Lovely family holiday here at the Princess Sun. Staff are very friendly and helpful. They are professional and knowledgeable at wanting to give you a good time. It's a quiet location up the hill from the main road/resort. This suited us happily. The beach was very good and the restaurant there had excellent food.

Overall we had an ok holiday in the princess Sun. BUT Sauna and steam room were out of order. Gym has mostly old / broken and missing equipment. Hot tub that isn't hot and that was only available for 1 timeslot during our whole stay. Food was ok but very repetitive. (More than in other all-inclusive hotels we stayed.) Stayed at this hotel as part of a last minute deal. Room was pretty basic but clean and in good condition. Food can be hit and miss like any hotel. Pools are decent albeit unusually cold. Private beach portion is excellent, great if you like to snorkel. It's a 4min shuttle away, however it doesn't stop in between. Nearest shops are a 10min walk, hill back up is steep enough.

Beautiful clean resort, fantastic food, nothing was to much trouble for the staff. Plenty of pools, and beach a few minutes walk. Everything you could need. We 100% will be returning next year. No negatives from us at all. ☀️

Tired hotel. Restaurant food is fair. Local staff are excellent, shipped in staff do their job. Room was clean although we were in the 400 block which is very near the sewerage works and stinks! No indoor bar area. Outside bar is good. They should consider using better quality plastic glasses as the ones they use they throw away. A big waste.

People can smoke almost everywhere which is extremely hard to justify in 2025 and all the common knowledge of how bad is smoking for people around 🥺(even in dining areas…).
