This was our first time staying at the Kassandra Palace Hotel — and what an amazing experience it was! The hotel itself is immaculately clean, beautifully maintained, and truly lives up to its 5-star rating (something you can’t always say). We arrived quite late at night, but were warmly greeted by Maxim at reception, who instantly made us feel welcome — and even made us laugh. A lovely glass of champagne...

On arrival we were met with a very warm welcome a room upgrade and a glass of champagne. A great start to our break. The resort is beautiful and kept in great condition inside and out. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. A special mention for Despina, Sofia & Athanasia who have always been on hand to help with anything we needed.

Although the weather was not fabulous at the end of September our time at the Kassandra Palace was. The beach and pool were excellent and the restaurant facilities were great too. Of particular mention was the first class service offered by Vasuela and Konstantina in the main hotel bar, their prompt, and friendly service was the highlight of our evening.

Having taken my grown up children away for my birthday I was thrilled to find the Kassandra Palace Hotel had everything we needed and more for a truly memorable stay - food, beach, rooms, decor, spaciousness - everything was perfect & the staff were faultless - special mention to Christina, Fou, Fotini, Despina, Filio, Margaret, Pelagia and Zafiris. I have to recommend getting a Manicure or Pedicure in the Spa of the Hotel. The service is perfect. I especially recommend getting your nails done by Florida. She is lovely.

I had a Cretan massage — Olga was fantastic! Amazing hotel. I had a great stay in Aug 2019. Breakfast and dinner are included and are very good. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Located on a very good beach to swim and relax. Great location. Driving distance to some of the best beaches in the fist leg of Halkidiki.

Great hospitality from everyone especially the waiters at the pool both Costa guys, Dimo the Ukrainian hard working guy and the bar tender man Roso made our stay very special. It's a super nice place. It's literally at the beach - you just cross the road and you can jump in water. With my boyfriend we got a room with balcony and great view. Rooms are clean and cleaned on a regular basis. Stuff is nice and helpful, food is very good.

The hotel is old and really needs some more maintenance. From the photos you can see that in the bathroom the tub is rusted with little hole in it and god knows where the water goes. Beach is close at least but the one in front of the hotel is rocky. To use the beach facilities you have to pay 10 euro per person for food/drinks consumption. Just best to the hotel there is a fee zone with no rocks...

We came to the beach, the service was excellent, Amarda the girl we gave our order was very polite and extremely helpful. We hope to see her again next year. The food, the club sandwich and the Caesar salad , was very good. Unfortunately, there was no music, and the beach had a lot of rocks.

I stayed with my 2 friends for a week and we had the best time. The animation girls Emilia and Patrycja were AMAZING they made our holiday. Highly recommend the kriopigi hotel. The facilities and buffet food were great, ALL of the staff were very nice and accommodating and even as a couple it was a great stay!
