I highly recommend this place! The location is perfect and the view is beautiful. It's only 5 minutes from the beach, restaurants and shops by walk. I had a very nice view from my balcony on the sea. The swimming pool is very big and the place is quiet, you can easily relax. The wifi works really good, it's convenient if you want to work remotely. Lovely stay . Cristos and his wife were excellent, friendly and helpful hosts. We had a Superior Room which did not disappoint. Extra large comfortable bed .The whole establishment was spotlessly clean. Room cleaned daily and the towels were so very soft - superb. If you are looking for a place where to stay I can only recommend Summer wine. We enjoyed a full week here and time flew. Located close to Ypsos, the summer wine is easy to reach by car. Amazing staff, Miri was really welcoming and helpful. The location was amazing, 10 min walking from the beach but you also get the quietness of the mountains. Due to Covid 19 they can't provide the breakfast buffet but I assure you'll get a feast! Highly recommended!

We absolutely love this place . We visit several times a year! Kostas will do anything to make you feel welcome. Breakfasts, poolside ice cold beers, bbq nights ...what more could you wish for. This place is simply perfect.

We have been staying at Marialice 2/3 times a year since 2012. We love the peaceful surroundings, superbly maintained pool. Being the highest spot in Dassia the views from the apartments are amazing. Having said that you must realise there is a steep hill up to the accommodation. Memos and Keti are great hosts and nothing is too much trouble for them. Entirely adequate rooms for the price, fully equipped with a kitchenette and bathroom, with air conditioning if you pay extra. The staff was extremely helpful, with the lady at reception helping me sort out a complicated shipment that had to be delivered to the hotel.

Great budget option for people who want to be closer to North corfu and at the same time be 15 minutes from Old Town

A nice collection of self catering apartments, the pool is lovely and the location is a short walk away from the main collection of restaurants. The only downfalls are that there is essentially no Wi-Fi so we had to find restaurants to use theirs, the amenities are basic but clean. It is spacious and most apartments have a nice balcony outside.

Excellent! Congratulations! besides being well positioned, the conditions are more than welcoming. for example cleanliness is daily and includes towel replacement even if not necessary.

Excellent structure. Very close to the sea. Open spaces, clean pool. Management, Mrs. Tatiana, always in touch. I recommend to families with small children like mine. Parking is also excellent.

Well I read the reviews and can only guess people are trying to get money back from there tour operators i found the staff friendly and helpful are room was basic but clean with a tv and on suite bathroom the food to be honest was lovely something differant every day and very tasty. Andreas is an excellent host. He gets far out of his way to accomodate your needs. The budget hotel is very good value for money and comes highly recommended.

The Room is very small, but give you everything you need. You can také shower in front of the hotel on the beach, and this is great. The owner is very helpfull and really good man. Room cleaning is each 2 days and it's okay. We cannot choice better place for this price with this level of acommodation and services. Everything you need is very closed. My wife and I stopped for lunch today. The staff were the most kind people,engaging in conversation. The food was excellent home cooked and reasonably priced. The couple running the restaurant also engaged in helping a German family with children in a very caring way. First off i wasnt sure how to grade these apartments. I wanted to get a real feel and look of Corfu on our recent break and thats exactly what we got at Villa Avra. Our apartment was basic but had everything we needed and for what we paid was very good value. Even managed to cook a couple of meals for some quiet nights in. Studios Pantelis is a magnificent establishment. Restaurants and minimarkets are around the corner. Located close to the beach, it has a perfect position. The landlord is nice and helpful and the rooms clean and comfortable. A truly special place, absolutely recommended and also ideal for enjoying your holiday!

I was there for about a week and it was a great experience! The owner is really helpful and the man at the reception is very nice and helpful at all hours of the day and night. The cleanliness is impeccable and the rooms are newly built. They also organize taxis from the airport and collaborate with a place that offers (at no additional cost) the swimming pool from 8 to 20. We stayed there for one week and was an excellent experience. Very nice owner and the place was clean and nice. The staff is super nice and available for anything you need. They also gave us free access to a near pool and organized the taxi that brought us there. I think our experience in Corfù couldn't be that precious without studio Pantelis.

I've been all over Corfu and this is the best place I've stayed. Spotlessly clean the best pool and the owners are really really nice. Very friendly and helpful and professional. They know how to look after you. Highly recommended and I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is nice, and well positioned, near the beach and clubs. The apartments have a good view, are big enough and you have everything you may need in the kitchen. Cleanliness and and attention to details could improve, but I guess that it was fine for a 2 star hotel. When we arrived the whole apartment smelled of disinfectant, which kind of bothered me, but in a few hours the smell was gone, and...

Good enough for the price. The air conditioning only worked in one room and sort of worked in the other, which resulted in some very hot nights with little sleep. Internet was intermittent at best. The beach views are incredible though.
