Obviously extremely nice location along with extremely friendly staff ~ bathroom could’ve been cleaner, everything here costs extra, from the most expensive food I had in Greece (it was good but not mind blowing) to having to pay for cabanas it feels like they nickel & dime ya a little bit. It was the best experience!! Specially the service, they had a lot of details since the beginning and made our time special. Also the service was great! George from the pool!!!!!! made our time in the hotel extra special, he did the extra mile. Good : Host is helpful and kind, location great, view from terrasse too, breakfast is ok. Bad : the place is not well maintained, furniture is old and damaged, rooms are average clean, bathroom is full of calc. there are trash and things a bit everywhere in the property. Wifi is poor. The place is overall ok (for greece) but it’s not very professionnally ran.

Rooms are a bit dated. If you have a Seaview room it is an amazing view to wake up to. Being only 30 mins from the airport it is in a very convenient location for a resort near Athens. The staff are wonderful. They have a very straightforward menu which I loved and you could taste the quality of the fresh ingredients in the food.

It’s very nice place, from the beach to the restaurants and pools, you can spend your whole day inside. Highly recommended!

It was a lovely hotel, pools and scenery were good. Right opposite the hotel is a private beach for hotel guest. The buffet was OK.

We loved the breakfast and the views and the bed. Cleaning lady came every day. Hosts were super sweet and friendly. It is very child friendly house. The pool area is beautiful. The road to the house is one to remember. :) Only 7 minute drive to the streets of restaurants.

The house was in immaculate condition, spotless and well thought out. The pool has been maintained to a high standard and the surrounding grounds are also lovely. It was a pleasure staying at this property, which is 10 minutes walking from the sea. Sounio Villa is a wonderfull place to stay with excellent breakfast which is prepared by the wonderfull lady Ms. Elisabet. Overall the experience was brilliant and we enjoyed each and every day from our entire 1 week stay. We will definitely return next year to the this amazing place and to the lovely Ms. Elisabet
