Very good location. Clean hotel and very kind and soulful staff. In Paralia, the hard problem is parking. Attention- all hotels have 3 floors and no elevators, so it is difficult to carry your luggage up.

I can only recommend. Clean, beautiful, everything is nearby. Lidl, beach, bakery, convenience store, doctor. The host and his family are very nice and tidy! The price-value ratio is also very good, if not the best.

The hosts are very welcoming. The rooms are clean. Close to the city center. I recommend with love.

The hotel is conveniently located, close to the beach and the town center. In the evening, silence and only the sound of the sea. Rooms equipped with kitchenettes. A great convenience for people who cook their own meals or use Greek taverns. Clean, tidy and very helpful owners. I heartily recommend it.

The room is very cramped, studio type. The terrace provides protection from the sun in the form of an awning or parasol, which is why it is not possible to plant on it. There are no mosquito nets on the windows. Very nice hotel with a view of Mount Olympus, quite close to the beach and the center. A polish resident is very helpful. We were there 1.5 years ago. Good enough place to relax.

This is one of the cleanest and quietest rooms on Paralia beach. The area is amazing, a road separates it from the sandy beach, very quiet, just 5 minutes from the square. the rooms are brand new and the owners are very friendly. In fact, they have more facilities than what they write on their page. We will definitely go again!! Ideal room for 2 people

The apartment is clean and tidy. The kitchen is solid, the bathroom is great. The pool brings out the value of the apartment. The pool is open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. The reception is very pleasant and they are open until 11 pm.

Really nice new hotel. Everything was great, you even have a pool. It is close to the beach. Service is great, we were allowed early check in and late check out free of charge. It would be nice to have some discount for pool and pool bar. Cleaning is done regularly, but it would be good to do it a bit more in depth.

New hotel with good facilities! The pool is close to the hotel and if you want to rest after lunch is a lot of of noise. Breakfast good but not to much variations!! Cleanliness of the room could be more attentive! To much tourists don't respect the rest hours of the others!

Everything! The landlady is a very kind and helpful woman. The villa is in a good location, very close to the beach and to the shops. It is very clean. Reservation was really easy. When we wanted to know something, the answer was really fast. We were very happy to be there.

Very welcoming host,Kornelia is a very sweet,warm and nice person. Very nice rooms, everything is new and clean, we really have a good time spent here .Close to the sea and downtown, close to the lidl. I really recommended and I will come back next year.

New accommodation, clean at very good prices. Two separate rooms within the apartment. The owner speaks Hungarian and English. The advantage is a private pool.

Great place. In the heart of paralia, eith a great view over the church and the center. Everything was clean and comfortable. Free wifi, huge rooms with big balconies. It was a great experience. The staff was friendly and spoke many languages. Definitely e superb hotel to stay on vacations in paralia katerinis.

What a great hotel! Nice rooms, central location, and excellent service. If parking was available it would have gotten that fifth star. None the less, spending a week in Paralia? Bring the family here. We loved it.

Perfect location, 30m from the sea. In the midle of paralia. Near to whatever you want with free parking. We stayed 7 nights and he had a good offer in price! It was value for money.I will sourely come again for holidays!

Camera excelenta, moderna, cu lumini de toate felurile care dau un aspect inedit. Baie curata, prosoape de toate tipurile, papuci de unica folosinta, gel de dus, uscator de par. Patul este dotat cu o saltea confortabila. Locatia este la aprox. 5 minute distanta de plaja, 3-4 minute de centru si la 2 minute de supermarketul LIDL. Este liniste. Exista locuri de parcare in fata hotelului sau prin imprejurimi...

Difficult check in.

Great value for the money. Its not fancy, but you have necessary things. The bed is big, not to comfy. Balconies are big. Have mini stove, small fridge, hot water, some kitchen tools. Lidl is very close. The sea is 5 to 10 min walking. Everyday staff come for asking if you want something, fresh towels, toilet papir, bed sheets, etc..

Hallo everybody!!! The hotel is perfect!!! I wanna tell you all that I had the most beaudiful vocations for this year!!! The people that they work here are so kindly!!! The have reasonable prices .. The sea is 5 minutes from the hotel... They have magazines around of the area!!! They have internet the room are so perfect as in the photo that I see...!!! And the most important it's so clean!!! And another...

Location is perfect (2 min walk to the beach & 4 min to the main street/center) and the owner is super hospitable. He also allowed us to fo a late check-out as we still needed room for video conference (work). And good wi-fi!

We spend a very beautiful holiday in September 2018! The room with 3 beds is spacious, big enough for 2 adults and a child. It is a self-catering accomodation wich means that you have to maintain yourself the room clean. There is a paper with hotel rules in the room and it is written in Romanian language too. The bathroom is a little bit small but functional. The kitchenette is basic equiped. No towels...
