One of the most popular hotels in Corfu located near the beach and the sea harbour. It is ideal for those who want to relax and enjoy nature.

Renovated: 2008
Location: in the village of Gouvia, 6 km from the centre of Corfu town and the airport.
The hotel has 70 rooms. There are non-Smoking.
Consists of two 3-storey buildings.
Total area: 4 500 m2
Beach: public sandy beach in 200 m from the hotel (2-coastline). Umbrellas, sunbeds, mattresses – for a fee. Between the hotel and the beach road runs. The beach is 300 m.

Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.

Arrived at hotel booking agent messing up the hotel had no rooms for us the night porter arranged another hotel near by and told us to.come back in the morning the following morning the reception staff were outstanding trying to.help sort it out we had to stay in another apartment down from the hotel receptionist drove us there it was lovely the following day they came back and picked us up a we finally got our room the staff are excellent room was cleaned every day new towels can't thank the staff enough for saving our holiday beware of money supermarket .com treble company leaving us stranded at 1.00 am will never use again will go back to this hotel

The hotel it's self is in a good location for the town and it's amenities as well as the beach, however we stayed b&b , breakfast was a buffet although you could find something to eat with regards to hot food,hard boiled eggs,some days beans or something else every other day, enough said, coffee not
so nice,had our own,would recommend a travel kettle the rooms all had fridges, overall it was ok, as I said some good and not so good also no were for drying clothes due our location of room, staff were pleasant enough.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!
My partner and I just spent a night in Corfu at this hotel.
BE CAREFUL: If you want to use the air conditioning you must pay 6.50€ per day!!! It's 35 degrees now in Corfu. I could not sleep at all. I have been traveling all my life and I never heard that before that you have to pay to get the remote control.

Fab hotel very friendly staff and well located for great bars and restaurants and the beach.
Not a plush hotel but it all works would recommend booking direct better price than agents.

We stayed at Popi Star last year and were more than happy to come back, even though it was just for a night before continuing our holiday in Corfu. The rooms ate very clean, comfy beds, welcoming staff and a lovely buffet breakfast.

My stay in this hotel was not what I was expecting, some of the staff was rude, even though I booked the room a long time ago they asked me to pay 6.50 euros for taxes. Also if you’re planning to stay in the summer be prepared to pay 6.00 euros daily for the air conditioning.

We were greeted on arrival by a miserable man who kept asking for a voucher?? which we never got as it was through another website and he couldn’t accept this despite my passport name and booking name literally being the same. He then charged €3.50 for i could not tell you what, thought all the fees were paid as said on the booking. Not to mention they don’t take card? which i think is pretty awful from a hotel not gonna lie. We then had to pay €6.50 a night for air con that doesn’t even work…. and makes a horrible loud noise all night long and doesn’t even cool the room down. On my second night the miserable reception man tried to stop me and my friend entering the hotel???? and after arguing that he needs to let us into our hotel room we paid for he finally let us in but said we can’t leave?? the “snack bar” also had no snacks which was pathetic. wouldn’t recommend.
