We stayed at this hotel for 7 nights and our experience was absolutely terrible from start to finish.
• Upon arrival, we were charged 105€ in “tourist taxes”, which felt excessive for Greece.
• We had booked a deluxe sea view room, but were given a room overlooking the garden and pool instead – no sea view at all.
• The room itself was dirty: stained bed sheets (looked like makeup), hair on the bathroom floor, and marks on the mirror.
• The staff at the restaurant were consistently unfriendly, slow to serve drinks, and made us feel uncomfortable throughout the stay.
• The worst incident happened on August 13, 2025, in the evening at the buffet: I served myself nuggets, ate one on the way to the table, and then realized when cutting the rest that they were completely raw inside. I had already eaten one! The waitress immediately informed the chef, who removed all the nuggets. I reported it to reception the next day, but the manager (Eva) didn’t believe me, saying she was surprised because they are used to serving many guests, and dismissed it with “mistakes can happen.” No compensation, no accountability. Even worse, this was on the children’s menu! This is outrageous for a supposed 5-star hotel.
• The bathroom had ants every day.
• The room was extremely noisy at night with no soundproofing.
• The air conditioning leaked and left water all over the floor.
• To top it off, on our last night the hotel cats defecated on our clothes that we had left to dry on the terrace chairs.
• Finally, at check-out we once again faced an unfriendly receptionist, who didn’t even bother to ask the most basic question like “How was your stay?” – just cold indifference, which summed up the whole experience.
This was a nightmare stay – dirty, unsafe, and unprofessional. Absolutely shameful for a hotel claiming 5 stars. I have never been happier to return home. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
We booked a deluxe sea view room. While the view is nice, the main door is poorly built with 2 cm gaps all around more like a playhouse door than luxury accommodation. We were never told at booking or check-in that our room was directly in front of a busy road. At night, this stretch seems to attract local “F1 drivers,” and the noise has kept us awake repeatedly.
When we complained, reception admitted this is a common issue. They offered to move us the next day but showed us a room on a lower floor, no sea view, and right next to the pool a downgrade, not a solution.
Food allergy awareness is another disappointment. No dishes are marked for allergens, something we’ve seen in even 3- or 4-star hotels. Guests must rely on staff to walk them through what’s safe to eat inconvenient, unreliable, and far from 5 star service.
The hotel promotes sustainability but has no water refill stations. Being far from shops, they instead charge €3.50 for a liter of water. There is a mini market in the hotel but,the prices are ''tourist trap''
On the positive side, bar and restaurant staff are polite, professional, and well presented.Unfortunately, we cannot say the same for some interactions with reception staff, which at times felt dismissive.
We came for a week of relaxation, yet for the first time ever on holiday, I can’t wait to go home. Our London street is quieter than this “deluxe sea view” room. Having stayed in other genuine 5-star hotels in Rhodes, this one simply does not meet the mark.
The entire hotel was impeccably clean and exuded a sense of luxury and calm. The staff were always genuinely friendly, helpful, and professional – they really made us feel welcome and well taken care of throughout our stay.
The location is perfect with immediate access to the beach, and the hotel’s range of facilities was outstanding. Whether relaxing by the pool or enjoying the restaurants and bars, everything was just right.
We couldn’t have asked for a better holiday – highly recommended, and we would love to come back!
We travel frequently and have stayed in many 4-star hotels that easily surpass this one. While the hotel is impeccably clean and the staff generally friendly, it simply doesn’t live up to the expectations of a genuine 5-star establishment.
The minibar was empty except for a single bottle of wine, and regardless of how long you stay, you’re given just one bottle of water, with no refills. The half-board option was underwhelming: meals were mostly not hot, not high quality, and lacked flavor. We ended up relying on salad and dessert just to feel full.
Breakfast was another letdown, especially with the use of industrial juice, something we've never encountered at any true 5-star hotel.
The rooms and hallways are in need of renovation.
Although we had booked a sea view room in the side building, we ended up with a side sea view instead, and staff acted as if this was a generous upgrade. In reality, we would have simply appreciated getting the room we actually booked, we had no preference for being in the main building.
Labeling that switch as an “upgrade” felt misleading.
Overall, this hotel might suit travelers with modest expectations, but if you’re looking for true 5-star quality and service, you’ll likely be disappointed.
