We had a lovely stay at Polikandia. The proprietor, Dimitris, was extremely welcoming and generous. The property itself is beautiful and the rooms were spacious and clean. We loved the location, as it is only a few minutes walk into the center of the Chora. We also appreciated the free shuttle from the port, which is about a 5 minute drive. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

my wife and I had a lovely time here. the rooms are clean and comfortable, there is a huge pool and the hotel is well situated to access all the restaurants and town centre. the free port to hotel shuttle was also greatly appreciated. An excellent place to stay. Rooms were comfortable, very well kept with spacious bathrooms and daily housekeeping. It was one of the cleanest places we have ever stayed. Even though the hotel is a two minute walk from the town of chora, the place is quiet and relaxing. Everything from start to finish was perfect! The hotel and grounds are attractive and well-maintained. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We spent 4 nights with our family and need to admit that this was nice place to stay with great pool and sunset place. It is also very conveniently located if you want to walk to town and visit restaurants. I strongly recommend.

Visit as soon as possible. Folegandros is a hidden gem and yet to be discovered. Fata Morgana is perfectly location. A very short walk to the hora and the bus stop is right out the front door to take you to your destinations. No need for a car. This is in a fabulous spot with views of the zig zag path up to the church. It looks far away but it's about 25 minutes. Also just a 5 minute walk into Chora with lots of lovely bars and restaurants. My dad and I were traveling through Greece and stayed for 2 nights at the Aspalathras White Hotel. Our stay was excellent!!! The staff is the best. Maria is so friendly and made us feel welcomed. We appreciated the assistance with transfers to and from the port. The concierge was also up to date on ferry issues which gave us plenty of opportunity to make alternate arrangements in time. They were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was convenient.

The most wonderful stay at Aria during our visit to Folengandros. We had room 22 which has a huge private front terrace and raised bed overlooking the Mediterranean Sea - and without seeing any of the other rooms we still thought it was probably one of the best the hotel could offer. The hotel was clean and in the heart of Chora which is the most wonderfully alive little town full of bustling streets...

Aria is one of the very few hotels in Chora offering amazing views over the sea. We enjoyed the great location with restaurants and bars at walking distance, very clean hotel, nice pool, excellent service - I couldn't ask for more.

Pros: Friendly staff, amazing view of the sea, close to the center in Hora. And reasonably priced. Thomas was exceptionally helpful and friendly to us and deserves to be commended for his excellent service. Cons: The water pressure and water wasn't especially hot, if you need that (it's a pet peeves of my significant other). No laundry service. Not here or anywhere else on the island, so pack enough...

What a fantastic places, amazing location overlooking the island and looking west out to sea (great for sunsets) very friendly staff and a real family atmosphere. Only a few minutes walk from the centre of the village with their fantastic restaurants.
