We have just spent 10 amazing days at the Iliada beach hotel! I stayed in this hotel with my mum in September 2019 and we came back in September 2020. We cannot find a negative thing to say about this hotel, the staff are all lovely, very polite and helpful and will do anything for you. We felt very relaxed staying here. We stayed here two nights. The staff were amazing, incredibly helpful and willing to engage in conversation. The pool is awesome and they have bikes and quads to use too. We were in an AirBnB and faced some horror story with insects and lack of water... called them and they got us a room very last minute, for same day, and even allowed us to use the Hotel prior to the check in time (including the pool). Good enough for the price. The air conditioning only worked in one room and sort of worked in the other, which resulted in some very hot nights with little sleep. Internet was intermittent at best. The beach views are incredible though.

The pool, the garden, the staff was super nice and great. Breakfast was also amazing, we always asked for extra bread and it was no problem. General everyone was super kind and nice :)

Great location close to the beach and restaurants. Very friendly staff. Rooms and furniture are dated but the hotel is clean and tidy. Good value for money.

I've been all over Corfu and this is the best place I've stayed. Spotlessly clean the best pool and the owners are really really nice. Very friendly and helpful and professional. They know how to look after you. Highly recommended and I would definitely stay here again.

So so. Good enough to have a place to lay your head down but is not close to anything, if you are walking. I booked one night here to visit Old Town and had a flight out in the morning. Neither are close. It was 10€ to Old Town and 15€ to the airport by taxi (5 min rides) but are difficult to get for short distances in Corfu. Friendly service, check out is at noon, so gives plenty of time. Clean pool, lovely gardens, quiet, but a short 5-10 minute drive from the town centre. Well signposted from the main road, even though navigating with Google maps is a bit challenging.

Entirely adequate rooms for the price, fully equipped with a kitchenette and bathroom, with air conditioning if you pay extra. The staff was extremely helpful, with the lady at reception helping me sort out a complicated shipment that had to be delivered to the hotel.

Great budget option for people who want to be closer to North corfu and at the same time be 15 minutes from Old Town

A nice collection of self catering apartments, the pool is lovely and the location is a short walk away from the main collection of restaurants. The only downfalls are that there is essentially no Wi-Fi so we had to find restaurants to use theirs, the amenities are basic but clean. It is spacious and most apartments have a nice balcony outside.

Excellent! Congratulations! besides being well positioned, the conditions are more than welcoming. for example cleanliness is daily and includes towel replacement even if not necessary.

The place is impecably clean and the staff is amazing, very helpful and friendly. The hotel is located a walking distance from the beach and although the uphill walk to the hotel might be sometimes tiring, the quietness and calm in the hotel area are definitely worth it.

We had the best 7 night Stay at the Hotel . The room was amazing and clean and so appreciated the air conditioning when it was so hot in Corfu . We enjoyed all the special extras and friendly Staff. Will visit again when we can!

Such a hidden gem! The view is spectacular, the staff are really accomodating and friendly, we had an issue with our car rental with another company and the hotel quickly saved the day and organised a rental through them for immediate pick up! The location is brilliant and I could not recommend this hotel more! It’s beautiful, such good value for money!

Very friendly staff ;) we were stopping by on the way to Kaiser William II observatory. There is a super refreshing pool. Strongly recommend.

It's a good 3-star hotel with a great view from the pool area and nice platforms over the cliffs with plenty of fish, swimming right next to you (so don't forget your swimming mask or glasses). Food it quite simple, rooms are decent, don't expect anything fancy from 3-star hotel. Air conditioning is available for extra fee of 6 euros/day. Partial see view from the balcony was stunning.

Stayed here for 5 nights on all inclusive basis. It may depend on your travel agency but for us it was only £15 or so to upgrade and it made total sense. Very gut view, very nice people, they understand many languanges, nice activity, cats, pool, sea on a stoney cliff like forest with bar. But not much around, need to take bus to city, bus will go but not really by schedule, can walk only on road, road bussy, road danger, Not many bus (~ once an hour)

Really great hotel with lots of sun loungers both down on the platform by the sea and by the pool. Breakfast was fairly mediocre but supper was really good. Aircon was €6 per night in the room and even though the website says there is a ceiling fan there is not. (hence why i removed a star) the platform into the sea was great though the sea could be a bit choppy as it wasn't protected by a bay but...

Such a lovely hotel! We went in Sept 2023 Amazing food, we went out to eat one night in the town next to Barbati and wasn’t worth it at all! The food in the hotel is too good! The town next it is about an 10 min taxi and has lots of bars and restaurants and a beach too on the strip. Unfortunately you do have to pay for aircon each day at the hotel even if all inclusive but it’s worth it for sure. Amazing...

This resort could be really excellent but poor catering and lots of litter really let it down. Expect to spend a lot of money on taxis to get to a decent restaurant.

Very nice place. We stayed 2 nights. The apartment had a kitchen with kitchen utensils. There is also a grocery store on the resort. Beautiful beach. You could enjoy the sunset on the balcony.

Views from the balcony, great views day and night - my family and I would have dinner and enjoy the view.
