate this kind of people. I am the Greek woman that the woman from Finland describes in her bad review

Go to the bars ! Hotels are for getting rest at night. By Greek law , after 23:00 are common quiet hours. It is written everywhere in the hotel. They knew but didn't want to respect it

The policeman was so kind but in the end told him " you are not welcome here with such a bad behaviour ". Someone has to teach that lady and her rude family , some good manners

We enjoyed our days down on the sea front which had a wonderful choice of taverna’s and bars. In the evenings we spent our time sat at the bar with Costas the owner. Costas is one of the nicest people we have ever met

Me and my boyfriend have just returned from the best holiday of our lives at The Emerald. When we arrived we was greeted by the owner Costas who was very friendly and went above and beyond for us

We did not know much about Thassos before this trip, however we felt very lucky as the hotel is situated close to Golden beach, which is one of the most beautiful beaches on the island

The hotel was very clean, and the view from the balcony was breath-taking

I think the owner on the bar was Costas. only got talking to him on the last night but he poured me a complimentary 26 year Old Cuban rum

Basic rooms but great views and the sheets were replaced daily and room cleaned daily too

Cool location, comfortable rooms, clean and Evangelia (owner) ready to serve you with anything you need. Big plus for us pet friendly (we had our dog too) We will definitely visit again

the best!!! In less than a minute you are in the center of the village as well as on the beach. Near you is the most popular beach "golden coast" and "golden sand"

The accommodation is housed in the most beautiful spot in Skala Potamias. Amphitheater you can see the whole village from your balcony

Hotel with modern rooms and a beautiful area with a swimming pool. Located 20 meters from the sea. The bar is open from 12:00 until 19:00. Bed linen is changed every 3 days, cleaning every day.

Beautiful and quite beach in front of the hotel. It’s a great place to budget friendly vacation accommodation. You could choose between all inclusive or half pension options.

We especially appreciated their approach to special diets (gluten-free and lactose-free). They always tried to offer us alternatives and even surprised us! The hotel is just 15 minutes from the port

Location is perfect, The breakfest is the same every day, the dinner was not so good as well, The room was cleand only 2 times in 7 days and the sand was all over the room all the time

The hotel itself is well equipped and competently run. The gardens and pool are beautiful and it has a fantastic location in the olive groves on the edge of the island

Location-wise, it's ideal! Just a short walk from the beach, where the water is calm and the sunsets are breathtaking. There are also great tavernas nearby where we enjoyed some of the best seafood on the island

The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, always ready with recommendations or just a friendly chat. They genuinely care about their guests, which made our stay feel extra special

And I have to mention the breakfast—it was absolutely delicious! A great selection of fresh, high-quality ingredients, from pastries and fruit to local cheeses and cold cuts

Some people might find the location a little further away from some of the more popular beaches and attractions on the island but for me, this was one of my favourite places I have ever stayed and I intend to go back

We had a weeks holiday at this hotel an ideal location for a quiet break

The pool was big enough for a swim,but didn't open until 11 because it has a small staff who work until late in the evening,but that just means you can all go on the beach until it is open and chat with the other guests and get to know them

Don't forget your rock shoes when you go in the sea. This is in a small resort,but not far from the port and capital for a day /night out. Ask at reception/rep if you want to hire a car

The studios are big with a balcony that looks over the garden or pool with a side view of the sea. The 'kitchen' is behind a screen with a couple of cooking rings,sink and fridge

The hotel is on the beach, in a very quiet and nice area. What I liked more and the thing that made difference for me was the Staff of the hotel along with the owners

The bathroom has a walk in shower and is clean and functional. We stayed half board and had a choice of 4 things for dinner or an option for lunch,but very tasty

I was very happy to stay here. Rooms are clean, have AC and small kitchenette. Hosts are a very nice family, always friendly with a smile on their faces and willing to help. Probably it will be my stay for next year.

While it really close to the beach, restaurant and supermarket, it is very tranquil since it's in the middle of an Olive Tree plantation. Don't worry about bugs; they aren't a problem

This small hotel i Keramoti provides a perfect accomodation in afordable prices. All rooms are air conditioned,very clean and the location is very nice-close to the port and restourants

Everything is a few meters away from you, such as the ferry to Thassos and dozens of restaurants in the area. The beach is 5 minutes away by car. The breakfast is just great due to the fact that there is home cooked food

It is not the right place for selfie's to impress your friends, but is the perfect place for a good holiday where you feel like home. All personal make you feel like you are part of the familly and you are welcomed

Xastero is a place where you can rest, relax and sleep peacefully in cozy rooms. From the day of your arrival, they are smiling, responsive and always ready to answer all your questions

Great staff, good and diverse food for all-inclusive, nice rooms, beds are ok too. The resort is well run by what seem like competent people, unlikely you'll have any problems.

There is small town near the hotel but there isnt much to do there, if you want to explore Greece you should either take tours by your travel agency or just take ferry from that town to Kavala, i havent been there but its bigger city

Great place, plenty of different food options. Although wifi in my room was terrible. Cleaning services was also not the best, cleaning took a long time and towels left were dirty with brown stains

A serene, quiet, full of character little hotel, where my furry boys and I had a very nice day in Thassos away from the madness if the world. It's almost like time slowed down. The owner is lovely and looked after us

The beach, tavernas and ferry are right next to Prinos Mare. Very comfortable for families with small children as the water is shallow and clean, mostly sandy. Amazing place - clean with nice and friendly owners

Not the best conditions, not a 5* hotel. But people there is great, and is they will help you with everything you need. The friendly environment and staff is getting the 5* for me!

- the rooms are ok, the furniture is not new, LCD, AC ok, private parking, clean pool. I didn't see anyone eating here, so you better go without food. Close to the beach, you can find 100m terraces/supermarket after 9:00

Our stay at Philoxenia was great. Everything was clean and thoughtfully prepared for our stay. The manager was very inspired and gave us some useful island tips, helping us to find amazing spots

The owner is not professional at all, if you have a pet, he puts you on the ground floor, without air conditioning, if you are Greek (this is not the case for tourists, normally in the room)

All windows and balcony doors have mosquito nets, on the terraces there are large wooden tables with wooden chairs and large pillows. Bedding and bedding are changed to three or four days
