Very very nice place! The owners are very nice people and very responsive to every guest request! The villas are completely furnished with everything that one can need! I am very satisfied of my stay there!

The villa is in a good location, has a nice garden, parking, beach nearby 20 min walk. The host is very kind and responsive.

Villa molto accogliente situata in una posizione strategica tra Afitos e Kalidea, a pochi passi si trovano delle bellissime spiagge. I proprietari sono molto accoglienti e molto disponibili.

The house is big and well equipped, though bears a few signs of age, but the garden is exceptional - huge, wonderful. The garden extend to the beach, which is pebble-stone but near shore is sand and it was really splendid to swim in.

A place where you will rest in the true sense. A comfortable house and a huge yard with plenty of greenery and shade.

A piece of heaven, wonderful garden, private beach with sand, smooth and clear water, deckchairs and the natural shade of palm and olive trees, the host is kind, a perfect place, I recommend! The villa is old but well maintained, it needs a little investment in the renovation of the bathrooms and the kitchen.

For each recommendation. The hosts are exceptional people, very cordial and hospitable. For all those who love a REAL HOLIDAY FROM EVERYTHING AND EVERYONE :-)

What can I say 😊, nice hotel and lovely staff expecially Georgia who took good care of us and answered all our questions we needed to know it good English. The food at Greek Pride Beach hotel was fabulous. and the views of Fourka were amazing. All in all lovely time and would do it all over again

Nice hotel, very kind staff and they were serving you very quickly whatever you needed.. small rooms though and small bathroom. Comfy beds and pillows.. with the nice view of the pool.. so greek style overall

Great place for families, surrounded by blessed Greek nature and carefully selected flowers! Clean and neat residences, very close to nearby villages and, of course, the sea! Highly recommended!

Wonderful villas! We stayed in the Royal Villa for 10 days and it was a great experience overall. The villas are renovated fully from the last time we visited, great beds and mattresses, WiFi was super and the service from the Halkidikibnb crew was excellent. You MUST stay in one of these villas, top class!

The villas are very nice and luxurious, but be aware that there are no gates available to secure stairs or pool for smaller children. Great, brand new, housing with all the kitchen appliances, huge living space and a cozy garden with a nice outdoor sweet water swimming pool. The only annoyance was the continuous presence of the maintenance staff. Excellent views of Toroneos gulf ang the Toroni Peninsula. Nearby shopping and entertainment places. Great food and sundy beaches with see sports and bird watching capabilities.

We loved this place. Had a fantastic stay with our family there. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the new and beautiful house, the pool, but best of all was the fantastic view over the blue water... one minus point goes for the mattresses which were too soft for our taste. We definitely will be back if that can be fixed.

The property was quiet and spacious, with beautiful outside areas, which were modern, clean and well-kept. We were a family of 5 and it was a comfortable fit. The corner plot is spacious, with nice views of the sea, especially from the top-floor balcony’s.

I was been there for a week with my friends and it was perfect. The view is amazing and the place is very quite. Every day there was cleaning for our villa as well as for the pool every day.

I cannot stress how impressive this is. We came here and even though we didn't know anyone, it immediately felt like we were welcomed into a family. Since then we have come back around 3 times and have built so many good relations with the staff. They are so friendly and I guess that is what makes Sunny different- the family/community closeness. Beautiful villas on the hillside above Hanioti. The villas are modern and luxurious and have a great view. We had a very warm welcome from the owners who are always ready to answer any of your questions at the reception of the villas. We would definitely recommend going here.

Very nice villas (small two bedroom houses) with small backyard and a swimming pool. It is couple hundreds meters above Hanioti village with a relaxing sea view. Going to the village and back on foot is not recommended :)
