Lovely Location very pretty with lovely beach. Is on a steep incline therefore any one with walking difficulties would find this a challenge. Friendly staff. Our stay here was simply amazing! The hosts are really kind and willing to help with everything, the amenities are just wow, access to 2 beaches, 2 pools, bar, restaurant and we enjoyed very much the tennis court. Amazing location in one of the best Greek islands. Great views of the Bay. Walk to the beach (with access to the beach bar). 10min drive from Gaios town and island restaurants. This is a really nice hotel, high standard with a nice terrace with pool and a lovely beach with plenty of loungers. The food and drink on the terrace are good and reasonably priced and the staff are very professional and friendly. An extraordinary place where you can find sea, swimming pool and vegetation. I have not seen more beautiful flowers and plants than in this place. We went in September this year and had a wonderful time. The first thing that hit us was the amazing view, never seen a view like it, sea, mountains it was so picturesque! Our balcony was opposite so we awoke to that every morning! Kosta and Stella are amazing hosts nothing too much trouble, genuinely interested in their guests comfort and very welcoming. The lovely manager saw us let us have a temporary room at 6 a.m. great location on the beach albeit the beach isn’t nice. Location is great less than 5 min walk to main areas. Had the best 5 days at Utopia Kavos. The location, apartment, pool, view just everything was exactly what me and my friends look for on our yearly get away. We ate at the pool bar a few times and can honestly say the food there was better than some of the restaurants we visited. My stay was unreal here at Utopia, I was there for a week and I had the best time. The staff and cleaners alike were friendly and attentive. The Hotel itself was perfect, on the beach front, excellent pool and very clean. Cute cats dotted around aswell made it the perfect place to stay in Kavos.

The booking stated that it was located in the center of Kavos, while upon our arrival we discovered that it was more than 1 km outside the town. It's not a bad accommodation, given the very low price, it's perfect for those staying in Kavos for the nightlife..

My experience is based on staying in a studio in one of the bungalows. There is no kitchenette as such, just a stand above the fridge with the kitchen utensils on it. This had an induction hot plate with a saucepan. This turned out to be an ordinary one which didn't work on an induction hob! Quiet, nice food, amazing staff

We have been here four times now and have always felt welcomed and looked after. The view from the rooms, pool and breakfast area are simply amazing. The hotel has undergone some renovations over the winter months and the new rooms are very comfortable and clean. The double beds are very large and could easily fit 4 people. Thanasis is the owner and does a great job of making you feel at home....

Modest family-run hotel, that needs serious refurbishment in the rooms, it felt like I was traveled decades ago... On the plus side the family is kind and eager to help, keeping all the Covid protocols and the view is beautiful. Had an amazing time staying here with 5 friends on a party holiday this year. Dina and the team were extremely helpful and were happy to assist with all queries pre & post booking. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone thinking about doing a holiday in Kavos.

Brilliant apartments. Very clean and bright. Good amenities Regular change of towels and maid service daily. Staff and lady in charge make you feel at ease and so very helpful to help you get the most out of your holiday . Can not recommend this place enough such a lovely holiday there

Firstly when we arrived the apartments look so picturesque and beautiful - I felt right at home , Korina welcomed us and became our guiding light while we were there checking up on us and helping us with excursions and recommendations (anything she says DO IT!) The cleaning staff ( I didn’t get their names sorry!) were so kind and helpful - it was spotless and a perfect place to stay for a long holiday...

Amazing hotel. Amazing host. Room was stunning and immaculate. Woman who runs it said she would be our Greek mother and me and my friend loved it. She gave good suggestions for best beaches and trips. Went in October when it was quiet, landed at 8pm at night but she kept her office open as she was expecting us. Amazing service. I am definitely staying here again when I return to kavos 100%.
