Fantastic hotel overall.
Rooms
We had the ground floor rooms which is great for me, they smelt a bit damp when we first entered and think that the cleaning staff need some nice fresh products to use as it never smelt freshly cleaned...balcony was not cleaned the whole time we were there.
Food
The food was excellent, loads to choose from and a brilliant salad bar. The desserts were absolutely amazing and the best I've eaten in a relatively small hotel. My only gripe is there is no free water with the evening meals, we got this where ever we went but not the hotel and it wasn't cheap 3.50€ for 750ml sparkling water.
Service
Exceptional...serving staff all so lovely and polite, the reception staff were also very friendly and helpful. Night staff Dominic (this was the English version of his name, sorry I can't remember the Greek) was great, told us to visit some places off the tourist tracks and gave us the GPS for the sat nav.
I hired a car for 2 days through the hotel, there is a poster in reception, thus worked out to be a cheap and flexible way to explore the area, great car, excellent service and would highly recommend a car...the roads are easy to navigate.
Pool
The pool area is beautiful and well kept. The sun loungers are plentiful and no one reserves them which is so refreshing, there is no need to wake up at the crack of dawn, you will get a bed any time of the day.
Overall a fabulous holiday and I would return.

In a nutshell, not up to the standards of its price point.
Good Points:
- Beach
- Swimming pool
- Ok food
- Some of the staff are polite
Bad Points:
- The beds are very bad, we had back pains sleeping on them
- The beach is not as close as it seems in the photos, it's about 300 meters from the beach, which you have to walk in the sun...
- The coffee is so bad that is undrinkable
- Some of the staff are not very polite, mostly because they are unaware of etiquette
- The food is not up to 4 star standards, it s rather basic
- The breakfast times are pretty inconvenient

After this review was posted, the room service added a mattress topper on our bed improving it considerably. Given that I changed my review from 2 stars to 3, and the rooms rating from 1 to 3 as well.

Very nice place, green and well kept, kind people and good service! Clean rooms with everything you need. Food is typical Mediterranean but nothing spectacular. The best person from the stuff was Elena - super nice and friendly, always smiling, very professional, perfect English!

We had a very negative experience in this hotel, the room is very dirty and smelled horribly, poor service. Since we booked with half board the dinner was not so good (2/10) and the breakfast was so scarce.
And the worst part is that it was so so expensive for what they offered

The Mediterranean Princess Hotel thoroughly impressed us. The food was delicious, offering a wide variety of dishes that were always fresh and flavorful. The all-inclusive drinks were also of high quality, perfectly complementing the culinary experience. The hotel's welcoming atmosphere was particularly noteworthy. As German guests who only speak English, we felt very comfortable and well-received. The staff was always helpful and friendly, which made our stay especially pleasant. Overall, we highly recommend the Mediterranean Princess Hotel.

One of the best hotels in Paralia ! I really enjoyed my stay in the hotel. The most polite staff that I have ever met ! The pool was looking like it's some forbidden island!! Amazing guys! Quiet place! The food also is amazing .
