We enjoyed staying here. The room was big and clean, we didn't have troubles with our neighbours and everybody from there was friendly. That was an experience we would warmly recommand.

Nice and clean rooms, nice people, very good english speakers at the reception, and close to the beach. The hotel has a very good view of Mout Olympus and it is in a quiet area so, when you come back crom the beach, you can easily relax and have a good sleep. It's a place that I gladly recommend for your summer vacation.

I must say that I have no negative impressions. The accommodation is exactly as it is given in the description. The room is big enough, the bathroom is excellent, the balcony has a partial view of the sea. Communication without any complaints, all in all a well spent vacation.

We had a wonderful holiday here! We were surprised by the whole location: very close to the beach and beautiful, clean and fresh rooms equiped with everything one needs. Great place!!! Everything including beach and parking is very near!!! The studio was very clean with hot water all day and night and free WiFi everywhere!!! It has everything a family needs to feel like a home!!! The hostess is a very polite person!!!! I unreservedly recommend it!!!!

Villa Niki is located close to the beach, the apartment and the Studio rooms have AC and are in good condition. Niki herself is an amazing host and her family as well, they were very helpful, gave us good restaurant tips and accommodate us like if we were family. Great accommodation, perfect location, across the bakery and supermarket, 50m from the beach. Large clean rooms (no. 1) room contains of two king size beds rooms nice bathroom and small kitchen and one smaller and one huge terrace. For this price 5+ stars!

Wonderful small hotel right in the center of the village. Despite the central location, the hotel is quiet enough to provide a relaxing holiday. Everything is within walking distance. Sheets and towels are changed every two days. The beds are large and comfortable. I recommend it to everyone! The beach is a 1-minute walk away, but it is rather overcrowded and dirty. Hotel Oasis is located in Paralia Katerinis and it is right beside the beach! It also has a great view and the staff are really hospitable!

Perfect location, 30m from the sea. In the midle of paralia. Near to whatever you want with free parking. We stayed 7 nights and he had a good offer in price! It was value for money.I will sourely come again for holidays!

Very good location. Clean hotel and very kind and soulful staff. In Paralia, the hard problem is parking. Attention- all hotels have 3 floors and no elevators, so it is difficult to carry your luggage up.

I can only recommend. Clean, beautiful, everything is nearby. Lidl, beach, bakery, convenience store, doctor. The host and his family are very nice and tidy! The price-value ratio is also very good, if not the best.

Camera excelenta, moderna, cu lumini de toate felurile care dau un aspect inedit. Baie curata, prosoape de toate tipurile, papuci de unica folosinta, gel de dus, uscator de par. Patul este dotat cu o saltea confortabila. Locatia este la aprox. 5 minute distanta de plaja, 3-4 minute de centru si la 2 minute de supermarketul LIDL. Este liniste. Exista locuri de parcare in fata hotelului sau prin imprejurimi...

The hotel is in very good location, in the city center, close to the beach, to supermarkets, bakery, and to the bus stop to Katerini. The staff is very nice, Giorgios the owner gave us a souvenir, and also his Mum is very nice lady. The cleaners do their job perfectly, I was in Greece almost 20 times before but never seen a hotel which was clean like this.

Very clean and cosy hotel. The hosts are friendly and always willing to help. You can park right in front of the hotel and it's just a 3 minute walk to the beach. Highly recommended.

Great value for the money. Its not fancy, but you have necessary things. The bed is big, not to comfy. Balconies are big. Have mini stove, small fridge, hot water, some kitchen tools. Lidl is very close. The sea is 5 to 10 min walking. Everyday staff come for asking if you want something, fresh towels, toilet papir, bed sheets, etc..

Very welcoming host,Kornelia is a very sweet,warm and nice person. Very nice rooms, everything is new and clean, we really have a good time spent here .Close to the sea and downtown, close to the lidl. I really recommended and I will come back next year.

New accommodation, clean at very good prices. Two separate rooms within the apartment. The owner speaks Hungarian and English. The advantage is a private pool.

Location is perfect (2 min walk to the beach & 4 min to the main street/center) and the owner is super hospitable. He also allowed us to fo a late check-out as we still needed room for video conference (work). And good wi-fi!

We spend a very beautiful holiday in September 2018! The room with 3 beds is spacious, big enough for 2 adults and a child. It is a self-catering accomodation wich means that you have to maintain yourself the room clean. There is a paper with hotel rules in the room and it is written in Romanian language too. The bathroom is a little bit small but functional. The kitchenette is basic equiped. No towels...

The apartment is clean and tidy. The kitchen is solid, the bathroom is great. The pool brings out the value of the apartment. The pool is open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. The reception is very pleasant and they are open until 11 pm.

Really nice new hotel. Everything was great, you even have a pool. It is close to the beach. Service is great, we were allowed early check in and late check out free of charge. It would be nice to have some discount for pool and pool bar. Cleaning is done regularly, but it would be good to do it a bit more in depth.

New hotel with good facilities! The pool is close to the hotel and if you want to rest after lunch is a lot of of noise. Breakfast good but not to much variations!! Cleanliness of the room could be more attentive! To much tourists don't respect the rest hours of the others!

Very nice hotel with a view of Mount Olympus, quite close to the beach and the center. A polish resident is very helpful. We were there 1.5 years ago. Good enough place to relax.
