Hotel is beautiful and clean! We had a family room with sliding door which was great for us, the only issue is the no door on the bathroom and glass door on the actual toilet, which is bizarre. Spa visit- during my weeks visit to the Kresten Royal I visited the spa twice. I had a lovely back, neck and Shoulder massage from Vaso and I was so impressed I rebooked for a further Full body massage with a body wrap and facial. I am writing this review as we wait for our transfer to the airport after spending 10 incredible days at Rhodes Bay & Spa, and I can honestly say it was one of the best experiences of our lives. We have been here twice during our holiday. The cocktails have a special twist, but they have also the regular cocktails. We had a lovely dinner with great wine and delicious food. The prices are just European prices but with friendly and great service. Last but not least: beautiful view. Everything you need for a cozy and romantic dinner :)

The best holiday I ever been on. Everything was magical the stay the suite private pool and garden. The staff are exceptional always treat you to something different every day from fresh fruit water to chocolates in the evening. Can't wait to come back again.

Like all hotels in Rhodes, the quality is high and the prices are quite reasonable. It is just a bit far from the old town. But everything is at your fingertips.

The Junior Suite has a very good layout, which is better than most Sheraton hotels. The service is friendly and decent. The underground parking lot is convenient. The music from the evening performances is a bit loud, but the sound insulation is fine after closing the windows.

Recently returned from 10 days at Rodos Palace. Hotel looked good upon arrival but rooms very disappointing, old and worn. Our room was fairly clean, but my brothers was not. Lots of mould in bathroom.. Cleaners accidentally left our room door open 2 days running, I reported to reception, giving them a chance to improve. Restaurant was a nightmare !! Beautiful hotel in convenient location. Customer service excellent. Elevators not all working and has to walk down 15 flights of stairs. 1 elevator never worked at all. A/C didn’t work properly. Kept turning off and switch would not turn back on. I believe the switch plate needed to be replaced. Beautiful breeeze of the ocean accommodated for lack of proper a/c.

It was a very pleasant stay for a getaway weekend. Koula made me very special coffee for me as I wasn't happy with the first cappuccino during breakfast.
