Is a noise place during the night. The artistic program of restaurant is not fanny all time. The hotel is good for families with children.

Comfy rooms right next to the beach. The restaurant food, especially the pizza!, is great. The place is perfect for families with little kids, for the beach is sandy and the water is warm, shallow and there are no waves at all.

Room was not worth the money, but the outside area was lovely and well maintained, very good location too. Bathroom was small with no ventilation and the shower area was tiny. The room was on the smaller side, had everything we needed, but the fridge and bed were quite noisy. The room was well cleaned throughout our stay and staff was nice and friendly, common for Greek hosts.

The rooms are really clean but there was an unpleasant odour from the sink though. The view is awesome but be aware that there are a lot of bees. The windows have mosquito nets so the bees only annoy you when you eat outside.

Family villa, quiet and very close to everything! Very easy to find, just 50 meters away from the main road ! Great place, very clean and one of the best views to Diaporos island! You should definitely go to the kiosk behind the villa and take photos , magnificent view ! We stay there for 1 week, totally recommended!

Only 4 stars as the hotel rooms are very noisy.There are no sound proof walls , doors or windows, so you can hear your neighbors in their rooms, or everything that's happening outside in the hotel garden. Otherwise the place is great, as is close to the beach and restaurants , and most important, if you go by car , it has it's own private parking spaces behind the hotel.

We had a great time at Theano Suites. The host was very kind person. Our studio was very nice and clean. They are cleaning rooms every day. At the backyard there are small playground for kids and a lovely place to sit and relax. Appartments are at the quiet place in Nikiti, beach is near, also few supermarkets are minutes away by foot.

Lovely apartments, in quiet and friendly town. The apartments are a bit small but really well equiped. We were on the ground floor and a corner, which meant we had a small terrace. Very friendly and helpful people whom do everything to help you. It is near the "big" road to Nikiti, so you can hear the traffic, but if you close the big door at night, it shuts off most of the noice.

We were guests in this beautiful hotel from 20 to 25 May 2023. The welcome from Christina was very friendly. The rooms were picco bello clean and tidy. Kitchenette is sufficiently equipped with crockery and pans. You don't have to cook extensive meals there, but you can at least prepare something. Sandwich maker is also available. We were traveling through Sithonia. We spent three days in Sarti. We carry really nice impressions from Athos Thea villa. Family atmosphere, pleasant staff and what left the strongest impression was the cleanliness of the facility. All recommendations.

We had a wonderful vacation, we really liked this hotel. It is very clean and close to the beach. Wonderful breakfast. The host was very nice and kind. We really enjoyed staying at Ioranna.

As someone who wants to visit as many places in the world as possible, it's quire rare to return to the same place twice. But this place is so special that I just cant help it. Anna is such an amazing host! She is so attentive, thinking about every little thing just to make you feel good. The studios are brand new, spacy, very clean (kudos to the cleaning ladies) and with everything that you need....

We spent 10 days at Ioranna and we enjoyed every second. Before to arrive, the host was very kind and call us to make sure we'll get there ok and to announce us that she will wait for us ( it was past 9pm). Location is excellent, les than 3 minutes walking distance from Sarti center, shops and restaurants. Cleaning was impeccable, sheets and towels changed every 2-3 days. We'll definitely recommend...
