We’ve been coming here for a few years and can’t recommend dit highly enough. We’re only day visitors - we use the pool and restaurant/bar - and it’s the most chilled out place. Wonderful friendly staff, great pool, stunning location and lovely food. Refreshingly un-touristy....

Our staying in this hotel was one of the best experience. Clean and spacious rooms, hospitable personnel from reception to the pool bar guys, who did whatever they could to service every guest. Moreover, the breakfast includes products for every preference , different every day and we were absolutely satisfied. I hope that we be back sometime soon.

Very nice hotel. Highly recommended. Also value for money and the staff was very kind. It's close to Foinikounta, Koroni and Methoni. It also has a lovely beach called Maurovouni. The breakfast was also very good.

Excellent hotel We had a big room with full cooker and big fridge freezer. Hotel is spotlessly clean and the towels are changed daily and sheets every other day. Swimming pool is large and clean with lots of sun beds and shade for all. Great service and friendly staff Home from home!! Highly recommended

Very spacious clean rooms with a beautiful view. The hotel staff were very hospitable, accommodating our requests. The breakfast buffet is huge with a big variety of delicious delicacies and it is served in the hotel garden area. An excellent choice for Finikounda visitors!

Found this place via google. Was in Gargalini and wanted a different place and omg I didn’t regret it. Super friendly staff and omg the rooms or so cheap and super clean and comfortable . Google maps is useless to take you here but call the hotel and they will Give you directions. It’s a little tricky at first but worth the hassle. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. A few minutes walk to taverns...

One of the best places you can find in the Peloponnese, for families with young children, but not only. The little house was clean and neat, the scenery from the terrace was unique and the owners friendly and helpful. Our little boys loved it, as they could play around in a very safe environment. We really loved our stay at chamaloni guesthouse. Great hospitality by the owners who were always keen to chat with us and guide us through our visit to the area. I have travelled in Messinia a few times and have stayed in various facilities. I must stay that Chamaloni really stands out. The cottages are designed and decorated in such way that you feel like it's your own summer house. The people who own the place are friendly and make you feel part of their family. Unique view! In a calm neighborhood. The house and the pool are in very good condition! The driveway is a bit bumpy but easy to drive on. We spent 10 nice and relaxing days.

Very quiet location, great sea view. Unfortunately the WLAN failed several times. The approach by road is a bit adventurous, but easy to master. Unfortunately, there is construction going on right next to the villa. Due to the power generator, it was temporarily not possible to enjoy the peace and quiet.

Beautiful spot. The way up is almost a kilometer long and quite "adventurous". Unfortunately, another house is being built right in front of the first house, which spoils the view.

Newly built place with good plumbing and water pressure. Breakfast is average, filling but not very varied. The wifi is slow to return, but quite fast on the cable. The room has rj45 sockets, patch cord can be requested at the reception. Excellent view from the balcony and terrace to the valley, the bay and the ancient fort.

I loved my stay at this totally laid-back and unpretentious beachfront accomodation only minutes from Methoni's fantastic Venetian sea-castle. My room was comfortable with a small terrace that made me feel like I was in Thailand in the mornings. Thank you Nikos. Snorkeling around the castle was the highlight of my summer in Greece.

The place is beautiful ! The rooms aren't perfect but they are simple and beautiful. The onwer explained me that if they have more money to invest it could be better but they are just one family trying to keep the place alive. The prices are good and the family is friendly. Super clean, elegant rooms right on the beach front, in the shade of a goergous midieval castle. Great spot to start your excursions to breathtaking southwest Peloponese, great place to sink into the relaxed ways of the locals as well. Owners took care of us as if we were family. Recomended.

Alex Hotel is a very nice, clean and friendly accommodetion. It has fantastic balconies seeing the sea. Giorge and Mary are worn hosts.

One of the best points for sea view in Methoni. Try waffle with chocolate. Pizza is also good. If Yiannis is in the beach bar don't forget to try Mohito.

Location of the property was perfect. No distance of a walk to the beach, the restaurants, the souvenir shops, and of course the magnificent castle, it was just the best. We hired a car to get about Greece and had no trouble finding a parking space nearby the property. Enormously friendly and thoughtful host. Accidentally booked a room for one person for me and my wife but that was no problem and we got a double room free of charge. Very hospitable place at 2 minutes walk from the old castle.

Stayed here for the second time, very clean hotel with all amenities. The people who run the hotel are fantastic, friendly, polite and always available. Although I may not have chosen the hotel room from the booking photos, the room was very nice looking. The pool and the decoration are simple and sea related, the whole hotel seems like an small island village and the staff is very polite.

It's a basic Greek hotel very clean and the owners make you feel welcome its situated at the end of the main street its nice and quiet as it's well away from the main tourist area of the village were it tends 2 get over crowded on the beach. If u go 2 the beach stay near the hotel its nice and quiet and the sunbeds r free you just have 2 buy a drink .
