This house is ideal for a long, peaceful vacation. The house is spacious, fully equipped and spotlessly clean. It is perfect for families with children, they will never get bored! Kiotari is a 5 minute drive from the astonishing Lindos and itself has a beautiful beach with crystal clear waters. Highly recommended.

Bijna perfecte logies met een zeer vriendelijke gastheer. Bedden goed, schoon, rustig, ruim, voldoende schaduw en gelegenheid om te zitten en liggen op verschillende plekjes op het terrein. Alles op een prima locatie op Rhodes met restaurants en supermarkt op loopafstand. Keukengereedschap kan wat uitgebreider maar de kwaliteit is goed.

A wonderfully hospitable and relaxing Villa stay. Beautiful pool and private area. Very clean facilities and well appointed living area. We found it to be o perfect location for the simple Kiotari beach with Blue Flag status! Supermarket, cafes and supermarkets just 5 minute walk. Kyriakos, the owner, was so helpful and friendly. We stayed at villa imerti in April and we had the most incredible week. The host are so kind and hospitable. You arrived with a fridge full of local produce which lasted most of the week. The villa was comfortable and well equipped for our family. The outdoor dining area and hot tub was so lovely to enjoy in the evenings. Lovely villa with everything you need on your holiday. Nice pool and jacuzzi. Every room has airco. The only small drawback is that you need you take thé car to het to thé village center, as the walk is long in these heats.

My family and I stayed in one of the greatland villas for a week. The villa itself is great, nicely built and well equipped - towels, dishes, etc. We even had basic food and a bottle of wine waiting for us in the fridge on arrival. The upkeep of the villa, however, was not amazing to say the least. We had an ant infestation from the first day that was not taken care of, and the hot tub outside did...

Everything suited us. The villa was superbly kitted out. We wanted for nothing. Toiletries of good quality provided as was food and fruit for the first night and morning. In short, everything possible was done to make our stay the best. Agent and host available at all times and couldn’t do enough for us. Internet access brilliant.

Very well equipped house, swimming pool cleaned regularly; small maintenance done promptly thanks to the very active Lambrini. A small note: for a house with 8 beds, the presence of a third toilet would have been more functional.

Very Nice,organized,and comfortable villa. The service was amazing, and the owner was very kind and helpful. The house facilities were satisfactory and more than enough. Not to forget that the house was shiny clean upon arrival in both the indoors and the outdoors. It's the perfect choice for the best vacation on an amazing island and location.

If broken doorknobs are fixed, the front door closes properly without cutting the power to the whole house, and a proper TV and a good router are put in that both work well and not as decor, then we'll be talking about a great home... For now, it needs some tweaking...

I wasn't inside, it's impressive from the outside, I think that in this part of the island the only building resembles stereotypical Greek buildings. It is a pity that the roof is white ...

Incredibly spacious yet cosy villas, complete with a really nice standard and e.g. illuminated pool. Would recommend it anytime to anyone (e.g. families and friends). Planning to visit the place again!

Villa with a wonderful sea view and its own swimming pool. The big plus is that you can admire the sunrises from your own bed! Large, air-conditioned, spacious rooms with terraces. Everything Housing clean. Fragrant and fresh linen and a large supply of towels. The very large garden delights with exotic trees (pomegranates, fig trees, banana trees, prickly pears). There will also be a sandbox for children...

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, it was fantastic. The villa with pool has everything that you could need & more. We were met by the owner who also took the time to come & say goodbye. So modern, so comfortable, so private, yet so central. And the pool changes colour. We hope to return soon.

What a beautiful vacation home!!! We really enjoyed our stay - thank you John & your family for the great time we had. The house was clean, has a huge pool and private beach access. When we arrived, the owners provided us with wine and delicious grapes. If we had a question or needed a recommendation for a restaurant, John was quick to respond to me. We stayed here for a total of 11 nights at the end of October 2020 and we are still delighted! The small villa we lived in is perfectly equipped for 4 people and includes everything you need. The kitchen is fully equipped - there is a fridge-freezer and even a washing machine. Outside there is a grill that was used almost every day. The pool is a dream - about 10 m long and 5 m wide. Very tidy and lovely apartment equipped with everything you need. The hosts were very friendly and helpful with all the information they gave to me. The apartment is near to the beach and it has its own umbrellas and sunbeds. I rarely used the public transportation because it's close to the village. I had a great stay and would highly recommend this wonderful place.

Amazing host who spoke fluent English and made a point of coming over to ask if we were happy and if we needed anything they would be very happy to get it for us. One of the best holidays we have had. The villa was perfect and the service from Ali the caretaker was second to none.

We stayed here two times because it was so good! So after three years we came here again and it was much better. We wanted to watch the World Cup Finals in the pool and Ali did that for us. His dog was soooooo cuuuuuuteeee, she chased some gotes out of house Natalia. I really like this place.
