This is the place to stay in Kastoria. The hotel is excellent value for money. The facilities are high quality. A large outdoor pool with a bar, plus another for smaller kids, an elegant indoor Spa with pool, sauna, and steam room, excellent breakfast, a restaurant/bar with nice views and a decent (albeit a bit generic) menu, and all around warm and welcoming service by all staff.
The hotel is just outside the city of Kastoria, in front of the lake.
All facilities are accessible to people with disabilities.
I stayed here for 10days and I will definitely return to the same hotel when I visit in the future!

Fantastic experience! The staff was friendly and attentive, always ready to help. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The common areas were stylish and well-maintained. The location was ideal, with easy access to local attractions. Highly recommended for a relaxing and memorable stay

Great hotel! Luxurious, very nice rooms, very clean, great service.
The view of the lake is beautiful. The location is 5 min by car to the city, but we found this to be very convenient. The pool is awesome and the pool bar service also.

Very nice place to stay pool's are fantastic for families pool bar with food as well lots of packing and the best views of the lake l suggest a balcony room for the sun rises and sunsets breathtaking we had one small problem the central air conditioning system in our room wasn't really cooling the room down all that much on 37 degree days but apart from that we had a very pleasant stay and the breakfast which is included was delicious

They made a scene for a towel:
I asked for a towel for the heat (sweat) from the reception because mine were all wet and while they were about to give me one, the manager jumped in and told me that I am not allowed to use them outside of my room and then told me, quote: "you should have thought about it".
I would never suggest going to an establishment where the management staff puts arbitrary rules above the customer needs, especially when the normal staff would have met your needs if it wasn't for them.

No words can explain how good this place is. Everything about was amazing but the thing that really blew my mind was probably the dishes since each one of them was perfectly cooked and seasoned! Congratulations to the chefs!!

A very luxurious hotel with very polite and professional staff ready to help with everything you might need. The reception and restaurants are beautifully decorated. The spa and gym are well organised. There are big conference rooms too. The location is great if you get a room with a view, but you will need a car if you want to visit the city of Kastoria and there isn't much to do nearby the hotel. Still, the services they provide are worth the price!

The room was way to expensive for what we got... It's called a junior suite, and I don't see why the call it a suite at all.. The bathroom was terrible, the water from the bathtub was leaking in the room and the water wasn't going in the vent, it was staying making everything wet... The ventilation wasn't working neither.. The TV was completely locked and you couldn't even watch netflix.. I had to spend like half an hour trying to unlock the TV to normal mode in order to watch netflix at least... The bed was good and the balcony too small, but woth great view on the lake... I paid 145 euros and the spa was not included in this expensive price.... And the spa wasn't bad bit the sauna and hamam maximum for two people, the " heated" pool was not so much warm.. The breakfast was very good and the service too... I won't recommend it because you can find much cheaper options in town... And it's definitely not what is advertised...

Excellent hotel. It has Luxuries and amenities that one finds in 5star city hotels. Its location is very good in front of the lake. The spa service is superb. The service is excellent. The breakfast was rich and delicious. older people may find it bit tiresome to go to the breakfast hall as this is located in a separate building. I certainly recommend to select a room with the lake view. I would prefer the hotel to be just ON the waterfront but I do not want to be fussy. In two words Just excellent

The hotel is situated on the lake Orestiada, giving you spectacular views over the lake and the surrounding area,
The rooms are comfy and the beds are top notch! The chairs on the balcony could be better, humidity is taking over the metal frame making them a hazard,
The personnel are polite and helpful, delivering most of your requests,
Poolside bar could work better with a little bit of effort,
Overall a great experience, 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
