Hotel Aigli

Even if the location is top notch there are some things you must consider before making a reservation. Beautiful view from the balconies but the price you pay are awful service and awful rooms. The shower isn't working so I had to pour water from a bottle in order to wash myself two evenings in a row. I've made an notice in the morning at the reception that they need to fix it and yet they didn't. For me this is unacceptable. Two stars seem too much for Aigli. Thankfully I'm not staying here anymore

If we compare with the location it is the most ugly hotel i've ever seen. Owners always yelling to the staff in front of the customers. There are two buildings. One of them which we stay was soooooooo old. All the staff in the room was older then my grandmother except fridge.(because when my grandma borned, the fridge wasnt invented.) after 12 oclock they lock the door of the second building. if u come late u need to go to first building then you have to take the elevator. You have to walk a little on the second floor and take the elevator again. A complete design disaster. When you look at the hotel, involuntarily, if this hotel were mine, I would turn it into a five-star hotel, but now it is officially being slaughtered.breakfast was also pretty bad. The hotel was a complete disaster. I'm talking about a hotel professional who can't find a jumbled note in an old notebook, even for a reservation. Definitely very, very bad.
