Lovely place, close to the lake (2 min by walk) bar and restaurants, homemade and genuine food for breakfast( lot of choice ),clean rooms with comfortable beds and very helpfull and kind management.

Unfortunately, we didn't make it to the guesthouse. The advertised and paid room was not available. The utility service provider has opened up the entire street and there is no gas. For several weeks during the heating season? I didn't see any trace of this on the pension's Facebook and website. The owner offered another lower category accommodation at three times the price.
It is true that the rooms of the boarding house can be booked continuously on Booking at this time, only at a different price.
48 hours before departure, it became final that we have no accommodation. Trip failed.
According to Booking's promise, I will get my money back after 12 working days, that is more than half a month.

The lady owner welcomed us willingly, even though I made a reservation for one night by phone at 6 p.m. We slept with 2 children in the 80s family room. The staff is very kind and helpful, the breakfast satisfies all needs. Lake Balaton is a 3-minute walk away. I strongly recommend the place, even for those arriving with small children! 😉

Nice place! However, the owner has an unclassifiable style! We would have liked a solution to the terrible tiny French bed, on the side of which it is impossible to sleep because the person rolled off it .. we indicated this in the first minute, the answer was "look for another accommodation, if you don't like it, you won't find it during the high season!", maybe you expect more from this! (for 165,000 for 2 nights)
We got 1 baby bed that didn't come with a mattress, just a slatted frame that was broken...
The rooms were in order until I pulled the bed (so that the baby wouldn't go to bed) and 2 kilos of sand came out from under the brain...
The whole atmosphere was similar to a student hostel, where they supervise when the lights are turned off, the garden pool is open until 19:00 and you can talk on the terrace until 22:00!

The room laundry was clean and very nice. The pool is clean and pleasantly warm. The care is kind and lunch was prepared on request. Many innkeepers could master the preparation of fried meat. Thank You.

Very super, child-friendly accommodation, ideal for a holiday on Lake Balaton! The hosts are flexible, fair service, we fulfilled all our requests, even though we were with a team of 20 people for 4 nights so that we received non-refreshing dinners and party guests on several evenings. For the evening baking and cooking, we borrowed all the necessary utensils that were available in the oven next to the furnished so-called outdoor kitchen. We had a super holiday at Lake Balaton in 2020! Thank you Frankó Family Pension!
