Everything was perfect...the staff was great..friendly and ready to assist you The swimmingpool was nice with an island bar that was just within reach for a nice cocktail...the beach was like 100 meter from our room and our view from our balcony was fantastic Anastasia from the reception was super friendly and extremely helpful We will definitely come again Best week in a long time from the 20th to the 27 th of july....fantástico Best regards and keep up with good work Anne Marie and Fabricio

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! All the staff were incredibly kind, always smiling and ready to help. A special thank you to the manager, Nick, who was truly attentive and professional, and to Anastasia at the front desk, who was always warm and welcoming. Their kindness made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place and would gladly come back!

Well I don’t know where to begin the room was tiny It’s not self catering as there are no utensils cutlery etc only 1 plug socket in the room and 4 coat hangers. The whole hotel needs a massive makeover. The pool bar opens at 12 and they play the music so loud you can’t hear yourself think if I wanted music I would choose my own. It’s definitely not a 4 star hotel !!!! The taverna attached to the hotel does excellent food and service also the cleaners are very friendly and do a cracking job of keeping it clean

We stayed here for a week. It was fine for the price. Also there was beach next to it, but it was full of rocks so it hurt to walk in the ground barefoot and get out of the sea. There was also swimpool in the hotel. BUT minuspoints that the sheets were really badly stained. Also in the bathroom there crawled some kind of bugs on the floor from the sewer.

Location's nice, close to the beach. Good for relaxing. Internet very fast 10/10.

I don't demand luxury but it's not a 4 star hotel, I'd give it 2 stars. To start with, the unprofessional behaviour of the owner Nick, a very very rude man, who was at the hotel reception when we arrived. This ruffian wanted us to pay him 60€ more by asking for a room on one of the upper floors instead of the room he assigned us on the ground floor. The rooms are small and dirty, daily cleaning is very basic, straightening the sheets and wiping the floor. All the drawers, the clothes cupboard and the bedside table were full of dust and smell. The bed cover is a joke, from the 60s. The TV in the room is useless, a 17" or 20" screen 4-6 meters away. The kitchen utensils, very old and dirty. The balcony, the small table and the seats were never cleaned. The bathroom is small and dirty, nothing works as it should, the shower head was never cleaned and the shower curtain was full of mold. The towels were also dirty with yellow stains. Do not recomend, we saw much better places to stay, there is one for example just 100 meters away, the Emerald Hotel.

We stayed in the Hotel without planning it.
Mr. Katsaras Nikitas helped us, when we, with two small kids, didn't know where to sleep and stayed on the street in the middle of Rhodes (due to the fault of Labranda Bluebay resort). So nice, unbelievable pleasant approach for the guests, I felt like a family there. The cleaning lady was so busy, but she was anyway there for any question or small stuff we needed.

I went there in 2008 wen the big earthquake hit the island is beutiful we stayed in the bayside hotel it was a dream come true the staff and nick katsaris were true hosts it was was the most lovely place that the greek hosts could offer in there time of guests it was a pleasure to stay there i had the time of my life for a holiday that was of what nick katsaris did for us it was basic and beautiful ps the barman and his bro are something special
