We had a very pleasant stay at the Aiges Melathron. It was a perfect base from which to do day trips in the surrounding area. It is an old hotel. Touches of renovation and haphazard refurbishing were visible here and there, but it could really benefit from a total do-over. Staff is very kind and helpful; the food is good. The outside terrace and pool look very nice. Not expensive. However, rooms are rather worn out and the Internet connection is outrageously poor

Big rooms, very friendly, nice design, free parking, very clean but the restaurant prices are a little high.

Clean, friendly, pleasant view with individual balconies, facing South. Large room with high ceiling, nice bathroom with lots of hot water.

We booked this hotel as it was near the royal tombs, so glad we did. The staff were lovely and the pool is superb. Some say the hotel is dated, so what, it is clean, tidy, great aircon (even when the weather was 40C+) and like I said, the staff are the best.

The hotel is family run. You are made very welcome from the moment you arrive. Ample parking is available on site. The hotel is in a rural setting about 6km from Veria. The rooms are spacious, clean and tidy. The dining facilities are excellent with a good choice of menu at reasonable prices. Breakfast is incredible with many dishes to choose from. We will be staying for a third time next week.

I booked the room at 17:00 for the same night and their readiness was awesome! Greate people and stunning services... I'm super glad for staying there for the night and hopefully I will go back again.

Beautiful location, nice and peaceful. There's a playground opposite the rooms. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff very helpful.

Value for money hotel, with big clean rooms. we only strayed for one night as it was during a road trip but it can be your base to explore the area of Veria and the rest of the region with some of the most important archaiological places in the world

Lovely stay if you want a clean, warm, calm place to stay with great food. VALUE FOR MONEY. The owners were very attentive and made our stay as pleasant as possible. Highly recommended. 20 mins drive to ski slopes and 10 mins on opposite direction to Veria town. Many thanks, Adriana

The beds were good, but one of my friends said it was bad for her. The TV were a little small, but it was fine. The bathroom was good and was ventilated. It had a working fridge which was pre-cooled. The A/C worked in the rooms but you have to ask for a remote as thet forgot they give me one. The breakfast wasn't very varied but was good. The location wasn't bad as it was far away from any people,...

One of the best hotels in Veria, Greece. Young professional staff always ready to help for any needs. We definitely recommend this hotel and for sure we'll be back. Our car broke down on our way home from Albania and we had to spend two nights in Veria. We picked the hotel based on its price and location. We had a room for four with air conditioning. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We were served with whatever we needed (corkscrew, glasses) and were let to wait for the cat service in the lounge of the hotel where we played some board games with my family...

We had a beautiful night here. Got an upgrade for an executive suite, so nothing to bother about. The rooms are really quiet, luxurious and spacy. The bed was build on a fixed wooden construction on the floor. We hit our toes a few times there. Breakfast was fine. The hotel has some parking spaces, which we were lucky to get one. From the hotel you are in the city by a few steps.

It was very clean, the bed was not making noise when you turn around which many hotels have this issue! This was important. The room design was nice. Great staff.

I have visited three times to Kokkino Spiti Hotel. The facility is situated in a magnificently restored house in the Jewish Quarter. Exquisite woodwork, beautiful tile and unique masonry grace the house. A splendid view of the river gorge out the back of the house is also available. Staff are kind and accommodating. Cosy hôtel, located in the old city next to the synagogue, Jewish quarter and the river. The room was quite large with bathroom and shower. Breakfast was served by staff and was satisfactory. I would have preferred a buffet but the breakfast area is quite narrow. The personnel very friendly and accommodating.

While the location is a bit hard to find - especially by car- the hotel is very cozy and the staff are especially sweet. I want to thank the service lady at the desk for telling me about all the interesting places in town and some history too!

We stayed at a room next to the hotel but it was nice (just above the river), the manager asked us to deposit the full ammount before our arrival. Situated next to the old jewish synagoge, in a wonderful place full of history. We thought that breakfast was poor for a hundred euros per night.

The breakfast was delicious and the atmosphere was like in aristocratic house. The hotel is in the city center and there are many places - restaurants, bars, shops.

Panorama is the best, rooms are good and you will have everything that you need, service is great and very communicative. They also have a breakfast included and it is a more tham enough for starting day up.

It is an older hotel which has been upgraded with many new amenities. Google maps says it is a two star hotel, but I think that is way too low. The location is close to many shops and eateries, and it is very quiet at night. Terrific bathrooms, though small, and they don't have a place to eat for breakfast, but they deliver it to your room! The first night it poured rain and we had a slight water leak...

Nice location in the Jewish quarter and close to the historic Greek area. Rooms are recently remodeled but the exterior fits seamlessly into the surrounding area. The room was large and clean. Easy to take the historic tour by foot from here. Plenty of cafes near at which to rest.

We booked the hotel with a slight nervousness given some of the pictures of its views. We should not have worried, the hotel is a little gem in the historic cobbled Jewish quarter of town and is literally opposite the synagogue and an easy walk to where Paul preached. Le Bijou is very central for Veria, the rooms are tastefully decorated with nice bathrooms, the staff are friendly, and there is free parking in an underground car park about 100 metres away (although this is not for the faint-hearted as the entry & exit is constrained with a very steep ramp). Downsides are (i) no breakfast, (ii) no lift, and (iii) the immediate access area is a bit shabby. But overall...

Hotel Le Bijou is a great hotel with a wonderful location in the middle of Veria. Their service is really good, and they will provide you anything.

Excellent option for the town of Veroia, a beautiful and spacious house, impeccably renovated while respecting the rules of preserved architectural buildings. Comfortable beds, perfectly clean, large sitting room, delicate decorations. Didn't expect such a marvelous deal to be honest.

Great space! Made of wood and stone so cool during hot summer days, especially the bedrooms. Nice veranda with a great view of tripotamos river. Special treat: little private balcony for one of the bedrooms! Definitely recommend!
