Great mid-range hotel at an affordable price well located for ancient Mystras. Hotel is spacious - with good little pool in leafy garden - most rooms are newly decorated and have balconies overlooking the street. The staff are really friendly and helpful - especially the ladies serving breakfast who made us fresh mountain tea. The only shortfall was my sister had booked a family room and it had not been refurbished like the other rooms. Overall a good option to stay and good value for money.

I'm not sure how this hotel can claim it's 3-stars hotel. The room we stayed in (fortunately only for 1 night) desperately needs fixing of plenty issues. Missing sliding doors in shower, rusty equipment, etc etc. It's overpriced for what it offers.
Rather stay in Sparta, it's only 15mins by car.
Staff at reception and at breakfast was nice and kind, but that's only positive about this hotel.
Breakfasts were poor, especially for vegetables, they only offered olives and tomatoes.

pros: the only big hotel in Mystras. the breakfast is nice, we met a romanian lady that is working there and we discussed a lot with her. she is lovely! the jam is nice and you have the opportunity to make yourself a fresh juice from oranges - not in all the hotels you can do this - most of them are buying from the supermarket.
cons: I called the number as on booking it was placed in the center of Sparti not in Mystras but as we planned to visit the castle next day we agreed to stay here. The hotel advertises himself of one of the '60s. there were issues opening the door with the card, the light in the room was not working, the ventilator from the bathroom has noisy and old. You feel like in the '60s for sure. it is said to be a 3 stars hotel but I would say it struggles to stay there if no investments are made in the rooms.

Country like hotel with nice view from the balcony. With a bit dated bathroom. Otherwise room was spacious. What I found a little problematic was the entrance to the reception... There were at least 10 steps, so it is harder to move suitcase up to the hotel lobby. I liked that for breakfast you can make your own fresh orange juice 😃.

The location is absolutely perfect. You open the window and you have a gorgeous view of the castle. Breakfast was poor but employees were friendly polite and professional

Such a charming, authentic hotel and run by a local Mystras kind & caring family! Must stay. Great yard & quiet pool and lounge area. Recommend to all family & friends! Clean & great prices and awesome breakfast included with stay!

I just call to make reservations . I asked on what floor the room will be located. The very unfriendly lady told me that she does not know and she goes not want to help me any more and refused to book 2 rooms for us. They do not need out business .

We arrived in the evening, when it was dark and the unfriendly owners did not allow us to use the parking lot. We had to park about 100m away, allthough there was enough space. When we called them earlier today, they said one night will cost 35€ (off season) upon arrival they asked for 45€. There was misunderstanding, because I am a native greek speaker. Very dissapointing.

The hotel is located in a great position respect restaurants and the archaeological site(2km Southern Entrance) . The pool remains open until 12.00pm. Nice room with hairdryer. Good breakfast, shame about the direction, really rude: We:"goodbye!" They screaming in the hole, in front of everyone: "Have you paid?" (I had paid a month before By mastercard) In Italian: CAFONI.
