We love everything about the Matina! the staff are exceptional. The snack bar, ABC supermarket and Meltemi are all fab. The pool area is beautiful and the park & Astro turf are an added bonus! Location is perfect too!

Location is lovely. So very close to the small but lovely sandy beach. Good selection of cafe's and restaurants . Staff are very friendly and obliging. On the downside : The cost to have air conditioning on in your room is far too high and you have to commit to a week - rather than as and when you need it. The beds are hard - not comfortable at all. They really need to invest in some good mattresses...

Pefkos is a resort that will bring you back time after time. Small resort packed with restaurants and some bars offering excellent food and service. Matina is a great hotel this is my 3rd visit over the last 15 years. Friendly and reliable staff. Everything you need 2 pools one baby pool. Supermarket on site and is not expensive. It's a very good resort, apartments are clean and comfortable. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. This is my 3rd year running that I have stayed here and will be back again.

We love this place. We've stayed here several times and never been disappointed. The rooms are basic but scrupulously clean. The grounds are well maintained. Nice hotel. Food ok but not enough traditional Greek food options. The reception staff very helpful, we arrived after the restaurant closed and they made us a sandwich which was very welcome. The only problem was the cleaning staff, they can't be trusted, My perfume disappeared from my room. It was reported The girl on reception said she'd have a word with house keeping. Fantastic, so clean even at the end of season. Food great rooms amazing, large pool area. Only downside was access to the beach. Very steep steps at the end that you can't see on their photos with no handrail. A easy fix if the owners read this. Would highly recommend 👌

I highly recommend this resort for a perfect holiday. Everything was perfect. The resort is very beautiful with 3 pool, restaurants, supermarket and museum. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is excellent, clean, big and beautiful. The breakfast is also excellent with lot of choices.

A lovely resort with great accommodation. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment in A block which suited our needs perfectly. Our ground floor balcony over looked the walkway for the weddings and we had fun watching the daily wedding ceremonies. Proximity to the beach is amazing, pool was nice and the bar on site served decent priced drinks and food daily. All the staff were fantastic.

Visited this year for two weeks and what a location! The rooms were a good size, the pool was ample, and the breakfast choice was impressive. The hotel over looks a stunning beach with crystal clear water which is just a short walk down some steps. The staff were incredibly helpful at all times. I would definitely go back and also recommend it for anyone visiting Rhodes.

Very friendly staff, big swiming pool, we had a room right next to it. And best of all, I had a great head&face massage in the hotel spa (ask for Georgia) - I really recommend it.

Yes it's up the hill and slightly outside town but the views are stunning. Really relaxed staff who were happy to help whenever asked. The goat track added a bit of adventure walking into town so all good.

The room was clean and was cleaned and changed every day bar Sunday. Air con worked fine and was included in price. Up a steep hill but a goat path takes ten minutes off the walk and eases it. We had such a lovely stay. Poppy goes out of her way to make everyone feel welcome and to make sure you have everything you need. Our room was clean and had good A/C. The pool and food was great, especially the fruit yoghurt parfait at breakfast! It's a bit of a steep hill up from the strip/beach but we got used to it quickly and the view is wonderful. Lovely hotel, great prices for food and drinks, the rooms are basic but fine except for the shower cubicle, the shower we had (not all are the same) was minute and if you are larger stature you would not fit in. The only problem I found with this resort is that you will have to be a very early bird if you want a bed by the pool. However, if you are staying outside the peak holiday season, you won't have this problem. I did enjoy staying here, and it is ideal for young families.

One of the best places to stay in Pefkos Stayed at all three apartments blocks over the years Island Blue being my favourite. Big breakfast selection in the Island Blue restaurant. All the pools are great but like the adults only pool very quite and laid back.

We happened upon Pefkosblue hotel for dinner one night. The food was amazing and the service was excellent. So good that we asked if we could return during the day - we've experienced a lovely, relaxed, friendly atmosphere and service, free wifi so that our children could do some school work and all food has been utterly delicious.
