Rooms on the 1st floor have windows on the street level where cars park in front of you and people walk right out of your window. The lake is quite far and not easily visible from the room, although it was promoted as a room with a view of the lake. The rooms are quite nice and big, but they need a repaint. Quiet place located a few car minutes away from the center. I have the impression that the spa addition is a bit of a gadget as they asked for a supplement to access the sauna and that the swimming pool is rather shallow and too close to the main road. The room was good save some mold and water damage in the shower areas (see photos). Overall a good experience marred by a lack of attention to details

We stayed only one night in Kastoria, but the warmth and hospitality of the staff made us feel so welcome. This hotel is the definition of the perfection: Perfection in kindness of the staff, perfection in cleanless, perfection in service. Hotel is on the lake but a bit out of town. The room was large (as booked) but they stored a spare bed in the room, so was a bit smaller than it could be.

Everything was clean, the staff was kind and helpful, the bed was very comfortable and the view was amazing. I hope I can return to this place.

Kastoria is a wonderful place, though sadly affected by the war with Russia. This hotel is very tasteful, in a refurbished traditional building, and the staff is very nice and attentive. However it is on a main town road so it can be noisy.

This hotel was fairly priced for what you get. The staff were super friendly, the rooms were clean, air-conditioning was working, toilets were clean, although the bathroom was a bit small and needs some renovation. After a tough day's cycling from Albania, including being bitten by a mountain dog, this was perfect place to stay. The staff were very helpful, particularly with getting treatment at a local medical centre, and made us and our bicycles very welcome. Comfortable, clean and an excellent breakfast. We had just stayed for a stopover, all we needed was there. We had a late supper in the room. Breakfast was very good, the breakfast room looked rather like a conference room. Nevertheless we would stop here again. We really felt taken care of by staff.

The wifi cut out on us on the third floor every once in a while but aside from that we have no complaints. We look forward to coming back and staying here again someday.

The hotel is pretty good looking but the quality is garbage. Staff are nice but lazy. When i entered the room my bed wasnt made. When i sat on it it broke (im 52 kilos-113 pounds) They brought a new one after an hour or so.

The hotel was situated at the heart of the city, close to both sides of the lake, and our room could see to the north side. The breakfast was full, and we had a ton of options to choose from. The bed was a bit stiff but it was all around okay, the bathroom was roomy and with a big shower.

You can park by the street for free or in a city parking wich is only 10 meters right at the hotel and costs 4 euro/24h. The area is very good located and quite quiet and feels very safe. Fantastic traditional 17th-18th century stone-built house that reflects the architecture and design of that era. Very comfortable bed, clean, seems like every little detail has been taken care of. I liked the quality of the amenities and was pretty satisfied by the breakfast, good variety and quality materials. Very friendly and polite hosts, we had a very pleasant stay.
