Nice Restaurant with very polite Service Team from GB. Apartments have some down-side, for example the bath is going to be flooded if you turn on the shower and in the kitchen are not sufficient tools for cooking 🛠️

The hotel is nice, and well positioned, near the beach and clubs. The apartments have a good view, are big enough and you have everything you may need in the kitchen. Cleanliness and and attention to details could improve, but I guess that it was fine for a 2 star hotel. When we arrived the whole apartment smelled of disinfectant, which kind of bothered me, but in a few hours the smell was gone, and...

Good enough for the price. The air conditioning only worked in one room and sort of worked in the other, which resulted in some very hot nights with little sleep. Internet was intermittent at best. The beach views are incredible though.

Entirely adequate rooms for the price, fully equipped with a kitchenette and bathroom, with air conditioning if you pay extra. The staff was extremely helpful, with the lady at reception helping me sort out a complicated shipment that had to be delivered to the hotel.

Great budget option for people who want to be closer to North corfu and at the same time be 15 minutes from Old Town

A nice collection of self catering apartments, the pool is lovely and the location is a short walk away from the main collection of restaurants. The only downfalls are that there is essentially no Wi-Fi so we had to find restaurants to use theirs, the amenities are basic but clean. It is spacious and most apartments have a nice balcony outside.

Excellent! Congratulations! besides being well positioned, the conditions are more than welcoming. for example cleanliness is daily and includes towel replacement even if not necessary.

Little Corfu is a very beautiful place. Localization is so convenient! I highly recommend this place! The location is perfect and the view is beautiful. It's only 5 minutes from the beach, restaurants and shops by walk. I had a very nice view from my balcony on the sea. The swimming pool is very big and the place is quiet, you can easily relax. The wifi works really good, it's convenient if you want to work remotely. I stayed here for 10 nights, the accommodation is very nice and minimal, well cared for and clean even on the outside in the details of the cushions, carpets in the green hammock and straie. The rooms are divided by pool or mountain view, I had a pool view room of the right size not very large, just a pan and a pot and a couple of dishes, the table you will find on the terrace because it does not enter...

My daughter (8) and I stayed here with our family and we loved it. Elena is a very nice lady, and she serves a decent breakfast every morning. Every other day we get our dishes cleaned and beds made up. The view is amazing!

Very basic appartment, beds aren't really comfortable and the bathroom with shower could do with some modernization, for instance the whole floor gets wet when you take a shower. Breakfast is recommended to include, since its very good and diverse every day. Swimmingpool is nice, but there are some mosquitos. Supermarket is around the corner as well as some decent restaurants.

Very lovely place to stay. The pool is really pleasant and usually quite quiet. Owners are friendly however general staff aren't really around - there isn't a receptionist at the front desk and same with staff at the poolside bar, although the rooms are regularly cleaned so the place is well looked after. We booked this apartment after looking at reviews on trip advisor. If you're looking for a nice relaxing holiday this is perfect. Food and drinks available from 9am till roughly midnight, all fresh local produce used but also nice restaurants within a 10 minute walk. A little hilly around the area so for the less mobile a car would be an advantage with parking available (maybe chargeable). Ipsos...

Excellent place to stay, friendly staff and owners, nice food at reasonable prices, lovely pool with relaxing area for sunbathing. Its about a 15/20 minutes walk into Ipsos, roughly a mile. There are some bars and a shop closer to the apartments.

Really friendly and helpful owners and staff and acceptable accommodation for the price, although the ten minute walk downhill to Ipsos may not be for everyone.

Amazing place with a great location! Rooms are clean and comfortable. AC, wifi, towels, cozy bed and sparkling clean rooms, everything you need for a perfect holiday! Beach is at the walking distance, and their family restaurant is on the beach as well ( great food and service!). I would come back for sure!

We stayed at Andreas Apartments for 2 weeks during our recent trip to Corfu. The apartments are extremely clean, fairly spacious and well located - just a quick walk (2 min) to the beach. Andrea was a gracious host. I can highly recommend this place as a budget-friendly, family-friendly location.

