Real summer HOLIDAYS for my family!! This hotel is in front of the sea with private beach bar! Have so clean rooms..so clean and big pool! So kind service peoples... and the BEST CHEF EVER! Great garden with turtles!! I loved this place!

Simple apartments near to the beach. Everything is there what has been expected for 3 stars. Only bad thing is the WiFi is very messy.

Great location (the beach is literally across the street). Big and spatious appartments, excellent cleaning service. Beds aee comfortable, AC works perfectly. Kitchen is rather small, equiped with only basic stuff. Totally OK for one star hotel.

I was been in this hotel four years ago and i had wonderful time: beach is so close, you just pass the road. That beach is so nice for little kids because is not too deep, you can walk on it 7-8 meter trought water and still its not too deep. You have nice bar on beach. Soft and thin sand on beach. Sometimes its can blow strong wind and can be big waves on sea. Nice and sweet memories!

A great place for a vacation. Very good breakfasts with very tasty cakes. By the swimming pool is very quiet and only 2 minutes to beach. Also in hotel is clean and good service.

The place of the hotel is perfect, the lobby is clean and the stuff is really nice and caring. We have visited mainly the beach bar and the service was really amazing.

Great place right across the beach. Everyone is extremely kind and nice. Breakfast is also available. Definitely a must try. Pictures are from a triple room. Double rooms have an even better view :)

We've been here during the last 10 days. I have to say the best hotel I have visited during the last years. All services they offer deserve 5 star or more: the room was very clean, luminous with a big balcony wich look direct over the sea. The breakfast was more than varied. And finally the most important thing the kindness of the staff, a quality that is not always easy to find in a structure like...

Very nice hotel! The rooms are big, cleaning at two days. If you have something to ask, Kassandra is the best manager to solve your problem.

the restaurant is part of the hotel. we didn't stay in the hotel however we visited the restaurant. the menu is typical Greek with some western European influence - schnitzel. probably because they have many German visitors. the food is ok and portions are fine too. I wouldn't say it is anything wow but it's a bit above average. something that I noticed is that everything is served with french fries...

A great traditional tavern run by the whole family. Simple but extremely good food that is freshly made every day. A nice change in the stream of restaurants without any kind of tradition and special concept! Also the prices are more then fair for the great food!

Amazing hotel in every sense! Rooms are nice and clean, beds are comfortable, there's a great view at the sea from the balconies. Special thanks to Jenny for her hospitality since the moment we came there. If I go to Sarti again I know where I will stay. Even if you have some problem the staff will help you solve it.

We had such a good time in the room with the best view in Sarti! It is close to the center but it is not so noisy like there, especially in high season. Perfect clean rooms, we enjoyed in breakfast with the view and cats and dogs around❤️Jenny was so kind, i like olive oil that her father made it! All recommandation!

The location had the best 360 views of Sarti and over to Mount Athos. Everything is clean, cozy, the food is delicious. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the beach or the centre of the village, while enjoying the narrow winding streets. Stayed there for a week in July, the hosts are very nice and friendly, we immediately felt like home there. Highly recommend it!

A place to enjoy vacation😻We were happily surprised after having few bad experiences in Halkidiki, in an other hotels at Vourvourou and Gerakini, finally we found a paradise with its full package of the service, hospitality , friendly staff, absolutely clean rooms each with view of sea or a pool view. Very good hotel, very welcoming and comfortable rooms, very nice staff, Cielo beach is a sandy beach, suitable for children, the food of their restaurant is amazing, the cook lady is a very nice person! And everything you need during your stay in here, talk to Sophia! She is available for your request anytime, she is kind and she knows everything! Sophia is amazing🤗! I have only good things to say about Agni Hotel. From the reception, maids, restaurant workers, boys at the beach....everyone are very kind. The location of the hotel is great! The apartment overlooking the sea in which we are wonderful. Everything in the hotel is arranged and done with care. The cleanliness is at a super level! The beach is in front of the hotel! TOP !!!

My family is visiting that place since 2016 and we can follow the investment and development of it as hotel - a small family one. Just 50m from the seaside, very clean and well equipped. It is always pleasure to speak with the owner - Agni, who knows how to make feel you well and come back again...

Great location, close to the beach. We stayed on the junior family studio at the last level of the hotel. It was a room with everything you need for a short vacation: clean, modern furniture and a beautiful view. I reserved directly from their website and ms. Agni was very helpful with information need it during this period of time.

Many greetings to Anna! The accommodation has everything you need for a vacation. The room is cleaned every day, towels and bed linen are changed every two or three days. Ioranna has its own parking lot, which is commendable. The apartment is located in a quiet part of Sarti, which is ideal for families with small children. Rating 10/10

As someone who wants to visit as many places in the world as possible, it's quire rare to return to the same place twice. But this place is so special that I just cant help it. Anna is such an amazing host! She is so attentive, thinking about every little thing just to make you feel good. The studios are brand new, spacy, very clean (kudos to the cleaning ladies) and with everything that you need....

Starting from the great booking experience, the complementary welcome package, certain delicious surprises in the mornings and last but not least the great personnel and the delightful host Anna. We spent 10 days at Ioranna and we enjoyed every second. Before to arrive, the host was very kind and call us to make sure we'll get there ok and to announce us that she will wait for us ( it was past 9pm). Location is excellent, les than 3 minutes walking distance from Sarti center, shops and restaurants. Cleaning was impeccable, sheets and towels changed every 2-3 days. We'll definitely recommend...

Great hotel, modern and affordable and close to the beach

Me and my girfriend were staying there for a week. It was perfect for us. Spacious, clean with nice view from the balcony.

A very nice hotel, newly renovated with everything new( furniture, beds, bathrooms), very clean and the staff is very kind. Close to the center and 1 min walk to the beach. Located in a very nice part of Sarti with lots of tavernas, markets and shops and a big parking lot within walking distance.

5 stars for the 3 weeks spent here for location, accomodation, wi-fi.

The hotel looks great, the rooms are spacious, you have everything you need, but the internet signal is very poor in our room and there isn't any (as far as I'm aware) place for parking your car.

Kostas House is one of the best location for holiday we’ve ever been. The clean and quiet rooms are excellent and the beach bar is sensational. We have a principle - never to visit one place twice. For our travels, we always try to choose a place in which we have not been before. But Sarti, and House Kostas - is the first and only place in which we violated this principle, as we have been here twice already. And plan to visit it again and again! We were in so many countries and cities by the sea, but did not find not one better then Sarti...

The rooms at the top are with a very nice view of the beach and the sunrise, everything is clean the owners are very nice.

We were traveling through Sithonia. We spent three days in Sarti. We carry really nice impressions from Athos Thea villa. Family atmosphere, pleasant staff and what left the strongest impression was the cleanliness of the facility. All recommendations.

Well furnished, perfectly clean and maintained, friendly staff. All our needs and expectations were met.

The cleaning services were spot on. The towels and bed linens were changed everyday as was the cleaning of the room. The furniture was in great shape and the bed was comfortable. The view was also nice.
