The villa is in a good location, has a nice garden, parking, beach nearby 20 min walk. The host is very kind and responsive.

Villa molto accogliente situata in una posizione strategica tra Afitos e Kalidea, a pochi passi si trovano delle bellissime spiagge. I proprietari sono molto accoglienti e molto disponibili.

The house is big and well equipped, though bears a few signs of age, but the garden is exceptional - huge, wonderful. The garden extend to the beach, which is pebble-stone but near shore is sand and it was really splendid to swim in.

A place where you will rest in the true sense. A comfortable house and a huge yard with plenty of greenery and shade.

A piece of heaven, wonderful garden, private beach with sand, smooth and clear water, deckchairs and the natural shade of palm and olive trees, the host is kind, a perfect place, I recommend! The villa is old but well maintained, it needs a little investment in the renovation of the bathrooms and the kitchen.

For each recommendation. The hosts are exceptional people, very cordial and hospitable. For all those who love a REAL HOLIDAY FROM EVERYTHING AND EVERYONE :-)

What can I say 😊, nice hotel and lovely staff expecially Georgia who took good care of us and answered all our questions we needed to know it good English. The food at Greek Pride Beach hotel was fabulous. and the views of Fourka were amazing. All in all lovely time and would do it all over again

Great location and fantastic service. The staff is very friendly and attentive, the chef catered for special dietary requirements. Small but very nice beach with cleanest water. The restaurant has great options of traditional Greek cuisine as well as special dishes upon request. Gluten free, vegan and vegetarian options are available. We had a great relaxing holiday there.

Lovely relaxing hotel. Adults only, very quiet. Close to village of Afitos, however it is 5-10 uphill walk. Lots of restaurants in the village to choose from and some nice casual beach restaurants around the hotel area. Breakfast can be very busy around 9.30 as the area is quite narrow. Wonderful villas! We stayed in the Royal Villa for 10 days and it was a great experience overall. The villas are renovated fully from the last time we visited, great beds and mattresses, WiFi was super and the service from the Halkidikibnb crew was excellent. Great, brand new, housing with all the kitchen appliances, huge living space and a cozy garden with a nice outdoor sweet water swimming pool. The only annoyance was the continuous presence of the maintenance staff. Excellent views of Toroneos gulf ang the Toroni Peninsula. Nearby shopping and entertainment places. Great food and sundy beaches with see sports and bird watching capabilities.

The property was quiet and spacious, with beautiful outside areas, which were modern, clean and well-kept. We were a family of 5 and it was a comfortable fit. The corner plot is spacious, with nice views of the sea, especially from the top-floor balcony’s.

The suites are gorgeous with stunning views of the caldera. We stayed in the honeymoon suite. The bed was comfortable, loved our private hot tub, and the view of the sunset each night as it dipped below the sea in between the islands and caldera were priceless. There is a path that goes directly in front of the room which is well traveled, but with the view from our room I didn’t mind that others wanted...

This beautiful villa is absolutely perfect! Everything looks just as great as in the photos. The private pool can be heated, so we were able to use it in April. It's a full-service property, so you can even book a great breakfast and the house will be cleaned.