Excellent stay, the owners were really friendly and helpful. The location is perfect due to shortcuts to the most beautifull beaches in the north of Corfu. First off i wasnt sure how to grade these apartments. I wanted to get a real feel and look of Corfu on our recent break and thats exactly what we got at Villa Avra. Our apartment was basic but had everything we needed and for what we paid was very good value. Even managed to cook a couple of meals for some quiet nights in. There were bit and pieces that needed sorted and upgraded. Our air con was leaking...

Beautiful location and the most helpful staff. We had a great biiig terrace, and vary clean rooms. Take care ...it is not recommended if you have problems with your legs. On the other hand .... Pablo and Alex was vary sweet and caring to help.

Everything was perfect. The apartments are exactly as advertised, clean, comfortable and with beautiful views across Barbati over the bay towards the south of the island, the mainland of Greece and Albania.

Stayed here last week and I can't recommend it highly enough, spotlessly clean and everything you could possibly need is provided. Great views! The entrance is up a steep hill so if you are hiring a car I would recommend an automatic. The owner and his family are so helpful and full of knowledge. We will definely be back again in the future.

This hotel is in a very good location, about 15 minutes from the centre, it has a pool and a private beach. It is a very good place for long stays, they clean your room daily and the stuff is very friendly and helpful.

We loved this place because the view was so good and the price was also good the owner made us feel so well come, by greeting us on the first morning with a freshly baked cake. The rooms were nice and clean, every other day with fresh towels, the only problem was the amount of steps, that's my only complaint, but it did not effect our stay there at all. Everything worked (including effective, controllable aircon). Very pleased with my brief stay. There is also a lovely large restaurant available, looking onto the beach (across a quiet road), with an appetising menu (I had grilled anchovies as a starter then lamb souvlaki for main) which was good value (including the beer) and excellent service.

The staff were excellent. We only stayed overnight before going sailing for a week, but the friendly welcome and high standards of service were plain to see. I had left my wallet and passport in the safe in the room, and when I came back to the hotel a week later the staff were exceedingly helpful in immediately reuniting me with my precious items. I recommend this hotel.

During our 8-day stay we tried several of the restaurants in Gouvia, of which this one was definitely the best. On our last day we returned here to try some more food and everything was perfect. The Greek dishes are delicious. The waiters are very calm and friendly, which makes you feel very welcome.

The pool is about 10m long, but quite deep. In mid June it is a comfortable place to swim on a warm day. Good quality sun loungers and parasols are available for use, and there are a couple of big tables and chairs under sun shades as well. Each room/studio appears to be unique, some having a lounge area, others a balcony and some a patio or terrace. Our studio was perfect for a couple without children...

Our apartment was really clean and tidy and spacious overlooking the pool. Was really quiet as well. Dino the manager was super friendly and made a nice cosmopolitan or 2!. Close to restaurants and bars and Gouvia beach and Kontokali beach, which is about 30 min walk away. Excellent value for money!

Very nice staff. We got so much information about the island, the best restaurants, beaches, beauty spots etc. Nice coffee, everything is clean, regular room cleaning. The pool is crystal clear. There's a steakhouse 3 minutes on foot what os the best in Corfu, and the apartments are very close to Corfu old town.

We've stayed at another property they have - Joanna's Sea View Apartments for one month. It was absolutely perfect. Very kind people, amazing place, clean, comfy, and perfect sea view. I highly recommend it.

Loved the apartment and Maria and Sophia were just lovely. Clean and beds changed during the week and clean towels lots of days. The pool was lovely with sunbeds and brollies. We were given fresh vegetables from their garden. It was lovely and Maria was so helpful with information and anything we wanted. Simple Greek accomodation highly recommend it about 10-15 minutes from the beach.

Beautiful hotel, really well maintained, every tree, bush, palm is trimmed, clean inside and outside. Quiet, far from noisy street or crowds. You do need a car, no idea how to get here by foot and public transport. Stuff and management are very friendly. Rooms are spacious, although modest, but I didn't miss anything. I would come here any time of the year just to enjoy the green surrounding and peace

We spent 7 nights in the hotel in June. The staff were very friendly and supportive. There was a bar at the hotel and we could even watched the UCL Final on a big TV screen thanks to the staff. The room was okay, because we went in early season there were a little cooler in some nights and the blankets were very thin.
