Lovely guest house in a great spot in Kokkari ouzing with Greek charm. The family are lovely and very welcoming. We had an air conditioned double room. Brilliant stay in Kokkari. Such a lovely place to stay in surrounded by beauty of the garden grown by the owners - such an effort to make the hotel that cozy and cute. Felt love and happiness around. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We particularly liked the beautiful hotel complex, where you can calm down very well. The breakfast is perfectly adequate. The rooms are not the most modern, but contain everything you need for a vacation stay. The only thing we would have liked is a double bed instead of two single beds, which sometimes made the night a bit uncomfortable. But that's not so...

Great location, good sized rooms, clean and comfortable. Lovely views over the bay. Served quite good food most days and Greek night is done extremely well and worth attending. Easy walk into Kokkari which has a nice feel about it with some shops and a good range of restaurants, bars and cafes. The hotel does provide a bus service which runs until 5pm if you don't feel like walking back up the hill...

Perfect location, helpful people. I stayed with my family including 2 year old :) you can reach the beaches easily with the shuttle service of the hotel.

Wry beautiful accommodations

The beds/mattresses, pillows and sheets were the worst i have experienced in my 40 years of travel. Small uncomfortable mattresses, worst pjllows and scratchy sheets...

The room was very clean and renewed. The location was perfect to enjoy Kokkari. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Nice 3* hotel with the swimming pool and the beach just some 20 m away where you can get sun beds free of charge. 10 min walk to the centre of Kokkari. Good self service breakfast, professional and friendly staff, clean rooms with balconies, free parking lots, nice garden. Good value/money.

Nice hotel, But lots of road noices, so it is important where you have room. In the morning it is very noisy if your room is near dining room. Pool is perfect for children and bigger one for adults.

Beautiful hotel situated on the a hillside giving panoramic views of the coast. Just a 5 minute downhill stroll to lemonakia beach, where you will find two beach restaurants and sun loungers with umbrella to rent for 5-10€ for the day. A little further to the next beach tsamadou you will find navagos beach bar where the sun loungers are slightly more expensive 15-20€ and you will get food & drinks...

A very clean hotel. Its location overlooking Kokkari is also magnificent. It has a pool. The only downside is that it doesn't have a contracted beach. I strongly recommend it.

Everything and anything about Kalidon. This hotel is spotless. The staff is amazing, especially lovely Maria and the view is breathtaking. They have free service buses during the day to the nearby beaches and Kokkari and it’s a short walk from Kokkari.

Comfortable hotel with small beautiful room with a fantastic view at Kokkari and the sea. The breakfast is delicious and fresh and you get every day different pies and eggs. You reach Kokkari and Lemonakia beach in a few minutes by feet. The best experience in the hotel is the service and the nice guys staying behind the check in and the bar.

Love this place and all the people who work there. So kind and helpful. The hotel is small and simple. But clean and with a wonderful atmosphere. The loaction is also very nice. 2 years ago we stayed at the " sister hotel" ; Olympia Village wich I can highly recommend. We will return next year - cant wait:-)

Nice hotel on the beach, nice breakfast and lovely people

Room smaller and less ornate than advertised, breakfast unfortunately also rather mediocre with artificially tasting jam and artificial orange juice. However, the view of the beach was great and the hotel owner was very warm and friendly.

Vila Maria is a simple but delightful location. A very friendly owner who is happy to tell you about his island. In the evening before you go out for dinner, he likes to invite you for a cozy home-brewed drink. You feel at home.

Comfortable, clean and well equipped. We had apartment 1 on the ground floor and felt very, very comfortable there. Manos gave us a warm welcome and looked after us the whole time. He was always open to questions and a little chat without being intrusive. We would be happy to come back!

The room is absolutely spotless (never seeing one like that in Greece)and the views are amazing from the balcony. the room doesn't have a kettle but the lady in reception put one in the room with two cups. she was very helpful. Absolutely recommend it.

Simple hotel for those who do not request so much. Nice staff, clean rooms, wifi and canon location near both bath and center. Cons are hard beds and no AC. If you prioritize location in front of luxury, this is a good alternative.

Great service, super friendly staff and a dreamlike location in Kokkari barely 20m from the beach. The rooms are cleaned every day except wednesdays and the rest of the hotel is well maintained. The beds arent the most comfortable in the world but then again you arent exactly paying Hilton-rates here either. Breakfast is simple but adequate. The airconditioning extra is a bit pricey at 7 euro/day....

We loved our holiday! Vicky is so welcoming and sweet. The room had everything we need and the garden is beautiful. We didn’t use the swimming pool, but it looked super clean. The room was also clean and we got fresh towels every couple of days. Wonderful aparthotel. Nice owners who make you feel welcome. Flowers and plants galore. Good breakfast. Large cozy apartments with two bathrooms. The owner is happy to help with tips. I am normally a critical person, but this was far beyond my expectations.

The complex consists of several small apartments that are built like a small village. Some apartments on the ground floor have a terrace directly on the passageway, so there is practically no privacy. Luckily we had a terrace that was a bit more hidden and therefore not quite as insightful. Gardeners and service staff started early to clean the area and liked to talk to each other very actively, so...

Really good location although it is on a hillside. Near all amenities. We had B&B and the breakfast was ok but not very hot to eat.
